We stayed at Landing Shinhwa World Hotel for three nights with complimentary Shinhwa World theme Park big3 tickets. My daughter had so much fun there. The hotel room is spacious and comfortable. Location is good if you plan to visit the theme park.

On this trip to Jeju Island with my child to enjoy the sea and water, Grand Hyatt was our immediate choice. It was truly impressive. Check-in was smooth, though the room wasn't ready until 3 PM. Even though we were assigned the 11th floor, the view overlooked the outdoor pool, and we could also see planes taking off, which I found quite captivating! The hotel has a 24-hour 7-Eleven on the 4th floor where you can grab breakfast items and drinks. The indoor pool is on the 6th floor, and the outdoor pool is on the 8th. The outdoor pool area features a warm pool/hot tub and a large main pool, and my child had a fantastic time there! The room we stayed in was very spacious, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable! The TV was also large. Soundproofing was excellent, and the water was consistently hot. However, the complimentary shampoo left me with a lot of dandruff – I'm not sure why – so I'd recommend bringing your own if possible. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus service to Baojian-ro and Shilla Duty-Free, running every 25 minutes. Just be sure to check the schedule. For the return trip to the airport via shuttle bus, you need to collect a ticket from the front desk beforehand with your passport. Alternatively, if you have a casino membership card, you can board directly. Finally, on our way back, we accidentally left our backpack on the shuttle bus. The hotel responded incredibly quickly and helped us retrieve it. We are extremely grateful for their assistance!

The hotel is clean and tidy, with good facilities. (Do note that you'll need to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush.) Check-in and check-out were very smooth and hassle-free, and luggage storage is available in the lobby! A pleasant surprise was the sea view from our room window – absolutely beautiful! The hotel pool isn't huge, but it's perfect for kids to splash around and have a great time, and you can also enjoy sea views and gorgeous sunsets from there.
The hotel's location is super convenient: there's a convenience store right at the entrance that accepts Alipay. Next door, you'll find a fried chicken place (we even found a discount coupon in our room!) and a coffee shop. McDonald's is just a five-minute walk away. Across the street is a whole street of Korean BBQ restaurants, and just one more block over is Dongmun Night Market, making dining and shopping incredibly easy.
It's only a 15-minute drive from the airport, and the soundproofing is excellent – we could barely hear any airplane noise. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your trip to Jeju Island. It offers great value and extremely convenient access.

The room was very clean and serviced daily. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from Black Pork Street and Chilseong-ro Street. Whatever you do, avoid the restaurant directly across from the hotel, run by people from Northeast China! They specifically target and scam Chinese customers! My friend was ripped off 250 yuan for a plate of fried rice; it was a truly humiliating amount! We were assigned a room on the 9th floor, which offered a partial sea view. There was a 50,000 won deposit required upon check-in for each room. Overall, I was quite satisfied.
Our second stay and I would love to return again
It's basically a honeymoon / baby hotel. Many young couples and families with children under 10. Very calm and peaceful.
Clean, nice, heated pool.
Breakfast could be better, we opted out, but it's still convenient.
The sauna is absolutely wonderful, I really healed my body and soul there.
As for the room type, the last year we stayed in a standard view room. You have to know that there is NO view. It was a ground floor room with all the consequences. We didn't use the balcony at all. This year we chose garden view but got upgraded to a poolside view.
The poolside view honestly made the stay. Choose poolside or at least garden view if you can. Try to stay away from standard view.
There's also this hill suite building, we'll probably try and book a room there next year but we couldn't quite figure out how to use the spa. It wasn't clear if the building has its own spa or some overpass or underpass, or you'd have to walk across the road to the main building.
The beach is 5 minutes away by car and around 30 on foot. There's surfing lessons and surf rentals there, you can rent a chair, an umbrella, a sunbed and a tube.
Also, if you're thinking Lotte because of the closeness to the beach, note that the pedestrian walk to the beach is awful from there. It's 5-10 minutes of stairs.

My elderly mum and me had a wonderful stay at Maison Glad, the hotel is a big property, there are two wings whereby my aunt and cousin stayed at another wing. We got a corner room and it was very spacious with two double beds. The toilet was equipped with standing shower and bath tub. It was a relief for us as we preferred standing shower as our legs were not that good to climb into the bath tub. The hotel breakfast is international style and there are different fruit drinks to choose. The hotel lobby has a cafe selling bakery and coffee, we spent our leisure there in afternoon too. Hotel staff are all very friendly and polite. The hotel location is very convenient diagonally across Shila duty free shop and many restaurants.
The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to a popular fried chicken spot where there's usually no wait! It also features a convenience store where you can pick out and cook your own instant noodles, offering a unique chance to experience the local instant noodle culture. Three hotels are interconnected, with an outlet mall downstairs offering a wide range of outdoor leisure and golf apparel brands – a definite plus for golf enthusiasts. Below ground, there's a casino, and outside, you'll find two theme parks: a water park and a Larva-themed amusement park. A heads-up for the water park: bring your own towels and water shoes, otherwise you'll have to buy them there. They don't accept Alipay or WeChat, so make sure to bring a credit card. Even life vests are only available for rent. It feels like money is being spent at every turn – quite the commercialized setup! However, seeing the kids happy made it all worthwhile!

Overall, it was a good stay. The hotel is very close to the airport; our group shared a larger taxi which cost 20,000 KRW to get us there. Hailing a taxi at the airport is very convenient – you just cross a small road outside, and you can quickly find one.
The hotel is located in the city center, making it incredibly convenient for dining, drinking, and shopping. Downstairs, you'll find various restaurants, convenience stores, and pharmacies. Baojian Road Pedestrian Street is just a ten-minute walk away. The hotel is situated directly above Lotte Duty Free, with the lobby on the 6th floor, accessible by elevator.
Breakfast is an optional extra, and you can purchase it day by day. We tried it for one day but then decided it wasn't great value for money, so we opted not to continue. A convenience store downstairs provided perfectly adequate breakfast options instead.
The hotel also has an outdoor pool, which is quite shallow and costs extra (12,000 KRW per person, same price for adults and children). The kids really enjoyed playing in it. The room wasn't huge, but the space was well-utilized, and it came with all the expected amenities, including a bathtub. When it was time to leave, the staff on the ground floor helped us call a taxi, and we reached the airport quickly.
Overall, our stay was very pleasant.
Advantages; helpful staff at concierge, amazing food at the Parkview - one of the best omelette ever had, walking access to the beach.. (but beware of steep stairs..) and….. house keeping service was first class and friendly.
Disadvage; TV could be bigger, NO smart TV, No utube, No neflix … power point was only on one side of the bed. Shampoo/ conditioner/ bodywash is just plain, not suitsble for 5 star hotel. When u purchase the toilettes bag which cost 30$ u get the same stuff inside with tooth brush and paste.
We stayed 3 nights and were very impressive with house keeping service. Everytime we come back, towels were replaced, bed was made, refilled stocks etc. thanks house keeping team x the best 🩵
I recently had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Lotte Hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! The highlight of our visit was definitely the heated pool and jacuzzi, which provided the perfect oasis for unwinding. Enjoying live music in the evening while relaxing in the warm pool and jacuzzi was an unforgettable experience.
The hotel’s location is another major plus. It's conveniently situated next to two charming shopping and restaurant areas. We loved having options like Starbucks and Olive Young just a short walk away. For food, we indulged in the famous local pork BBQ at a nearby restaurant, which was a real treat. Additionally, there are two convenient stores within a 5-10 minute walking distance, making it easy to grab essentials.
Overall, Lotte Hotel offered a perfect blend of relaxation and convenience

AAnonymous UserThe hotel has a modern, trendy aesthetic, making it very photogenic. Our ocean-facing room was a bit small and dated; there wasn't enough space to fully open two suitcases simultaneously. The hotel pool is free before 11 AM; after that, reservations are required, with two time slots available. It's best to avoid weekends as it gets very crowded with local visitors. The front desk offers Chinese-speaking staff. Room service is managed via a self-service QR code system, which is quite convenient and hands-off. There's a convenience store to the left of the hotel, convenient for picking up breakfast. Jungmun Beach is within walking distance, though its sand quality isn't as fine as Woljeongri's, and there are hardly any shells. Both the Teddy Bear Museum and BHC Fried Chicken are conveniently within walking distance from the hotel. Directions to the pool are a bit unclear. For nearly 2500, the value for money feels a bit low. The ”most beautiful Starbucks” (Starbucks The Wave) is also nearby.
QQFQFQFClean and spacious room. Nearby there's convenience stores and live music. One thing I have an issue with was that they didn't allow food deliveries which was a shame
AAizhushiguaiguaimiaoThe hotel boasts an excellent location, with a bus stop conveniently situated right outside. This is fantastic for catching direct routes to all the scenic spots. The interior space was decent, and everything was clean and tidy. However, there was no Chinese-speaking staff available, despite expectations. Furthermore, the air conditioning was incredibly difficult to operate; I couldn't get it to work, leading to an unbearably hot night.
SsubhashNyce hotel , not too far from the airport probably 30mins drive. Centrally located in old jeju, close to the shopping areas and if you are booking tours then the pick up point is close to this hotel.

AAlvin YannnnnnI stayed in a Standard Family Twin Room with a city view on Level 7. While I could just barely catch a glimpse of the sea, the overall experience was very pleasant. The room was comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the refreshing scent of the shampoo provided.
The hotel’s location is excellent—very close to Jeju Airport. For those driving, parking is available; you just need to inform the staff about 10 minutes in advance so they can retrieve your car. Another convenience is the CU convenience store located literally right downstairs, making it easy to grab snacks or essentials anytime.
Overall, I had a great stay and found nothing to be dissatisfied about. I would be happy to return to Hotel Ventimo Jeju in the future.

Jjeffrey159Decent Stay but Poor Parking Design
The biggest downside of this hotel is the parking situation—it’s horrendously designed. Cars are allowed to park in the exit lane, meaning there’s only one narrow way to enter and
exit, which makes maneuvering a nightmare.
On the positive side, the hotel is very affordable, but that also means some compromises. The room provides only a kettle and cup, with no coffee, spoon, toothbrush, or toothpaste, so be sure to bring your own. However, the shower is clean, and there’s a hairdryer available, which is a plus.
The view is okay, nothing spectacular, and while the room has a heater, there’s no floor heating, so it might get chilly.
Overall, if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay and can overlook the parking frustrations and minimal amenities, it’s an okay choice.
민민슈가여친리하I stayed in a duplex suite for 2 nights (weekend Sat & Sun).
The room was quite spacious and had a two-story structure, so it felt open.
It had an ocean view, so it was great for a vacation.
The swimming pool was also large and indoor, so I would like to visit again next time.
