The breakfast was excellent, clean and comfortable room, the location is perfect in Pearl District with good restaurants, bars, and supermarkets close to the hotel, but you have to pay extra for the parking lot
Passing hotel, but there are commercials in the city, better than I thought, the hotel is quite satisfactory, there is no special thing, very close to the high speed, convenient

Super convenient, across the 5th road is the outlet, but you have to drive there is no sidewalk. Hotel facilities are old, passing by for one night is barely acceptable. Breakfast standard meal!

Due to the change of the itinerary, 10/17 will be notified in advance to check out at 10/18, 10/22 for a refund. I don't know what went wrong, I have been pretending to be deaf and dumb, the hotel will not reply, and the refund has been dragged. Repeated deductions occurred in another room. Full prepaid at the time of booking, and continued to debit credit card consumption usd700 on the spot. Coordinated to say that 36 days were returned, and now I have waited 36 days to make plans. The other invoice for dinner in the hotel was also not received for many days. In short, all this experience is very bad.
This is my first stay at this hotel, but it was amazing! This hotel is nearby the station, so If you are going to take a train, It is the best hotel to stay. The room was little bit dark, but the interior was so unique and clean. I will choose this hotel next time.
The environment is quiet, the hotel is relatively new, clean and tidy. Good service attitude. The location of the hotel is relatively close to shopping and shopping malls. Safe, you can walk target, so the surrounding environment is very good!
The hotel has a good location, safe surroundings and convenient parking. There are shops and restaurants opposite, which is convenient for eating and shopping. The room is large in size and clean. Very satisfied. The front desk service is warm.

GGuest UserI didn’t feel this hotel was worth the price tag. It was clean, nicely designed, and located downtown but they charge an extra $50 each night for services, don’t provide free Wi-Fi (unless you sign up for some kind of Hilton membership), and do not include parking. Also, that area is a business district. The East side of Portland is a more fun area to be based. The gym and pool were alright. Well-equipped but rather small.
I’d recommend shopping around better deals on the east side of the river.
PPEIRANThis hotel is in a good location, only seven or eight hundred meters away from Washington Square, but there is a train road next to it, the noise is quite big, it will be slightly better at night, there is no breakfast, only a cafe bar sells some snacks
AAdam ValentinerI would describe this as a hipster hotel with unique character to match the downtown area. My teenage kids did like the room and the adjacent coffee shop. However, I felt the room was a little small, especially the bathroom and the room could use some updating like more amenities like towel racks and storage for suitcases. Our room was not close to being recently remodeled so pictures can be a little deceiving. Bed was comfortable but I could hear people walking around above our room at night. I also struggled with parking found it very stressful trying to find parking, plan to spend around $40 a day on parking a day if you are driving around a lot. The overnight parking which is approx 10-15 minutes away walking distance is not on site and is only $20 a night, but it does not feel safe after 10pm to be walking around due to the homeless problem in the area. I don't think I will be returning to this hotel. I def don't feel like this was a 3 star hotel, I would give it a 2.5 out of 4 or 5 stars. The breakfast was a continental at best. Pastries with juice or coffee and fruit. Sometimes they provided yogurt or boxed oatmeal and oat milk but nothing special and get there before 9 am or there may run out of items. Portland has a lot of fun things to see but because of the homeless problem I would seek out recommendations for the best attractions and stir clear of the problem areas. Washington park and art museum were a lot of fun to visit. Multnomah Falls would be an all day trip and get there very early since parking is terrible or park off site and take tram in. I was also charged an additional fee of $25 a night which was not mentioned anywhere on the trip.com booking receipt.
SShelley ResnickWe got there super late coming in from delayed flight from JFK one night! We’d been cruising Mediterranean for 15 days and had already flown for 17 hours. I had a late check-in Standard room booked for my Sister and I who badly overpacked and had 5 heavy suitcases of various sizes. I chose Holiday Inn @ PDX as it was close by the Airport AND offered shuttle service! With the help of the Shuttle driver we managed to load everything but our carry-on luggage on the cart. Checked in and were given the key to our room on the 2nd Floor. Laboriously we made our way up to 2, managed to get our suitcases outta the elevator with the fast closing door and made it to our assigned room only to discover that the “key” didn’t work—no amount of re-insertion would convince it to, either; so my Sis went back down to the check-in desk and was given a key to a Suite on the 3rd Floor!
We made our way up to that suite of rooms and were greeted with an exquisitely dark & dreary mostly dark brown but well appointed two room Suite. The rooms were clean, but the Holiday Inn in th location if VERY OLD, and they’ve done y their best to offer amenities to accommodate and make up for the aged old place. The Coffee Maker didn’t work, but everything else seemed to. The King Bed was super comfortable but the carpeting is old and unraveling and the living-room wall heater burned its way through a travel bag that help my brand new never worn Natica Puffy Jacket and the carrying bag! Didn’t know it was even on. Good place to crash for a night or two, but no longer. Bed was super!!
Ccindy65Hotel location is very convenient, eating, refueling, convenient, service is not bad, the front desk male waiter is very friendly, do not know, ask him very patient, give me a map here.
PPunpongsanonThe hotel is located near the department store and around 22 km from RDM. I stayed here for four nights during the conference in Bend. The room was fine, and the breakfast was OK for me (not that much food, but that totally fine for me). The cleanliness of the room is acceptable, but since this is a pet-friendly hotel, you might be expected some animals further on your clothes if you sit on the floor or sofa (the bed is clean because they usually clean it up).
The hotel does not provide the cleaning service unless you ask them to do so one night before in advance (as they use the sub-contract, IMHO). Well, if you are not expecting that much (this is not a luxury hotel), and just stay as a part of work (e.g., business travel), this might be a good choice, compared with the cost performance.
Tip: better to have an upper floor (second floor). The floor is a little bit thin, and you might hear the sound of someone walking with shoes above your room (as I stayed on the first floor). Also, the second floor seems better for security reasons as someone might walk pass your room on day and night (especially at night) but I did not find any unsafe situation during the stay.
GGunterThe hotel was fine enough. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The services were lacking - no continental breakfast even though it was listed on the welcome sheet and the in room tv had very limited channels and poor quality. Would’ve liked to have had dish or satellite to watch more and better quality tv. The room was large but not clean. Big pile of dirt on the carpet that was obvious. It was an okay stay overall.
GGuest UserI took a 2-day trip here to get away by myself for a couple of days and this could not have been a nicer spot for that. Everything in this gorgeous boutique hotel is designed for maximum relaxation and comfort, from the river views and watching sea lions swim by while sipping morning coffee, to the super-comfortable bed and Frette linens, to the delicious Scandinavian food and yummy cocktails in the hotel restaurant The Knot, to the unusual barrel saunas that guests can relax in. The staff are all incredibly nice, and were happy to upgrade my room when I asked for a river view (yes, I paid for it), and gave great recs on places to eat nearby too. I loved how so much that i wanted to see and experience was either within walking distance or a short drive away. I can't wait for my next stay!
