This is a very nice and cozy place, very near to Chun Xi Rd so it’s very convenient access and go anywhere including the airport bus nearby. But yet its away enough from the bustling crowd. Stayed in 3 different rooms during the trip. Food is easily accessible too. There is also a shop right infront with lots of panda and local souvenirs. The front desk area is a good relaxing area and also has a nice chill out roof top bar Aloha. There is a billiard table for those who enjoy that. Only thing is it’s a little odd with a wet market on L1 and only a small entrance to the lift leading up to the reception on L3. But not a bad thing as you can experience real daily live in CD. It’s not a noisy market though, just a quiet market with spices and local supply. Two feedbacks (1) There is no where to hang up clothes in the room although hangers are provided (2) The hand wash bottle is the foam type and the liquid inside is not foam type. The bottle is not compatible with the liquid. So when press nothing can come out. Please change the bottle to normal pump bottle instead of the foam bottle.

I stayed for two days and I am very satisfied. Some details are very careful.
1️⃣ Slippers are waterproof, unlike some hotels of the same price, which provide a thin layer of
2️⃣ Chengdu I think the weather is quite warm, but the room is also equipped with electric blankets ➕ instructions for use
3️⃣ The public area is pretty good, although I am too lazy to experience... There are places to play computers, sell snacks, eat, watch movies, gym, etc.
In addition, the address is easy to find, there is fireworks around, it seems that many old shops...Although I am still too lazy to eat...The room is quite spacious, soundproofed, sleep soundly, everyone is very quiet at night (maybe because the same floor is a girl ✌️). In short, I am very satisfied with the big bed room at this price. If I go to Chengdu to see Huahua next time, I will choose this ^_^

I've been travelling round China for 3 weeks and this is the best hostel I've stayed in so far. I didn't want to leave.
My friend was at another hostel in chengdu, he spent one evening hanging-out at Mitang and decided to move completely to Mitang because of how good the vibe is.
Pros: the most friendly, welcoming and social staff; a roof-top bar/social area which is busy every night; Fuqin is great location with a huge street-food market, wet-market and restaurants; cheap and delicious cooked lunch/dinners at a low price.
Cons: the facilities need some maintenance (but the hostel is always clean and the fundamentals worked properly), it is a 12-minute walk from the subway (not hugely convenient, but fine).

I have stayed in many youth hostels, and this time was the best experience. The service attitude was very good when checking in, but I felt that the front desk was very busy and a little overwhelmed. The manager came directly to solve the problem, took the guests to visit the room, helped the guests with their luggage and sent them to the room, etc. In short, the manager was very responsible, had a good personality, and was very beautiful!!! I will stay here again next time, and I hope to meet this beautiful manager sister again.

It was my first time staying in a youth hostel. I originally planned to find a place to relax and rest. I was very happy every day here. The front desk staff was very nice. I often bring friends to play together and every day is very lively. There is no need to worry about social phobia and boredom. The guests in the youth hostel are very well-educated. The facilities and equipment are complete, the style is unique, and there are cute cats. I met many friends from all over the world here, young people of different ages from various industries. There are endless topics to talk about and endless games to play. The hygiene is clean and tidy, and the environment is beautiful. It is very convenient to order takeout here, and you can also go out to walk around and eat and drink non-stop. I have to say that this is a very cute and interesting soul hostel, and I will recommend it to my relatives and friends in the future!

The staff was super helpful and responsive. Free drinking water was provided. The rooms were clean, location was okay (about 15 minutes to the metro station). Laundry is available for a very small fee!
The room was spacious and clean. However, the mattress was one of the worst I have ever slept on and I would encourage the owners to get these replaced with newer mattresses. Also the bed was right next to the window, the window was very very thin so it was very loud and also quite cold during the nights.

I came here to travel alone. The girl's double room was a bed. The room was very beautiful and warm.
On the first floor, there is the lobby and the boys' bedroom. Everyone has to eat in the hall and cannot eat in the room. On the second floor is the girls' room, and the middle area is three tables for self-study and makeup. There are two toilets and two bathing single rooms in the bathroom, and there is a washing machine at the toilet door.
The overall environment is very good, I feel that everyone is not noisy, recommended

It's good. I originally booked a sofa seat for cheap, but when I found out it wasn't suitable for girls, the boss was kind enough to give me a little extra money to upgrade me to a six-person room. No air conditioning, give me a small fan. The water heater was not working very well. After it tripped and was turned back on, I waited in it for fifteen minutes without any clothes on and the water still wasn't hot.

This youth hostel is really a good place to stay! It has a strategic location, convenient transportation, and the surrounding environment is quiet and full of local culture. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and the bed is very comfortable, making people feel at home. The staff were friendly, helpful and provided lots of practical travel advice. The public areas are designed to be warm and welcoming, making it easy to make friends from all over the country. The price/performance ratio is super high. It is definitely the perfect accommodation choice during my trip! Highly recommended to all backpackers and loners! The environment is very good, and the atmosphere is really good. There was a friend who organized us on the first night here. We went to participate in activities such as Three Kingdoms Killing and Werewolf Killing. We quickly integrated into the atmosphere here, giving it a family-like and comfortable environment. We will come again next time. Most of the people who come to stay here are young people. This is the first time I experienced what a youth hostel is. It’s great!

GGuest UserIf there are some haning rail in the room will be great. I will love to have one more washing machine and dryer. I know space is limited. My boots were too big for the shoes box. If a banch or table space is available, that is going to be fantastic. Thank you very much. We have really enjoyed our stay. Amazing location! Well done!

OOthoy MartoyoBest hotel/hostel in Chengdu. Omg, very easy for independent traveler. Close to the station, even its just outside the Xinnanmen station. Very convenient to go everywhere. The staffs are speaking English fluently that are rare to be found in China. Very helpful with everything. The room is so spacious and clean completed with amenities. Just behind the hotel walk only 10 meters there is a halal restaurant. Love it. Last- but not least, they give a souvenir - Panda Keychain. What a lovely

GGuest UserI really loved this hostel! The staff are extremely helpful, kind, friendly, and patient. And fluent in English or equipped with a dope translator machine! The layout is great, with common spaces on the main floor (with AC), a pool table, diverse bookshelf, and laundry machine. On the top floor are the toilets, showers, an open-sky “terrace”, and plenty of space to hang laundry. The hostel is kept clean. When I was there it was a great ‘Mix’ (ha ha!) of foreign and Chinese travellers. I met a lot of new, inspiring friends and bumped in to two friends I had made in other countries! Small world! Lovely vibes :) Thank you to all of the Mix staff for having me, you really made me feel welcome and taken care of during my time in Chengdu. I love you! See you again!

AAnonymous UserThe facilities in a youth hostel are quite good. All the necessary things are available. The sanitation is very clean and the beds are tidy. The aunt comes to clean the room every morning. It is a bit noisy but acceptable. There is a washing machine on the balcony which is very convenient. I stayed here. There was something wrong with the hair dryer and it didn't work. Overall, I really recommend it. If I have the opportunity to come to Chengdu again, I will choose your hostel again.

GGuest UserThe room is very clean and comfortable, with no odor. It has special sheets, quilts, pillowcases, pillowcases, and hot water. There are many books in the living room. The boss is very enthusiastic and super nice. I told him that I was leaving tomorrow, and the boss rushed back to meet me. After chatting, he gave me a small bottle of Coke, highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserIt’s little bit hard to find but a very solid hostel for the price. The staff is amazing helping you with everything. Also they speak a bit English so it’s easier as a foreigner. I washed my clothes there it was nice. The sleeping cabines are big enough, air con is working and the WiFi is good. In total a solid hostel when you remember the cheap price. Would recommend.

SSolo Male - Long Term TravelStayed 4 nights in 2 person dorm
Expectation/Reality: you have to manage your expectations when you pay about 40RMB a night for a place. Compared to the photos, they are generally consistent, other than the bathrooms. The air conditioner worked for the first 2 nights and broke the last 2 nights.
Security: very secure, it’s on the 4th floor with 24/7 person at the desk, the room has a lock and there are good quality lockers in the bunks.
Hygiene: this is where the cracks are. Hygiene is very low in the public places. The bathrooms are like a frat house and the garbage around the shared spaces might get cleaned once a day. In the morning there was a dirty cup on the dining room table and when I got back in the evening it was still there. The toilets get clogged and over flow with no one fixing it for a long time, the showers need to be bleached. The private bunk area I was in was perfectly fine and clean.
Hospitality: the folks at the desk are very young, maybe early 20’s. I asked for a bowl to eat my cereal in the morning and the kid offered me a used plastic bowl and said I had to clean it myself, so I took a glass cup. When I asked to extend my stay, the kid was playing video games while talking to me and told me to do it myself online. There was one guy who was helpful, but it generally seems like the attendants are just too young to be very professional.
Social Atmosphere: quite good, there’s usually plenty of folks lounging around and there is a lot of public places, so lots of opportunity to meet and chat with people.
Overall: if you’re on a budget and can tolerate camping level hygiene in the showers and toilets, then this place is adequate. It’s very close to the main subway lines and there’s lots of activities and food options very close by. The public areas are social and it has everything a traveler really needs, certainly no frills. If the bathrooms were cleaned more frequently and the public areas cleaned more frequently this place would be excellent.

AAnonymous UserFlight arrived around midnight and the free airport pickup was still available. They do not have a WeChat number to call. I do not have a local number so I asked a customer service desk in TFU airport to help me to call the hotel pickup and get the vehicle number. The one that picked me up was 川A DM7885. Great to have this service available from the hotel. They also pick up other passengers from other hotels before dropping us off.
Location is good, plenty of food options available until 2am (can choose either right beside the hotel or walk 10 minutes for even more food choices). It used to be a small farming town that got transformed into many hotels to cater to the TFU airport transit passengers.
Service staff at night was friendly and helpful, even helping me to plan my transport for the next day. However dealing with the morning shift staff was somewhat unpleasant, since they asked me to cancel my hotel booking in Chengdu because they were trying to persuade me to sign up to their vacation package. Not a good way to do business.
The room was basic. Hot water shower in my room was inconsistent, had to wait a long time to get warm water (not hot). The water kettle was leaking a bit when boiling water, which I hope they've already replaced. The corridor lights are sensor operated, and it looks dark until you start walking. The courtyard is nice but also not as fancy as the photos.
Overall ok for just 1 night stay.

VVOS亮亮Because i stayed here multiple times again and again, you may see my review many times. They really took care of me well so I think it’s my responsibility to make sure everyone knows they will be taken care when they stay here. Refer to my previous review for more info.
Other than that, from my experience here, i can safely say the coffee here was really good. Only 9.9 yuan. You can try. The beers sold here are pretty cheap too. Cheaper than convenience shop. Really respect the management for this. There is a list of good food pasted at the lobby. Make sure refer to that and find those delicious food. I loved all of them. Ahh.. and and if you want to warm up your food, there is a microwave available at the bar. Wash your clothes at ground floor at the back, there is washing machine available.

GGuest UserThe room has a large space, the lighting is very good, the new air conditioner, on a hot day, as soon as you enter the door, turn on the air conditioner, the effect is very good, and the cold air comes. The rooms are well-equipped with free coffee, tea, mineral water and more. The hotel's sound insulation is also well done, not noisy at all, the curtains have excellent shading effect, and sleep until noon. Very good, worth staying!
