We had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness, the friendly staff and the beautiful structure are valuable assets to ensure a pleasant experience. We would definitely return?

The good thing is that it is close to the train station. The bad thing is that there are few charging plugs in the room. For breakfast, besides letting you choose how to cook your fried eggs, there is only milk coffee and bread. I recommend eating out. The hotel breakfast is not cost-effective.

I am very satisfied with the location and cleanliness of the room.”I used it on the first day, and I was able to get rid of the fatigue of the flight, so I had a good time starting the trip.”Other travelers will be able to relax and rest in this hotel and make it a great trip.
Everything was amazing.. clean ,staff, breakfast, near airport and centre. But i have one note.. small rooms were very clean bed and everything but not nice smell and the towels looks old (very clean but very old ) and the breakfast for 5day the same buffet .. fresh and so nice but need to change the menu specifically the main menu.
Many thanks for everyone was fabulous.
The lobby and public spaces in this hotel are truly impressive. The rooms are big and clean, with clean sheets and a comfortable, firm bed. The rooms are not as impressive as the lobby, but they are big rooms with a standard layout and balcony.
The swimming pool is big and clean. Nice friendly staff.
The breakfast selection is great, the only niggle being that the coffee is instant coffee (quelle horreur).
Very convenient for the airport.
Top top: if you use the Google maps directions function, and are willing to walk a bit, it is really easy to get the public bus to/from the airport for the princely sum of 4 MAD each way.
If you like waiting this place is for you! Whilst most of the staff are friendly, there is a serious lack of urgency in their service. Whether it was checking-in, ordering drinks, or asking for a towel by the pool, you’d always have to wait. This is quite a surprise given the number of staff working - it is unbelievably painful to see plenty of resource around, yet all lack a sense of urgency and ooze inefficiency.
Basic hotel with a pool, our room was in the corner with a little window and a view of the side building next to the train station. Location was good as close to cafes, restaurants and next to the train station. Has a nice lounge and bar to chill. Our room was cleaned everyday but requested some extra pillows at the reception as there were only 2, we were told to come back in the morning, so came back the next day and was told that they’ll bring it up to our room and guess what? It never came! Got fed up asking for it so we ended up sleeping 5 nights with 2 soggy pillows that my husband had to fold so that he could actually feel there’s a pillow under his head.
Very nice stay. Helpful and kind staff. Beautiful riad! Included average breakfast: many types of bread, a yogurt, coffee. The bed was a bit too firm for my liking and the shower had water pressure and hot water but was difficult to regulate. The location is very close to the main market streets in the Medina, but a bit separated and down a quiet alley. The location felt safe, but also a bit strange to walk there in the dark.
Location is about 10 minutes from your square,
Easy to find, the room is nice and the environment is great
There are two swimming pools at different locations where you can take photos
Breakfast is average, coffee is good
We loved it here and will return.
Pros
- allowed us to check in early
- room/ hotel was aesthetically pleasing
- tv in the room was modern, so you could mirror your phone and watch films you have downloaded.
- staff speak many languages and were really helpful and friendly. They were always smiling.
-Bed was nice and comfy
-Spa treatment was lovely!
- the hotel is filled with everybody Ronaldo and my fiancé loved it!
- near to mall and many food restaurants in your doorstep
Cons
- we saw a small amount of ants in the room near the bathroom sink but couldn't locate where they were coming from. After I corned the area I don't recall seeing any again.
- Breakfast was nice but if you don't like egg, like my fiancé, it wouldn't be as nice for you. Unless you eat cereal etc. But there was a few options there to choose from. My fiancé is just very picky and too used to the continental breakfast in the UK.
We plan to return

MMötley NüFCFirst off, the location was great, a lot of choice for breakfast, nice swimming pool and big/clean room. Most of the staff were actually very helpful, just the last night left a sour taste in my mouth.
I would highly recommend this hotel, but believe some staff should know better what other parts of the hotel were doing and how to speak to guests. Technically, a solo traveller, but my friend was staying in another room. Every day we were given 1 large complementary bottle or water and 2 small bottles.
However, on the final night, my friend received, but I didn’t. This was fine and I just politely mentioned it to reception. Bearing in mind there’s not many local shops to get water from, I was glad when I was told this would be rectified.
1 tiny bottle was left in my room, so I rang reception to explain, this is where things got a bit rude and I was surprised at having to ‘fight’ for a bottle of water - especially because this isn’t a cheap hotel. I was redirected to room service, who tried to charge me and then said it’s a housekeeping issue. Then spoke to reception again and then basically called me a liar when I said that I’d had free complimentary water every day.
The lack of water didn’t really bother me, it was that I was sent around in circles and then rudely told I was wrong, even when I pointed out that I’d received water 3-days in a row. After about an hour trying, and very very thirsty, housekeeping - who were very friendly btw - dropped off 4 small bottles of water. If it were a housekeeping issue, I could’ve been told this from the start and there wouldn’t have been an issue.
All that being said, I actually really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and in Marrakech itself.
LLouise MarthaWhat an amazing experience it was to stay at this Riad. When we arrived, we were greeted by Karim, who welcomed us with a tour of the Riad and tea on the rooftop. He gave us a map and explained everything we needed to know about the area and getting to all the tourist sites. The Riad is in a perfect area... close to the Saadiam tombs and only a short walk to the main square. Taxis are easy to find and can easily drive right to the door of the Riad so it is in a brilliant location. The room was beautiful, immaculately clean, and the facilitates were amazing, we slept soundly every night and loved the room. Breakfast in the mornings was a treat also. You are greeted by a friendly staff member, and we loved the rooftop breakfast we got every morning. The spa is also wonderful. As a couple, we went for a package traditional Hammam, followed by a massage, and it was great. Again, the staff in the spa area, the facilities, and the overall experience were absolutely amazing. A special mention to every staff member in the Riad: The friendliest, most accommodating I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, especially Karim, Muhammad, Mustapha, and another gentleman whose name I have forgotten. They were so kind and helpful, greeting us with a smile every time we saw them and putting so much effort into making our stay fantastic. If you are thinking about booking this Riad, do it immediately. You will not regret it. When we return to Marrakech, we will be staying here again, and I will be recommending it to everyone I know. Thank you, Riad Almisk, we loved our 4 days in your wonderful establishment.
NNatasha Audina SI love the ambience, the decor and above all, the service that this riad has given from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff member that greeted us was very helpful and informative, and there were two night shift members who were incredibly helpful arranging our early breakfast (because we had to leave super early) and accompanied us to show the safest way to the square at the crack of the dawn. Even when we got lost on our way to the riad, the staff member also picked us up and helped us with our belongings. I would definitely recommend this riad to friends or family who want to make a trip to Morocco, especially Marrakech!
SSarahThe staff were very attentive. The roof terrace was lovely, as were the rooms and the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was convenient and massive with a few options. We would recommend staying at this hotel and it was nice staying in the new town away from the Medina.
GGuest UserEverything was perfect.
One criticism however: the hotel is very Audi I would have liked a presentation to be made on my arrival on the different services, I had to ask the employees to find out the number of restaurants, the opening hours...
SSchaalBI really like this hotel, the rooms are really well appointed with air conditioning or heating and efficient internet. Professional and pleasant staff, restaurant and swimming pool at the top. The best location in Marrakech, in the heart of the Hivernage district. To do and redo for a price much lower than all the other hotels in the surrounding area.
GGuest UserThis was the best hotel/Riad (7 in total) we stayed at during our trip. The location was perfect - in a busy and lively area of the old city, but not too difficult to find if your driver drops you off by the correct entrance.
We were greeted warmly by the manager and her team, who made sure that we had everything that was needed to make our stay special. The Riad is beautiful and cozy with seating in small little coves here and there. Our room was beautifully decorated - simple, but stylish and super clean.
We were always greeted with smiles that were genuine and not forced, and felt that the team here really enjoyed their jobs and took pride in showing the best that Marrakesh has to offer.
We had a spectacular breakfast on the roof terrace. It was more than the simple Moroccan breakfast and we really appreciated the efforts they made to keep everyone warm with blankets.
This Riad will now be placed on our “highly recommend and must return to” list.
Thank you for a wonderful stay and amazing hospitality.
TTINGTINGBeen to Dubai, stayed at the Amaha Desert Hotel and Jumeirah Group Hotel, still feel that this is the best. Everything is as beautiful as the picture. I enjoy a building and the copper lamp is very beautiful. I prefer the one in the toilet. The toiletries are complete and are also packed in delicate cloth bags. The comb is a wooden comb and has a great impression. Health is very good, we refused when there was cleaning service at night, because there is no need. The breakfast is also delicious, the bread dessert is a fragrant, and the dinner is not eaten at dinner. You can try it. The courtyard design is very good. It came out and found beautiful, many beautiful flowers, and very quiet. I have never seen other guests except the restaurant. The hotel can pick up and drop off guests, not to call a taxi. It is the staff of the staff who drive Mercedes Bentley to pick up. The next day we switched to the raid in the wheat field. We had to contact the other party to pick up the phone. As a result, the staff of Mansour were all connected, seamlessly connected and perfect. The most touching thing is that the details show the intention, the signature card, the delicious cake fruit. Since we wanted to change the hotel later, we booked a car at noon. I thought the hotel would remind us to check out. Who knows that there is no such thing. No one reminded me that the check-out time is up. We have to go back to the room at 12:45. Probably also know that I am leaving at 1 o'clock, so I don't remind me, very intimate details.
GGuest UserWhen I went to the place shown on Google Maps, I had to go down a very dark and narrow alley for about 5 more minutes.
It's a good thing I chased after the local who asked for a tip.
When I got there, the Riyadh staff were so pretty and friendly.
The man is very kind.
The accommodation was very pretty and nice.
Breakfast was good too
