It snowed heavily when I went, but the traffic around the hotel was good. There were shopping and eating places nearby. The hotel had a little sense of history. The breakfast was average and not bad.

Me and a friend decided to get a room here for the Motley Crue concert considering the price is cheaper than most other hotels. I highly recommend this place. Staff was great, room was beyond clean and the canal view was amazing. We both walk to and from Lucas Oil and the mile walk felt safe.
After arriving later than expected, I found my bedsheets to be dirty. Since the night clerk was the only staff working at 10 pm, he could not leave the front desk to change my sheets. He was very apologetic and helpful in supplying me with clean bedding.
Everything else about my stay there was enjoyable. The location is great. The shower was good, and the free breakfast the following morning was delicious. Again, the clerk was really kind, and I appreciated his attention to making things right.
Very nice hotel. Great for all the sporting events in the area. Room was very clean and updated. Only downside was lack of hot water at any time of day.

Ee05867020A hotel like home-like conditions, with breakfast, the simpler kind. Opposite the hotel is a home-style restaurant, meals are OK, and the rules are quite good. A few minutes drive from the famous University of Notre Dame, the scenery is good, the architecture is unique, the white middle and upper class children learn the medical law of the Holy Land, the campus atmosphere is slightly different from other American universities, the South Bend city itself.
슈슈퍼갤럭시It's perfect for a one-night stay before leaving.
The room was spacious and nice.
There's not much to see around here.
It's just a business hotel.
GGuest UserBathrooms were nice. Towels big & fluffy. Shower was WONDERFUL! Crack in tile at the rear of shower but it did not effect the shower itself. Not super soft water, which was great. Some places have water so very soft that a person never feels clean.
Bed was comfortable with lots of varied pillows; good choices. Television monitor big and responsive. All the lights worked and were good to read by.
Everything was covered in dust from construction. Breakfast lady did her best but not enough seats and dust hovered in the air. When we first arrived, we did not know how to get to the front desk to check in. (WHEN will you be finished remodeling?!)
Lady with green/blue hair tried to be nice but I am NOT her ”hon.” Three times she called me hon or honey. I'm 73. My wife standing right there. How about a little respect?
TTamara JeanWe were greeted by a very friendly face and checked into our room, we were upgraded to a double room because the housekeeper was still in the room we booked “we were a little early”. The breakfast was very good and all the staff were friendly and polite. The hotel was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. My husband and I had our own bed to ourselves to stretch out and watch television “ until bedtime
GGuest UserWhen we arrived we were greeted and provided with water. We had two rooms booked and was told if we wanted to be close, we would need to wait for a room to be cleaned. We opted to wait. We continued to wait and then had to get checked in to make it to the concert we had tickets for. So we all went into one of the booked rooms to get ready as the room was not ready for us. I found this not the best customer service as we had booked the rooms in the same reservation so they were aware that two rooms were needed and should have been ready for this at the noted check-in time of 4pm. At 4:30 the second room was still not ready so was not utilized until after the concert (12:30 am).
GGuest UserEveryone who worked at the hotel were nice and polite. The rooms were fairly clean but the fold out couch had really dirty upholstery. A good cleaning or replacement is overdue. I paid 200.00/night, which I thought was too high and received one-ply toilet paper that your fingers just torn through. Did not appreciate that at all. Tissues were a bit better but not much. Bedding was passable but pillows were pretty flat. The room itself was small. I feel that these things may sound picky but for the nightly price, I expected more. The hotel also does not do breakfast which is not reflected in the higher cost. I really liked the location which was the high point of the stay.
BBuddy JacobsI give this review on the grounds of I have spent $1,800 on this Hotel alone and they will not even make 1 night free. I'm homeless and am spending all my savings for me, my wife and daughter plus my granddaughter.
We lost our home in a court case where I changed my mind about selling and Indianapolis Indiana Ben Buys Houses sued me.
All you smell is ********* at night and Cigarette smoke in the morning. It's the cheapest place if you're wanting to know why I didn't leave.
Food is OK. Only 2 of the Clerks on duty and the maintenance staff was Awesome .
Sorry to have to give this type of review but if it's honesty you want then here you go.
