The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was good, hot water was available 24 hours a day, and there was an ice machine. We left the hotel halfway and could store our luggage. It was 15 minutes walk to Walmart and there was a big supermarket across the street. The service staff were very friendly. I would stay again.
This hotel is in excellent condition in all aspects. I will stay at the hotel in Mexico City on a business trip. The location is close to the airport, the sanitation is very clean, the service attitude is very good, and the hotel facilities are perfect.

The Spa and gym was amazing - especially the staff who were really helpful and kind. The trainer Ariel was really helpful showing me various training routines and ways for thinking about exercise - he is an expert in Judo (black belt!). Alexis was really helpful with the spa facilities. Thanks Ariel and Alexis!
The beauty salon run by Azul was really good and especially with the treatments she offers! She convinced me to start looking after the smaller things about my appearance. It is the people that make a place and in this case in Hotel Marquis Reforma. I will definitely go back. Thanks Azul!

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities like the pool and fitness center were excellent. Great location too, close to all the main attractions. Overall, a wonderful hotel experience that I would absolutely recommend to others.
The location of the hotel is very good. There is a business district downstairs and it is convenient for shopping and eating. The breakfast in the room is also great
The bell boy service is really embarazing, they want to help and touch the luggage 5 Meters before your final destination. Nevertheless in the critical points, is not possible to find one of them. They are every time in other places or occupied talking with other bell boys.
First of all, I played this (4 points) mainly because of this price, the room is clean, the room is large, the bed is big, and the bathroom is big. The surrounding environment can be seen, there is a super market next to it, all the daily necessities are there, the subway is also very close, less than 5 minutes walk. Hotel services can be used, what you need (hotels to pay) will be given, although 98% of the staff do not speak English, but will eventually get it. Equipment and facilities can be smashed, not old, and so on. I will continue to choose it next time I go to Mexico City.
Close to the airport, there is a pick-up service, but the car will only wait at the departure gate, Exit 4 or 5, on the hour. It’s not too far to take a taxi, Uber can reach it for 120 yuan. The room is spacious and has a coffee station to boil some hot water. There are no slippers, toothbrushes, etc., and the two charging eyes can be plugged in directly without conversion. Two bottles of mineral water are given, so you can simply go online and do some work. There is a hair dryer, safe, and ironing board.
Muy buen lugar para quedarte a pasar la noche si estás de paso en CDMX, a solo 18 min del aeropuerto y tienen el servicio de traslado gratis, el hotel está ubicado dentror de una plaza donde puedes ver y comer diferentes opciones y las instalaciones están muy bien, en esta ocasión el elevador estaba dañado y tuvimos que usar el de servicio pero fuera de eso la habitación cómoda y limpia que es lo que buscas para descansar una noche mientras estás de paso. Lo recomiendo!

MM F GomezThe hotel has a fabulous location right in the middle of everything, cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel is a bit simpler than it appears in the photos, it is quite an old hotel, the staff is extremely friendly and that makes the stay better, the restaurant downstairs is delicious. It does not have air conditioning and the facilities are old. If you are going to do a visa application for the USA it is convenient for you but not for a comfortable stay.

The staff was friendly and welcoming every time. It’s located in a central position of reforma avenue. I walked to the Hidalgo surroundings as well as to Chapultepec park although it’s pretty far . I liked the beauty of the architecture and the old style. It is in dire need of renovationbut still a nice place …
GGuest UserThe location is awesome. The hotel is more than basic, the pictures are a bit deceiving. There wasn't even space for us to put our clothes, no wardrobe nothing. Four days and our clothes had to stay in our bags or around the room.
It also didn't have a good mirror, only one in the bathroom which is not convenient.
The hotel is on a 4th or 3rd floor, I honestly can't remember but it was a lot of stairs, and it's inside a building that resembled a small shopping center.
It's walking distance to a lot of attractions, very good location.
The breakfast was good, freshly prepared for each individual. There's a very nice rooftop, don't miss it.
The hotel is not quiet at all, but I guess it's because of the location, it's hard to get a good night sleep if you're easily awakened :)
Upon arrival the man on the checking desk asked me to fill yet another form that had weird questions like if I liked dogs or cats and he said that I had to take a selfie! He said this was for verification reasons and that ”booking” asks him to do so, I told him I already verified my reservation and that I booked via Trip.com, he insisted at first and then when I was firm he said that it's ok and that there was no need.
