The location is awesome. The hotel is more than basic, the pictures are a bit deceiving. There wasn't even space for us to put our clothes, no wardrobe nothing. Four days and our clothes had to stay in our bags or around the room. It also didn't have a good mirror, only one in the bathroom which is not convenient. The hotel is on a 4th or 3rd floor, I honestly can't remember but it was a lot of stairs, and it's inside a building that resembled a small shopping center. It's walking distance to a lot of attractions, very good location. The breakfast was good, freshly prepared for each individual. There's a very nice rooftop, don't miss it. The hotel is not quiet at all, but I guess it's because of the location, it's hard to get a good night sleep if you're easily awakened :) Upon arrival the man on the checking desk asked me to fill yet another form that had weird questions like if I liked dogs or cats and he said that I had to take a selfie! He said this was for verification reasons and that ”booking” asks him to do so, I told him I already verified my reservation and that I booked via Trip.com, he insisted at first and then when I was firm he said that it's ok and that there was no need.

The hotel was a wonderful experience. The rooms was unique flair and inviting. The staff was friendly and able to attend to all our needs. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. Only regret is not being able to use all the amenities available to us. We will definitely come back here for future stays.

The featured image is not the hostel, it is a nearby hotel. After booking a month early and repeatedly requesting a quiet room, I was given a 4th floor room adjacent to the bar and restaurant area. Even though the bar officially closed at 11pm, people still hung out there all night, screaming and yelling. My room was just feet from this open area and was awful. Even worse, the bright lights were on all night blasting into my room. On top of that, there is no AC and no screens on the tiny windows. This was one of my worst experiences ever. I decided to move to a better place and checked out the next morning. The unfriendly staff refused to refund the remaining 5 days reservation. Why? ”Not our policy”. They implied that I was too old to stay at this hostel . It was a busy weekend and I am sure they rented out my room to another travelor. Also there no elevators and visitors need to climb narrow stairs. Avoid this place unless you really don't need to sleep.

The Hotel is very clean and well located. The employees are really nice and friendly. Security guard is at the entrance of the hotel at all time even though is a safe area. Breakfast really good and tasty 😋 ..hotel is close to the Venezuelan Embassy and to the DHL Store...Hotel is not a 5 star hotel, but it is more clean than most of these well known hotels...I was very pleased 😊

It is a budget hotel. You get what you pay for if you like to travel this way. We were in a 3 bedroom suite. Not enough information about how the breakfast worked. Towels were old, Showers were horrible. Barely any hot water if 2 mins worth. Furniture very stained and place was dirty. Definitely a budget hostel. Lots of street noise. Very minimal supplies in the kitchen ie one dish cloth, no broom. We couldn’t clean the place. Although Sergio didn’t speak English he did try to communicate with us. It would have been nice to have some signage/ explanations in English. Reviews on ******* were what sold us but unless we got the substandard room, we expected a bit better. I would not stay here again.

Everything is fine, except for some minor misunderstandings on the part of the management. I originally reserved a single bed, but when I arrived I wanted to change to a private room, so I needed to pay extra. A room is 100 yuan more per night than the price reserved on the Trip platform. This price is a bit expensive, but it is shared. The bathroom and the room are not too big. On the first night, after the room was air-conditioned, there was a smell from the toilet. There was some argument when I asked to change rooms. The girl with glasses kept saying that there was no room to change, and her attitude was not positive! Later that night I really couldn't stand the smell, so I asked to change rooms again. Fortunately, I changed the waiter, and he easily said that he had a room to change. Finally, the environment is very good. There are different free programs every day. You can also meet people from different countries. I really like the atmosphere here!

The location is ambiguous from major tourist destinations. Still, there is a big mart right next door, so I bought it and had dinner. It's nice to have a microwave and refrigerator cooking utensils
