We had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness, the friendly staff and the beautiful structure are valuable assets to ensure a pleasant experience. We would definitely return?
[5 points] The most surprising hotel in Morocco!
The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk to Marrakech Square. The front desk lady speaks English and French, and took the initiative to help us upgrade the room with a terrace. Special thanks to the Chinese tour guide Master Lin (****************), booking through him is 20% cheaper than the platform price, and he also recommended the top floor pool room, where you can see the starry sky of the Atlas Mountains at night✨
The hotel itself is very distinctive, the Moroccan courtyard in the atrium is super beautiful for taking photos, and the mint tea and crepes for breakfast are also worth a try. Guide Lin (see above for contact information) also helped us plan a private route in the Sahara Desert, saving a lot of queuing time. The room is cleaned twice a day, and the bedding is all local hand-embroidered, which is a great experience!
Tips: It is recommended to book 1 month in advance during the peak season. There may be hidden benefits for booking through a local tour guide~
It was a real pleasure to stay at the Mogador Hotel. The room offers a magnificent view, a very modern and extremely comfortable style. The more than warm welcome, the availability and the kindness of the staff largely contributed to making our stay exceptional. The catering manager was particularly attentive to our requests. Breakfast is a real feast offering an incredible variety of dishes to satisfy all desires. And a special mention for the best fresh ginger juice prepared with special attention. An unforgettable stay that offered us a very enriching overall experience that met our requirements. We personally thank the management who were attentive and very understanding.
The lobby and public spaces in this hotel are truly impressive. The rooms are big and clean, with clean sheets and a comfortable, firm bed. The rooms are not as impressive as the lobby, but they are big rooms with a standard layout and balcony.
The swimming pool is big and clean. Nice friendly staff.
The breakfast selection is great, the only niggle being that the coffee is instant coffee (quelle horreur).
Very convenient for the airport.
Top top: if you use the Google maps directions function, and are willing to walk a bit, it is really easy to get the public bus to/from the airport for the princely sum of 4 MAD each way.
Everything was amazing.. clean ,staff, breakfast, near airport and centre. But i have one note.. small rooms were very clean bed and everything but not nice smell and the towels looks old (very clean but very old ) and the breakfast for 5day the same buffet .. fresh and so nice but need to change the menu specifically the main menu.
Many thanks for everyone was fabulous.
If you like waiting this place is for you! Whilst most of the staff are friendly, there is a serious lack of urgency in their service. Whether it was checking-in, ordering drinks, or asking for a towel by the pool, you’d always have to wait. This is quite a surprise given the number of staff working - it is unbelievably painful to see plenty of resource around, yet all lack a sense of urgency and ooze inefficiency.

Although a bit dated the hotel still as character. The location is good near many local cafes ( no alcohol) but also many restaurants that do serve a beer as do nearly all the hotel bars. It’s also 5 minutes from Starbucks if that grabs your fancy. The hotel itself as a decent enough pool and the spa service I would recommend… if you like cats you will be happy as they playfully are all about the complex as they are everywhere. The hotel food is decent. But if you want a cheaper beer smack opposite there is a great local bar at half the price and definitely a good place to relax. You can walk to medina in a straight line in 15 minutes so no need to get a taxi. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
We loved it here and will return.
Pros
- allowed us to check in early
- room/ hotel was aesthetically pleasing
- tv in the room was modern, so you could mirror your phone and watch films you have downloaded.
- staff speak many languages and were really helpful and friendly. They were always smiling.
-Bed was nice and comfy
-Spa treatment was lovely!
- the hotel is filled with everybody Ronaldo and my fiancé loved it!
- near to mall and many food restaurants in your doorstep
Cons
- we saw a small amount of ants in the room near the bathroom sink but couldn't locate where they were coming from. After I corned the area I don't recall seeing any again.
- Breakfast was nice but if you don't like egg, like my fiancé, it wouldn't be as nice for you. Unless you eat cereal etc. But there was a few options there to choose from. My fiancé is just very picky and too used to the continental breakfast in the UK.
We plan to return
The golf hotel is behind the golf course and the swimming pool downstairs is in a good environment. It forms a large hotel group with several other hotels. The hotel has a buffet of 300 / person, and it is recommended to eat at a nearby restaurant of 200 / person.
The hotel room condition was perfect. Super comfortable. 5 stars, the breakfast was not as good as it should have been. it is a 5-star hotel. It was not so much to eat. Lots of jams and olives, bread and sweet things, More or less like a 2-star hotel’s breakfast.
Very Good

GGuest UserThis is a great place to come and relax. The service is excellent and the facilities top notch. The food and restaurands are very tasty and diverse. We spend 7 days exploring Marrakesh and sourounding areas and came here for out last 2 days for pure relaxation. It was a great experience and we look forward to our next stay there.
GGuest UserAs very seasoned travelers, my family and I enjoy exploring the most amazing resorts and hotels around the world, which we look at with a very discriminating eye. For the Oberoi Marrakesh, it is truly difficult to find fault. The hotel, relatively new, is simply stunning with the impressive lobby and villas, as well as expansive gardens with 2700 olive trees. The acting General Manager Mamdouh is the perfect and consummate hotelier, ever present checking everything non-stop, to ensure the guest experience is nothing less than 5-stars. Jalal from their F&B outlet surprised us with an entire loaf of lemon cake to take back to London that was not available on two breakfasts which we sore missed after our first breakfast. El Habib is an amazing server ready to grant you at least three wishes with his magic lamp! Khalid the Duty Manager also asks non-stop how they can improve a service that is already par excellence. Our hats off to the amazing pastry chef who makes baked goods that rival the best Parisian patisserie. I saw the two staff who cleaned every machine in the fitness center using four sprays leaving neither dust nor germ —- they focus on the minutest detail. The whole team is just extremely well-trained and professional and very committed in their desire to exceed your expectations. The synchronization of their efforts, in the most natural and sincere manner, always with big smiles, translates to nothing less than less than a truly memorable experience. They know how to make you feel like Arab royalty! We will certainly be back!!! Thank you so much to all of you!!! Shukran! If you want that “palace in the middle of the oasis experience” in Marrakesh, you will not get it any better than at the Oberoi!
MMötley NüFCFirst off, the location was great, a lot of choice for breakfast, nice swimming pool and big/clean room. Most of the staff were actually very helpful, just the last night left a sour taste in my mouth.
I would highly recommend this hotel, but believe some staff should know better what other parts of the hotel were doing and how to speak to guests. Technically, a solo traveller, but my friend was staying in another room. Every day we were given 1 large complementary bottle or water and 2 small bottles.
However, on the final night, my friend received, but I didn’t. This was fine and I just politely mentioned it to reception. Bearing in mind there’s not many local shops to get water from, I was glad when I was told this would be rectified.
1 tiny bottle was left in my room, so I rang reception to explain, this is where things got a bit rude and I was surprised at having to ‘fight’ for a bottle of water - especially because this isn’t a cheap hotel. I was redirected to room service, who tried to charge me and then said it’s a housekeeping issue. Then spoke to reception again and then basically called me a liar when I said that I’d had free complimentary water every day.
The lack of water didn’t really bother me, it was that I was sent around in circles and then rudely told I was wrong, even when I pointed out that I’d received water 3-days in a row. After about an hour trying, and very very thirsty, housekeeping - who were very friendly btw - dropped off 4 small bottles of water. If it were a housekeeping issue, I could’ve been told this from the start and there wouldn’t have been an issue.
All that being said, I actually really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and in Marrakech itself.
GGuest UserEverything was perfect.
One criticism however: the hotel is very Audi I would have liked a presentation to be made on my arrival on the different services, I had to ask the employees to find out the number of restaurants, the opening hours...
SSchaalBI really like this hotel, the rooms are really well appointed with air conditioning or heating and efficient internet. Professional and pleasant staff, restaurant and swimming pool at the top. The best location in Marrakech, in the heart of the Hivernage district. To do and redo for a price much lower than all the other hotels in the surrounding area.
TTINGTINGBeen to Dubai, stayed at the Amaha Desert Hotel and Jumeirah Group Hotel, still feel that this is the best. Everything is as beautiful as the picture. I enjoy a building and the copper lamp is very beautiful. I prefer the one in the toilet. The toiletries are complete and are also packed in delicate cloth bags. The comb is a wooden comb and has a great impression. Health is very good, we refused when there was cleaning service at night, because there is no need. The breakfast is also delicious, the bread dessert is a fragrant, and the dinner is not eaten at dinner. You can try it. The courtyard design is very good. It came out and found beautiful, many beautiful flowers, and very quiet. I have never seen other guests except the restaurant. The hotel can pick up and drop off guests, not to call a taxi. It is the staff of the staff who drive Mercedes Bentley to pick up. The next day we switched to the raid in the wheat field. We had to contact the other party to pick up the phone. As a result, the staff of Mansour were all connected, seamlessly connected and perfect. The most touching thing is that the details show the intention, the signature card, the delicious cake fruit. Since we wanted to change the hotel later, we booked a car at noon. I thought the hotel would remind us to check out. Who knows that there is no such thing. No one reminded me that the check-out time is up. We have to go back to the room at 12:45. Probably also know that I am leaving at 1 o'clock, so I don't remind me, very intimate details.
GGuest UserWhen I went to the place shown on Google Maps, I had to go down a very dark and narrow alley for about 5 more minutes.
It's a good thing I chased after the local who asked for a tip.
When I got there, the Riyadh staff were so pretty and friendly.
The man is very kind.
The accommodation was very pretty and nice.
Breakfast was good too
TTOMOMII found this when I was looking for an all-inclusive hotel with a bathtub.
It took about 20 minutes by taxi from the city by 80MAD.
The taxi from the hotel to the city is 150MAD.
There is also a hotel shuttle bus to the city, but one way is one person 15MAD, the time is also decided, and the reservation is filled on the day, so we recommend using a taxi.
The staff at the bar counter and restaurant were all very friendly and the work was very friendly.
Amenities are not all slippers, toothbrushes, bathrobes, etc.
Also, since the power supply is European specification, I bought a transformer at 80MAD at a shop in the hotel.
The restaurant venue was buffet style for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and all the wine was white, rose and red.
From the Japanese sense, this facility and service cannot be available at this price, so if you have room for the schedule, I recommend staying once.
MMo Osmanthe hotel was amazing, I could not fault it, however Trip.com are complete and utter dishonest thieves that do everything to miss sell. We were charged for a room for 3 people, when we arrived at the hotel it was only booked for two people (despite the fact that they confirmed and charged me for 3 people).
Trip.com tried blamed me for booking the wrong room, I showed them the confirmation according to their own website and the confirmation sent to me stating 3 people. Then they said it was the hotels fault, again the hotel showed me the confirmation that they sent to the hotel, it Wass for two people.
The hotel fixed the problem the following day at no extra charge, while Trip.com proceed to deny doing anything wrong.
Long story short, they refused to refund me for the mistake, insisting it was my fault and the hotels fault. They are disgusting and are a bunch on criminals operating out of china and know they can't be touched. Scum
