Room and service was amazing. Loved it. Also close to city center, with bus 4 taking 15 min from lux city center. Not many eating options near hotel so you are stuck with going to city center. The swimming pool facility not great, the showers are not working and even lockers and it felt a bit dated for Hilton standards. There was also no sauna or jacuzzi and gym was tiny. Room was great and I had breakfast was amazing 10/10 on that

I recently stayed at Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg and found the location to be excellent, with easy access to key attractions and public transport. The room was spacious, providing plenty of comfort and room to move around, making it a pleasant environment to relax in. However, I did find the bed to be a bit too soft for my personal preference, which affected my sleep quality. Overall, it's a great hotel with a fantastic location and generous room sizes, but if you prefer a firmer mattress, you might want to consider that aspect before booking.

They provided great recommendations on places to visit and, even though the hotel was fully booked, they managed to accommodate our request for rooms next to each other, which was a huge plus for our family. The buffet breakfast was impressive, with a clean and hygienic setup and a wide variety of options. The only suggestion I have is to add labels to each food item, so guests know exactly what’s being served. Despite this minor detail, the breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The rooms were also very clean and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Luxembourg.

It's only an 11-minute walk from the train station and about 10-15 minutes to the old town. The location is really great! The hotel facilities are all new, the rooms are large, the dry and wet separation design is praised, and the supplies are also good, but the location of the shower room is a bit inhumane (a bit open). All mini bars are free, and I was upgraded to a room with a better view. It was really amazing when I opened the curtains. The bedding was a bit soft, but overall the sleep was good. (But I need to complain that we who live on the 7th floor were disturbed quite a lot by the music in the bar upstairs at night. It was almost 1 o'clock when the sound became quieter). Breakfast is on the top floor, and the whole view is really great! We were lucky enough to sit by the window, which improved our breakfast experience! The breakfast selection is pretty good, with some a la carte + buffet. The taste is not particularly good but I am very satisfied! Finally, I would like to give a big thumbs up to the service here, everyone is so patient and friendly! The guy at the front desk could speak a little Chinese and gave us chocolates.

Great hotel! Staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and lots of space. Shower and bath, and full amenities. And it is just one step away from tramway. Totally recommended

Pleasant stay with good facilities I stayed three nights at the Legere Hotel in Luxembourg. The rooms and the hotel itself were neat and tidy. There are saunas, which was a nice extra. I did miss a jacuzzi or swimming pool for more relaxation. The bar was an absolute plus: good service and tasty cocktails. Overall a pleasant experience and definitely a hotel to come back to.

The hotel offer was great in the aspect of price to value ratio, I really liked especially the trip. Com team they are really helpful and understanding I had a booking mistake and they helped me solve it easily. I have never experienced better customers service alway glad to be your customer.

However, you need to pay attention to the parking entrance sign. Overall, the hotel provides a high-quality accommodation experience for business travelers.

Good location, only few minutes from train station, spacious room, very clean and stylish design. Staff are friendly and helpful! But the renovation nearby blocked the entry and not easy to find at first scene. However, it is worth to stay there.

Across the road is the train station, the location is very convenient. It was only 7 weeks since it opened, the room was very new, the facilities were complete, and the executive M Club dinner time was provided with hot food.
