The hotel that was founded in Meiji for 7 years, the original Japanese-style hotel flavor, the environment is elegant. Some rooms do not have a bathroom and need a layer of sharing.
There is a certain distance from Yokohama Kansai, but it is within walking distance to Putian Station and can be reached by subway.
Unfortunately, the service attitude at the front desk is average, and it is a lower-class hotel reception industry in Japan.
It was very comfortable, I will repeat again!!
The staff was also very helpful.
Close to the station and thick walls, so the sound next door is not at all
i didn't care. (laughter)
It was a detached house rental type, but the view was good from 1 F and 2 F, and the room was just renovated and it was very clean and nice. Is it arranged in the sauna and the children are drums? It seems that I enjoyed the bath.
アアントIt's close to the tourist area of Hakone, there's a bus service, and there are Italian restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so it was very convenient for me this time.
And it was even better that there was a parking lot.
I'd like to use it again.
AAnonymous UserWhat a stunning and prefect house in Togendai! Washing machine, microwave, a huge refrigerator, clothes drying tools are all provided in the room is appreciated. But it’s quite noisy and annoying when ppl walking in the upper room.
MMon CotacoThe location was about a km away from Kowakidani Sta. Not really far but the recommended path by Google Maps (at least to me) was along the mountain highway. It was rainy and i was walking alone at night. I sometimes pass by vehicles on the road 🥲
I was late for checkin (past 22:00) so I had my Japanese friend call the hostel. They said it's okay to come until 23:00 as the hostel cafe is also open until then.
The bedspace in the mixed dorm was spacious enough and the ladder for the upper beds was sturdy. *The restroom in the main hostel is better maintained than the one in the annex.
The hostel restaurant is very nice and they let me stay for a bit after checkout as the rain was pouring that day. The owner's dog is named Rum 🥹
VVincentWe recently stayed at this apartment as a family of five and were thoroughly impressed with the spacious apartment. The living room was equipped with a TV, and there was also a separate activity room which was a lovely surprise. The full suite kitchen was well-equipped with an oven, microwave, and induction stove, making it easy for us to prepare meals.
The apartment was also warm and cozy, thanks to the sufficient heaters provided. We stayed in late November, and the heaters kept us comfortable throughout our stay.
Overall, we found the apartment to be clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family's needs.
GGuest UserThe location is excellent being 2mins from Gora-Eli station. It is surrounded by private onsens and even some good restaurants. It’s a below average guest house without any lift or elevator. 2 flight of steps to the front desk and men’s and family rooms, 1 flight of steps to the ladies. It warrants a lot of work on cleanliness service and amenities to grow its image. The only saving grace is its excellent location next to Gora station and the ropeway/cablecar bringing you to Lake Ashi, Owakudani and many places of interest..
GGuest UserIt's really close to the station and there's a convenience store nearby.
But the bathroom space is really a bit too small, and there are no shelves to store things, which is not very convenient.
In addition, the hair dryer is also broken and cannot blow hot air out😥
XXiaowangjintianchuqulvyoulemaThe location is very convenient. You can walk to the cherry blossom avenue on the way to Hachimangu Shrine. The facilities in the room are very complete. There is a charger provided. The charger I brought with me was broken and I was worried about how to charge it. In addition, it is rare to see Japanese hotels provide bottled water, which is very touching. There is also a self-service ice machine in the hotel. It is very refreshing to buy some drinks and drink them cold. In addition, the check-in is a bit inconvenient. When you walk to the self-service check-in machine, you have to wait for Ctrip to contact the hotel to get the order number... This may also be a problem of the booking agent. I hope it can be improved.

GGuest UserThe female bathroom has no heating facilities and is quite cold. The lights in each room are dim, so it is a little inconvenient for people who need to put on makeup. The staff are very enthusiastic and will help in time if needed. It is a good choice.
LLongzhijieLocation: About a 10-minute walk from Nagaya Station, a few stops from Kamakura Station (perception)
Cleanliness: Rooms and bathrooms generally in good condition
Service: Kind, including a guided tour of the building immediately after arrival
Facilities: There were two shower rooms, so there was a bit of a wait
