Exhibited in Abuja. Two reckless girls booked a hotel run by a non-Chinese in Africa for the first time. Other Chinese companies at the exhibition expressed their admiration for us! It is equivalent to a homestay, the hotel facilities are not good, but the service is really warm! Few guests have oriental girls who check in. When checking out, everyone took a group photo with us. It was so enthusiastic

Before I came to the hotel I was very guest-friendly, it was for me the first time in a foreign country. They are professional, polite, guest-friendly and very serious about the well-being of their guests. Until I left, they got everything clean for me fixed taxi etc more than that. Hotel room lovely nudge and relax.

Generally a good stay. Staff were helpful, good location and clean room. Breakfast was great too. Wish there was a fridge in the room. Also couldn’t reserve via the whatsap contact provided as they took a long time getting back and I had to book myself online on trip.com but otherwise a pleasant stay and I would certainly stay there again

Old hotel, the location is not bad, very close to the mosque, but the infrastructure is relatively complete, the facilities are slightly improved, it would be better if the balcony could be equipped with a clothes drying rack or a leisure table, otherwise the balcony is useless

Returning to The Envoy Hotel*was an absolute pleasure! From the moment I arrived, the security personnel were courteous and professional, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. It was wonderful to see familiar faces, from the entrance to the reception and the restaurant, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food was as delicious, with a great selection and beautifully presented dishes. Dinner was particularly enjoyable, offering both variety and refreshing flavors. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can’t wait to return again soon!

GGuest UserThe parking situation is terrible, I suggest you take a taxi or an Uber to avoid it. They couldn’t find my booking and I had to contact Trip.com before they found it. It took almost an hour but they weren’t rude about it and offered us water. The next day they tried to charge us for an extra breakfast even though the booking included two complimentary breakfast tickets. We had to insist and it took about 20 minutes before that too was sorted. The hotel itself is nice and cozy and its employees are professional. The breakfast itself was very average, certainly not something I’d want to pay for.

The water pressure in the room is very small, the hot water has to wait for more than ten or twenty minutes, and the bath is very uncomfortable. 3. Breakfast is not bad, the staff is very warm, the environment is OK according to the price of the local currency, but the price of Ctrip is too pit!
