The hotel is located on the Feilai Temple Observation Deck. The environment is unique. It is absolutely invincible to see the Kawagebo Peak of Meili Snow Mountain from a close distance. It is great to take pictures of the snow-capped mountains and reflections from the hotel. The room is also clean. The hotel room is large, but the facilities are not perfect. Although there is air conditioning and floor heating, the room is not warm from the afternoon check-in to the night, and the room temperature does not rise until the early morning. The bathroom is large, but very cold, and it is impossible to take a shower.
I especially want to complain about the hotel's service level, which is completely inconsistent with the hotel environment and price. We checked in at the hotel front desk at around 2 pm. The front desk said that the order could not be found at first. I provided the Ctrip order confirmation on my mobile phone, but it still didn't work. The two male waiters first said that there might be a problem with Ctrip and the order was not transferred. Later, they said that there was a problem with the computer system. After half an hour, the order was still not found. Later, a boy took out his mobile phone and flipped through it and said that he found it. It was a second-floor room order that had been printed out. Because the previous guest of this room asked to extend his stay in the morning, my order was invalidated. I was speechless after hearing it. During the half-hour waiting process for them to find the order, the two male waiters were laughing and joking with each other, completely ignoring that we were standing by with our luggage and waiting anxiously. I said that since you have canceled my order, I will cancel the order and return the money to me. They said that the order is irrevocable and they can change you to another room. I said that I paid such an expensive room fee just to take pictures of the snow-capped mountains. Can I change to another place to reduce the room fee? Later, the hotel duty manager came. The manager had a very good attitude. While apologizing, he took us to see several different rooms and said that the rooms on the second floor were indeed gone. Other rooms with snow-capped mountain views were free to choose. I was moved by the manager's positive and enthusiastic attitude, and I did not book other hotels, so I chose the snow-capped mountain view room on the first floor. Although the first floor does not have a better view than the second floor, I was still very happy to take pictures of the Meili Snow Mountain in the morning. I hope that the hotel will strengthen the professional cultivation and work skills training of the waiters, improve service awareness and service level, and provide a service level that matches this unique location and high-priced hotel.
