They didn't specify that we couldn't access the pool, even though we had booked specifically for that. The pool was under construction. We should have posted on the website that it wasn't available. For the price of the room, the aquapark should be included; it costs 4000 dinars for adults and 2000 for children, even if you are a hotel resident. Overall, a good hotel, but management and service need an overhaul to truly live up to a 5-star rating. I will not return due to the unyielding stance of a receptionist and the manager regarding the breakfast, as a matter of principle.
