Friendly and helpful staff. The furniture is old and needs to be updated. Hot water is unstable, it was often necessary to rinse with cold water. A broken clock hung on the wall, which was very annoying. At night, small lizards run along the walls inside the bedroom and the ceiling, which made sounds, which is also not pleasant to hear at night. The pillows are long and hard. Dirt accumulated in the washing machine in the tank, which did not wash, but, on the contrary, stained the washed clothes.

Although I don't have my own exclusive beach, but I have a small cottage garden house, it is very comfortable to live in, the service staff is very friendly, the breakfast is a single point and OK, it belongs to a nice location in Port Vila, not far from the airport, almost 2000 kW. Next to the Holiday Inn, the environment is very quiet.

Very great, I recommend very much.
Very pleasant, we extended for 7 days.
We had a luxury room #12 with views on the pool, the lago terrace with chairs and tables has rain lab, air conditioning, accessoriesto make food base, large shower etc...
The owner Andrew and his son Daniel and supervisor Annie have been a great deal of accommodation for us and for the many employees.
The bar is excellent and affordable for everyone.
The swimming pool is hot and clean, various tours are available with direct support at the hotel.

When checking out, the front desk staff said that I had not paid and had to charge it again. It was only after Ctrip communicated that it was solved. It was not very professional. There was a strong musty smell in the room and there were black mold spots in several corners. The hotel was large. Yes, it is very close to the main road. I can only say that it is liveable.

This island is very beautiful, especially suitable for snorkeling, there is no wind and waves, I went to play in the morning and evening. A small problem occurred when I checked in. In the case of inconvenient communication, Trip.com intervened in time to solve it. The hotel also upgraded the room to express sincerity. So I will consider booking again.
