The food at the accommodation is delicious, but the swimming pool has a lot of leaves and low water. I stayed on the 4th floor but there was no elevator. The room was clean and convenient to travel. 6/10

The location of the hotel is very convenient, and there is not much traffic in the alley. There is a 7-11 when you turn left at the entrance of the alley, and there is a spa shop next door. It is very convenient to go anywhere

I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and the location just so good it took me 20 mins walk from and to the Northern Pattaya Bus Terminal. Moreover it was only 10 mins walk to Terminal 21 or 5 mins to Big C Marina for food or fruits at superstore.
Room was spacious and bed was comfy.
Bottles of water and coffee provided for daily basis
The balcony was another addiontal points
The only downside was the aircon a bit old and noisy.

The apartment we had was very good, it was on the 14th floor of the block, so had a brilliant view of the sea and sunset from the main bedroom and balcony. The apartment was very spacious and had plenty of room for at least 4 people. There was a washing machine on the balcony but didn’t use it and pans and plates etc are provided. The Wi-Fi is good and air con in every room.
The only negative from me were the beds as they were hard but that’s just us not being used to very hard beds but the pillows were soft.

The place was great, friendly staff, good location with many restaurants around. The room was quite clean, it had refrigerator, hair drier, little balcony, no kettle though but it’s fine. Only the problem I had is the broken boiler which they had to fix every day, so sometimes only cold shower.

Considered beyond expectations, the room is very big, the air conditioner is cool, satisfied, the room is clean, the bed is considered soft, there is a parking lot, the staff speaks well, quiet, next to the beach, but the door will open during 10:00, the breakfast is good, the variety is delicious, there is a chance to go back and stay again.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good, close to the city center and business district, convenient for us to visit surrounding attractions and shopping. The hotel's internal facilities are also very complete, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bedding and toiletries are very high-end. The attitude of the service staff is also very good, making people feel warm and kind. Overall, this hotel is a very good choice to stay and I would recommend it to my friends.

GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our 3 night stay here. It's scenic and peaceful with your own garden. The room was very clean and has a comfortable bed. You're given 4 bottles of water each day and there's 24-hour complimentary coffee/tea and instant noodles. The host was very helpful and gave great suggestions of nearby restaurants and where to get a massage. Definitely would stay again.

MMia1989This hotel is really nice its very close to the sea, 7/11 and other shops and restaurants where you can eat and enjoy your trip . The room was clean and new facilities everywhere. Also its very good to have a fridge and electric teapot very useful thank you. I like the people there they are friendly and the woman helped me to deliverthings to Bangkok cause i left by accident in my room and the things were very important for me ,she helped to deliver to my new place in Bangkok it was super nice and friendly. Definetely can recommend this hotel and one more good thing this hotel is not near the main road so its really not that loud there . Can have a good sleep

GGuest UserThis a great little getaway that is truly right on the water. The location is terrific and offers great, relaxing water views. The deck hammock was a nice feature to take advantage of at any time of day. The management was friendly and accommodating, and I would definitely return if I was back on the island. A scooter was a good choice from this area and is available for rental on site.

Unfortunately, the road along the coast in front of the hotel was under construction,
and the area in front of the hotel was in a temporary state of construction, so it was unfortunate that we couldn't see the coast or go directly to it,
but we could see the sea from our room on the second floor. (The photo shows the view from the balcony of the room.)
The room was comfortable, with a separate bedroom and living room (there was a window inside so you could see the sea).
The restaurant and bar on the first floor is open until late, so you can have fun.
You can hear live music from the restaurant on the first floor from the rooms, which is nice on a holiday night at the resort.
You can also enjoy a wide variety of breakfast menus.

AAnonymous UserThe location is in a very noisy area. The pub over the road blares horrific loud music from a very poor band until 3AM. It is impossible to sleep. This pub over the road ruined my experience. The hotel has no elevator. The food is not bad but is quite expensive. There are better, cheaper options nearby. Rooms are pretty standard for a 1970s feel. The AC takes a while before it starts working and then it drips all over the floor. For the price it's not bad I guess. Personally I would rather pay a bit more and have a better holiday. That pub over the road...... With the blue roof..... Killing this hotel for sure.
