Hotel Huacalera

The hotel was fine! A bit expensive compared with others on our trip. But the dinner and breakfast were both very good. In fact the dinner was perhaps the best so far on our travels. Excellent quality of food and cooking, even if we were only 2 of 4 people eating that evening. Service was very good with a well supervised young waiter. The wines were also good. The value for money continues to stagger a European visitor! And the unusual menu items such as sweetbreads and llama are beginning to grow on us.
El Arribo Hotel

Boutique Hotel expanding a mansion from the 1800’s. Rooms are newer, 2021 if I recall correctly. Has clean basic accommodations. Nice courtyard and pool area. Secure entrance with 24 hour staff. There is no phone in the room. Housekeeping was extremely helpful. Free breakfast with hot scrambled eggs. A long walk to the city center (6 blocks or more). Cabs are cheap Tours do pick up at the hotel. Wi Fi was solid for a Zoom meeting.

The hotel is excellently located and has a life to the exceptional city. There is a lot from being 4 stars. When we arrive we have no towels in the room, no water, no coffee sachet. We reserved double room with panoramic views of the city. I had to call the reception by asking basic things to know towels, they said they don't give water, coffee or anything to welcome, sun because I made it angry brought some sticks of you and a shoes ( nor delivered slips ). The walls were packed and wet. We were charged as a 4-star hotel and for having a party on November 19, we were transferred to a 2-star hotel called Augustus in the center of Jujuy and did not return the money paid. We had to ask four times to recognize us less one dinner for the past and we were taken up by saying they had to talk to the geret. The last day they gave us a dinner where they gave us free of charge the main meal and the poster but the drinks we had to pay for them.It is important that we pay for a ahabitas $ 175000 and that of the hotel Augustos where they took us gets $ 34000. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. Then you will be able to denounce these irregularities to see and not pass the same , as you do in the consumer denunciations.

All perfect. The building is beautiful in all its details. A beautiful gallery with armchairs and tables for free use. The room is super comfortable and spacious. More than an ordinary room: with storage space, support furniture, armchair and chair. Everything to be very comfortable. Common spaces decorated with good taste, local objects, living room, books, games. Free-use kitchen 24 hours a day with refrigerator, stove, dishes, etc. They offer paid dinner service with a simple but sufficient menu of homemade food at a fair price. Super good breakfast included with homemade breads and sweets, yogurt made on site, freshly squeezed juice. All of excellent quality. The most friendly attention. Impeccable hygiene. In everything, from the general to the particular, the care put into serving guests is evident. I recommend 10/10
