The room is clean and close to the station. However as 4 star hotel, they allowed house keeper entered guest’s room without permission especially the “do not disturb” sticker is on door. Contacted head manager to complain they only apologised and did nothing. Be aware of this hotel, your room is not secure while you are away so always keep your belongings locked just in case.

The hotel is excellent. It is close to the Osaka station and at the upper floors of a shopping mall. Bedroom is big enough n the breakfast got different varieties. We can also shop n eat in the underground shopping streets conveniently in rainy days. Highly recommended.

From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth, professional, and friendly. The staff spoke good English.
The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Namba, within walking distance to Dotonbori, Kuromon Market, and several subway lines. Despite being so central, the hotel is tucked away enough to be quiet at night.
We chose this hotel for 2 reasons:
1. Near Rinku Premium Outlet for last minute shopping
2. Near Kansai International Airport for the early morning flight back home
Overall, the location is good. There is a halal shop selling spices and some Indian food at the train station. The room is spacious, clean and has a mini living room. Even took the shuttle bus to airport the next day! Definitely would recommend this hotel to my family and friends!

A true hidden gem in the heart of Osaka!
Staying at Zentis Osaka was an absolute pleasure. The design of the hotel is modern, elegant, and full of thoughtful details that reflect a perfect blend of Japanese aesthetics and contemporary comfort. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional — always ready to assist with a smile.
The rooms are beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and surprisingly quiet, making it easy to relax after a day exploring the city. We especially loved the soft lighting, high-quality bedding, and the luxurious rain shower. The in-room amenities were well-curated and of premium quality.
The room is spacious by Japan standards and well-equipped with essentials like a hairdryer, electric kettle, air purifier/humidifier, air-conditioning, and basic amenities. If you opt for daily housekeeping, they’ll replenish items such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap, combs, toothbrushes, razors, cotton buds, and body sponges. Towels are changed and trash is cleared daily as well.
The only downside is the lack of complimentary drinking or hot water, even at the lobby—so you’ll have to boil water using the kettle provided in the room, which can be a bit inconvenient.
Location-wise, it’s excellent—just a short walk from the train station, with a Don Quijote and FamilyMart nearby. There’s also a Daiso downstairs, along with plenty of restaurants and a game arcade.
The complimentary breakfast buffet is a highlight, offering a wide variety. It’s not extravagant but includes both Japanese and Western dishes such as curry rice, udon, pickles, grilled salmon, takoyaki, cold tofu, salads, warabimochi, sausages, chicken rings, fried chicken, cereals, milk, bread rolls with spreads, soft serve ice cream, DIY waffles, fruits, and beverages like coffee, tea, juice, and soft drinks.

This hotel is just beside OCAT ideal for passengers with lots of luggages. They offer to hold your luggage till check in time...when ii was there, strictly chk in at 3pm and out by 10am..scan tbe QR, show to the staff and screenshot to retrieve later Super efficient. There are onsen, resturants, laundrymart and even 7-11 inside the building...water points, mircowave are free for used too..The nearby undergriund Namba walk provide covered walkway all the way to Nipponbashi....Rooftop view was good too...and most important...All the staff i met with speak good english. Truely enjoy my staff here
It was a pleasant stay. We took a triple bed room (Queen + 2 Single Beds) as we have a young adult child. Room has washing machine cum dryer which was very convenient for us.
Toilet has a main door that leads to separate WC and shower area, both with doors. Toothbrush, comb, bath salt (there’s bathtub for my room) and even body towel is provided.
The hotel has choice of limited housekeeping or full housekeeping but the catch is, you have to indicate before 11am.
The hotel has a dark theme which is cool but will appreciate if the rooms have brighter lights or even dimmer so we can choose the intensity of the brightness required.
Even the toilet is dim warm white, unable to put on makeup properly.
There’s pool table on the second floor for some fun family time. Note that Accor members are unable to clock in nights if they book via Trip.com

The location is inconvenient. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the nearest subway station, which is not very convenient if you have a suitcase. The room is new and has a kitchen. Overall very clean.

Great
GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Park Front Hotel with my 12-year-old son for three days and two nights while visiting Universal Studios Japan. The location is fantastic—right across from the park, making it incredibly convenient. The surrounding area features a mall with a variety of dining options and vibrant nightlife, so you won't get lost.
While the hotel has an older, classic design, it’s clean and offers spacious rooms for a reasonable price. I highly recommend it for families planning to visit USJ, as it saves you the hassle of long commutes after a tiring day at the theme park.
The staff is friendly, though I didn’t have much interaction with them. The breakfast buffet is tasty with a good selection, but there are plenty of dining options nearby, including Tully's Cafe and McDonald's, so consider saving money by eating out instead. Overall, a solid choice for families, especially given the fair pricing for a comfortable stay!
GGuest UserExcellent service and amenities. Enjoyed the swimming pool very much, then nice dry/ wet steaming and sauna. Breakfast is good with lots of choices. The room is spacious, high floor with a panoramic city view, wonderful. Staff are friendly and helpful, very impressed. In short, highly recommended.

AAhmad MostafaA nice and clean hotel in a reasonable location. It can be noisy due to the adjacent major road, especially when noisy motor bikes and sports cars drive past making a terrible noise.
Rooms are adequate in size for one, but the twin bedded rooms are a little bigger.
The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and polite. Lift access is a bit unusual as one needs to catch an ascending separate lift to reach reception on the 16th floor, and then another descending separate lift to reach your room on levels 15 and below. Overall a nice hotel. Thank you.

Very Good
DDesignYourLifeTips❤️Very close to Bentencho train station. A lot of good izakaya restaurants and convenience store surrounding that area. Most importantly, is just a few minutes train to Universal Studio Japan. Very comfortable and clean stay, staff is friendly and helpful. Defintely recommend this for business travel or leisure.
NNot Scary PomI am writing this review to share an honest look at our hotel stay and make your decision easier.
Just some points I had regarding my stay.
Pros:
Clean enough.
The center between two main areas. Walking distance to Osaka castle.
Complimentary lounge,Green tea latte is good.
You only get 1 coin for complimentary wine and sake per booking.
Cons:
Complimentary lounge coffee machine didnt work on the 2nd day.
Smaller room than other rooms during our visit.
Windows dont open. So poor ventilation.
There are skin care amenities but paraben inside. So we didn’t use it.
Will not go as a first time visitor because of the location.
GGuest UserExcellent location and view. Especially for family with kids, this hotel is right above Namba station and walking distance to kuromon market, dontorbori. Easy to get to different subways for traveling. Though is 2 double beds. One bed can fit one Asian adult and child.
