Stayed here with the family in 2 rooms as the departure flight was quite early. Good location, small simple room but in general it provides everything you need for one night only. As mentioned in other reviews, quite smelly as no windows and you have to use the airconditioning for some kind of breeze which is very noisy. Also rooms are very noisy, you will hear guests departing all night, shower/toilette of your neighbours. Shower is small, but sink did not work at all. Flooded the bathroom after showering for 2min with cold water (Hot water would take 4-5min but then you flood the whole room)

Amazing stay with return airport transfer, saved a lot with this great service. The hotel is linked to a mall with KFC, Starbucks and some restaurants. There are some local hawker stalls around, also, some local marts around, good enough for transit. My recommendation is to inform the hotel at least a day earlier about your arrival time so that you have enough time to communicate for the arrival pickup. I was lucky as i was the only 1 to ride on the car, the meeting point was quite difficult to find so the driver came to my location to pick me up. For departure, i reserved a seat for myself a day earlier due to i have early flight. The room is spacious and overall is good with simple amenities.

My always favorite hotel to stay if I am in Jakarta for transit. They offer pick up / drop off to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and Super helpful. They always make sure that you are comfortable weather with the room or other things. Gym is fantastic, Sauna, pool, jacuzzi, steam room, ice bath. Everything you need they have. Very recommended :)

I had a layover in Jakarta, but not really enough time to leave the airport for my preferred off site hotel. Also the other airside hotel did not make any accomodations for arriving at 11AM and departing at 4 PM. I would have had to reserve 2 nights. Check in took moderate time. It was somewhat odd that I had to leave 50,000 RP deposit in cash. That is a very small amount of money for a hotel deposit. They stored my luggage onsite which was nice because airport check in was closed. This isn't really a hotel per se, rather it consists of space age looking sleeping pods. The pod is quite small for someone my size 6’4”, but I was able to lay down. They provided headphones (well worn) a bottle of water, a blanket, pillow, and slippers. There isn't much room for storage in the pod and they do provide a storage locker, but the attendant had to hotwire the lock so I kept my carryon in the pod with me. The air conditioner barely worked and the temp inside was 22C which was a bit warm for me. There is a decent sized TV on one end and some well worn headphones as well as USB charging port to charge up a phone or Ipad There is no bathroom. I had to leave the hotel area to use the bathroom in the terminal. It wasn’t a far walk, but a bit inconvenient since I had already put my shoes in the storage locker. There is zero sound insulation in the pod so you hear every word outside in the hall. Overall since I only had a 5 hour layover it was OK and nice to have a tiny bit of privacy. Considering the price it was a satisfactory place to relax for a few hours between flights

Very nice hotel and location. Aircond room need to improve and water pressure room very weak. Overall very2 convenient. Friendly staff and very puntual arrangement. Keep it up !!!

The rooms are clean, only minus the toiletries, normal deluxe rooms should be provided even though there are lots of event people at this hotel. The receptionist service was very friendly, especially Sis Arum, who was very humble, except for the bald receptionist who was short, not so great.

The cleanliness need to improve. I got 2 towel in the bathroom, and one of them is still wet when i check in. Still got hair on all the table in the room. Receptionist are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet still not bad and the server very efficient as well. Overall is ok, just cleanliness must be improved!

Check in after long day business meeting and can't wait to take break just for taking shower and get a cup of nice coffee...and finally I arrived at Fame Hotel Gading Serpong. I love the hotel especially the color & music, on the check in process it was went well and there's a young lady stand up beside the FO staff listening and observing all the process. The following day I met her again at the Lobby and she approach me just to say hallo, asked about my experience and feedback gently and at the same time she over me a cup of coffee even though she knew I have done my breakfast. I know she's very knew work with Fame Hotel Gading Serpong however she's ( Iren ) is very important asset for the company. I am wring this feedback not because she over me a cup of coffee. She's really showcased her roles as hotelier. Nice to meet you Iren and I will comeback and thank you for your warmest hospitality.

Stayed here for one night when transiting in Jakarta Soekarno Hatta airport. Great new hotel with friendly service. Location is very close to airport and they provide shuttle service from/to airport. When arriving at airport, despite having a timetable, the shuttle bus will actually accommodate your flight arrival time, just make sure you keep in contact through whatsapp with the driver.

Just 15 mins away from Soekarno-Hatta Airport, kindly greeted by the reception Mr. Raja, previously i called the hotel and he was the one who answer the phone & explain to me regarding the hotel, he also helped me to do the check-in process. room was clean & somewhat spacious. Bathroom had an issue with the glass door while i take a bath the water spills out from the glass door, maybe a simple sealant would help. Amenities served me well but the mineral water not served bottled, instead served at the guest room corridor, i would love to get the bottled one.

Traveling from Bandung I took the three hour train ride and then taxied to the airport. Arriving at the hotel, so easily accessible and right in Terminal 2 was a great end to the journey. Checking was efficient and Dafa brought my bags up the stairs and directly to my room with charm and a smile. When I left to catch my flight the next day, I was ready before the shuttle so Ahmad accompanied me from the hotel to the sky train both so I would find my way and so he could manage my two heavy bags. My whole experience not only made my morning flight out of Jakarta international Airport convenient, the care and attention to detail added to my entire journey. Having a choice of free transportation options at your disposal (shuttle every 30 minutes at the top and bottom of the hour, and sky train a 7 minute walk) makes it simple and convenient for any traveler. Oh, I almost forgot—the East meets West breakfast buffet was delicious. And the rooms were so quiet I never heard a plane even though I could see them.

The deluxe room is spacious, bed is very comfortable and the hotel is very clean. If you would like street food, you can just walk from the hotel. The shuttle bus in the morning departs hourly. Its convenient for us. Breakfast not much choice though. Overall I am satisfied staying here.

The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.

I don't know know to say that anymore, wowwww. This is a second time we stayed at sapphire sky hotel. They staff always give it warm wellcome when we arrive at the hotel. And also all staff well doing standart procedure during covid pandemic. Well done sapphire keep it up !!

Wonderful stay at atria hotel gading serpong! Excellent service from Ms. Adele at the front desk🥰🫶🏼 stay comfy and room was clean. Breakfast was good, very nice set up menu at the restaurant❤️✨ Thank youu guys

The room was spacious and i personally liked the washroom bcos of the rain shower. Water pressure was strong. The bed was comfy and kudos for variety of channels on the tv. The breakfast was so good i spent almost 2 hours enjoying the food while chatting with my sister. The main highlight for me was the freshly baked croissant and the traditional indonesian rice (i forgot the name but it has small chunks of meat in the rice). The customer service was also great, everyone was friendly and smiley. Overall i enjoyed my stay at santika ice bsd and would recommend it to other people :)

I stayed 3 nights here, the room was spacious and clean. The service is good. The location is a bit far from Karawaci city center. Large swimming pool. But the minus point is the gym, not free, you have to pay. This hotel is one complex with apartments, so you can find cheap laundry services and cheap food.

I was very happy stayed in Mercure Tangerang BSD City for 2 days. Spent time for my long weekend with my big family, cousins & nephews for reunited after long time not seeing them. I choosed this hotel because i saw many influencer were reviewed this hotel. They have kids playground, swimming pool, kids activity (but we were not lucky because only available on sunday), and also zoo rider. We spent all day long just stayed in the room because the ambiance like staying at our second home. I would like to recommend this to my friend to bring their family for staying here.
