As great as the reviews say this hotel is! The rooms are exactly as pictured, clean and tidy, with a very lovely timeless aesthetic. The service is top notch; any time we asked for something, the staff would send it up right away. Everyone was very friendly and it’s located close enough to the main streets that everything was within a 15 min walking distance (including the train station) but also in a quieter street so it wasn’t noisy in the mornings and evenings. The air conditioning in the room was very nice as well. My partner and I were very pleased with our stay and would be more than happy to return!

The location is excellent, just a 5-6 minute walk to the train station, and there's an Aldi supermarket conveniently located nearby. The room itself was spotless, and the air conditioning worked very well. They thoughtfully provided a clothesline in the bathroom, which was very convenient for drying clothes after washing.

The studio room in the hotel is quite spacious and clean. The hotel seems to be new and can reached by trams from the train and bus statoion. The room has a capsule coffee machine and a towel drying rack. There is en even small kitchen if you would like to stay longer.

On the 2nd day, we found there was an elevator passing the stairs to the right, so it made getting up to the hotel a lot easier.

I had lovely stay at Staybridge Cannes.  This is my 2nd time.  Hotel is new, beautiful, with everything I need.  Location close to train station and shops.  Breakfast is great!  Breakfast staff, led by Othman, is super helpful and create wonderful spread every day.  5-stars, well deserved.

The hotel is very conveniently located. It takes only 15 minutes to walk to the old town by the sea or the train station, and it takes less than 20 minutes to get to the airport by taxi. The room is not very large, and it feels like the standard of a domestic express hotel. Fortunately, it is clean and tidy. You can eat and drink in the restaurant on the first floor.

They charge you 150€ for deposit which is quite weird. The staff refused to give me an extra towel to go to the pool. Poor service, rude staff. I don’t really think it’s a 4 star hotel. Not worth the price.

I'm so happy to have chosen this place. The one-bedroom, one-living room apartment can sleep four people. There's a Carrefour supermarket across the street, making it convenient for buying groceries and cooking. It's a bit far from the beach, but Nice isn't a big city, so it's only a 15-minute walk away, and it's quite quiet. Highly recommended! My daughter said the bathroom was a bit far from the shower, but it wasn't a big deal. Cleanliness: Pretty good, but there's no one to clean, so you have to do everything yourself. Ambient: Very quiet location. Service: The front desk was very nice. Facilities: Perfect.

The room is quite spacious and comes equipped with kitchen essentials like a microwave, induction hob, dishes, and cutlery. Optional room cleaning services are available for an extra fee, starting from 11 Euros. Should you need more toiletries or trash bags, they can be collected from the front desk. The location is extremely convenient for exploring; you can reach destinations like Cannes and Monaco by train after a mere 10-minute walk to the station. Access to the Old Town is also straightforward via train or tram. The balcony features excellent soundproofed windows, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep. I personally found this location more convenient than staying directly in the Old Town!

What a find. Easy walk from station and 10/15 mins from the main attractions on the waterfront. Pictured is the view from outside hotel, cutting out the horror of having to scale next heights. To top it off, given room on 7th floor by lovely male receptionist whose name I unfortunately did not ask. Room it was not but an apartment it was - full kitchen and small table with four chairs, balcony with table and seat. Large bathroom with good facilities. Comfy double bed and big sofa. Recommend highly for winter price I got! (£70). Lovely little indoor market next door for food and a drink to start the night.
