First impression of the hotel - IG fanatics would love this hotel because of the decoration. It's decorated with various styles of chairs everywhere, fun and colorful, creating a happy atmosphere. Love the stay here though it's just a one night stay before the flight to Bali. Check-in and check-out very smooth. Very friendly and efficient front desk staffs. Since I arrived before noon, hotel gave me an early check-in, also quickly react to a little problem in my room. They can help you to order Grab car in case you don't have the app. Hotel is not that far from the Kupang airport. Lots of good restaurants, convenient stores and beach within walking distance. It's definitely worth to pay a little bit more for a seaview room - the seaview and sunset is stunning!!! Even the elevator is made with glass so you can enjoy the seaview while going up and down. Breakfast is buffet and mainly Indonesian style, taste is fine. Shower water pressure is good. The only flaw I can find is restaurant service was pretty slow and not that attentive. I was the only guest at the restaurant during dinner, maybe they were busy with the takeaway/ room service, so been waiting for a long time for food. Luckily, taste of the chicken was delicious. It's a shame the hotel doesn't have swimming pool so you can only go to the beach right in front of the hotel. Anyway, I will surely book Swiss Belcourt Kupang again and highly recommend to all travellers visiting Kupang.

This hotel is best in the Main Street, not far from pier and right next to the night market. I love their lobby is very chill and facing the sea. Seaview room is nice but just bear in mind there will be some noises from boat coming back late in the night. They have a spa/massage. Kids club and gym is small and I did not use them. The local tour is organised by East Cruise, surprisingly good price compared to what you can find on the street, i,e, for reference, Red Whale asked for 1.5 million to Komodo and they asked for 1.35 million, and East Cruise has a better speedboat with Sundeck. Did not try this time as the travel desk closed at 5. Overall recommend this if you want a little more comfort over the budget choices on the Main Street.

New Hotel, nice view and decor. Check out their new restaurant at level 8, the kliff. I think the Kliff signature pizza is not bad. The restaurant at level 2 serve nice local food Staff are very friendly and responsive. They help to prepare breakfast box as we inform them we are going for early tour. They have many free water activities like paddle boat, water bicycle, kayak. There is also yoga and boxing class u can book during ya stay here. A 5min walk to Ayana if you want to check out Ayana. But I think Katamaran is much more nicer in term of the facade. Their staff is much more helpful and cheerful as well. If you want to go to the city, either get the hotel staff to arrange a taxi about 100k IDR or simply do a gojek bike at 15.5k IDR. Heard they have a new boat - black swan going to be operational from next month onward. Perhap they will have their own island trip, you all could lookout for that A very enjoyable stay here. It was really fun staying at On the Rock Hotel, the breakfast menu is starting to be as good as it was when it first opened. In the future, the variety of breakfast menu choices needs to be improved so that it can become a 4 star hotel, the pool is really good, music needs to be added so that the atmosphere is like in Bali in the morning and afternoon the day when people were swimming... the room was comfortable only the shower needed to be repaired in room 207. over all good n best

My family and I had a vacation in Kupang and we were very happy to stay at a star hotel in Kupang City. The service was very satisfying, especially the food was very delicious. The hotel is complete with a swimming pool facility that is safe for my children. The Kristal Kupang hotel is really cool.

The staff are friendly and talkative. Both swimming pools have sea views; the large swimming pool passes through the steps next to the other small swimming pool in the restaurant, and you can go directly to the beach. Breakfast (buffet) is rich. The room is large, but unfortunately the toilet in the bathroom often fails to flush. Fortunately, the staff comes to repair it quickly. However, the toilet fails to flush again the next day, and the staff has to be repaired again.

Enjoyed my hotel stay in Zasgo, conveniently being picked up from airport with a rate of 75k IDR. Although I reached early, Elsa managed to get me checked in by 1030am when there is an availability of room. Appreciate that she offered for a foot massage when I had a sprained ankle on my last day in Labuan Bajo just so that it will ease my journey back home instead of limping. Staffs are all very friendly and always has a smile on their face. Just take note that their room cleaning service is 2x per day. Room is pretty clean, just some noises from the water pipes but still managed to get a good sleep after a tiring trip back from the islands. Would definitely come back again, appreciate their hospitality a lot! Manage to catch the amazing view during breakfast at the hotel. There is a convenience Zasgo mart available to get drinks and snacks.

This hotel is very nice. The place and all the facilities look new and clean. The rooms are also very good (bed, mattress, shower, etc…) But, the service is terrible!!! The service is horrible!!! Special at the restaurant! Their service made me and my wife have an unpleasant experience in this hotel. The breakfast it’s the food from the day before, even the coffee! In the room’s tv they offer a SPA service but in the en they didn’t have any therapists available. In the restaurant we had to wait long long time for the food! I don’t recommend this hotel.

A new and clean guesthouse with great staff. Have good wifi connection. A bit far from city center(8 mins by bike) so renting a motorbike is recommended. When i was staying, there was no hot water but considering the price is cheaper than the other dormitory stays, having a private room and bathroom for this price, i definetely recommend the place.

The overall design style of the hotel is simple and elegant! Our butler Pak Lalu was very professional and welcoming! Facilities: The toilet in the bathroom is not smart, which is a bit embarrassing! No. *Can I go into the water in the water house? No. How's the water quality? If there is wind at the estuary, the water quality is average, but it is very nice when the weather is fine. Maybe it’s because/it’s said that the water there is more than 10m deep…so you can’t go directly into the sea. *The room is very large and the layout is very comfortable!
