Hotels With parking in South Backa District, Serbia

After reading previous reviews, we were hesitant to stay here but had already booked in March. Upon arrival we were met with a friendly lady who gave us a map of the area, showed us our room no 210. We had requested for a big room so were given a family room. It was huge, with a sofa, an arm chair, small desk and chair, cupboard with shelves and hangers. Bathroom was good size too. Looked new. Window was big and high so couldn't open. We had no noise disturbing us so was quiet.But AC was great. We had breakfast in their cafe below and was good. Choice of a few items with orange juice and coffee. Location of Kombinat rooms was awesome. Just a minute into the church square in old town. .

I think this hotel is pretty good except for its slightly bad location. There's a decent burger joint behind it, and supermarkets all around. It's about 2 kilometers to the square. Overall, it's a nice place to stay, but walking to the attractions can be a bit tiring. Be very careful with the door lock; once you get it in, you can't open it. Foreigners don't really know how to solve this problem. I had to rely on my own strength and use the strap of my bathrobe to pull it open myself. 😖😖

The hotel's environment is beautiful and distinctive. The hotel's service is considerate, providing all-weather service and enthusiastic front desk service. Room facilities: The room is spacious, exquisitely decorated, clean and tidy, and provides a comfortable sleeping environment. Catering service: The catering service provided by the hotel is satisfactory. Location: The hotel is conveniently located, close to the city center and convenient for travel. The price of the hotel is reasonable and good value for money.

The rooms are quite clean and tidy. The location also good. The cleaning service however needs improvement as there is no frequent seevice to rooms (towel change, etc..).

The boss is very warm and the service is good! Breakfast is good. It is a room near the road, too noisy. Passing the car at night affects the rest! There is a large parking lot behind, and you can choose by car. There are 12 roads at the door to go directly to Liberty Square, and the transportation is convenient. In addition, on his birthday yesterday, the boss specially wrote a congratulation card and sent fruit and a bottle of wine. Very moving.

You know how satisfied I am with this hotel when I first arrived. The evaluation once surpassed the Moscow Hotel. Until the night there was a similar bug in the photo, and there was more than one. After eliminating three, I just wanted to fool around and deal with it for one night. It was troublesome to find the front desk to change rooms and I didn't want to move after I was tired for a day. The mentality collapsed when the fourth one appeared. Looking for the front desk to change rooms. The room we booked was originally very big, but the small room we changed later did not make up the difference. I was tired after playing for a day and didn't want to reason with them. Although the front desk gave us a bottle of red wine as compensation, I still have to give him a bad review. It really affects the mood of traveling too much. By the way, I also know that people don't do secret things. I told them at the front desk that I must complain to you. You are not eligible for five-star online reviews.

Breakfast is OK, pure Western food, we are very adapted. It is a castle, you can see the Danube, the environment is good, the room is attic, relatively small, the top of the bathroom bed is oblique, because it is the cheapest room, the room where the servant should live, small, and green Similar to the stinky big sister's bug. This is not the case downstairs, the window is facing the Danube. There is free parking, if you walk in, it is still far away. The overall environment is still good.

Breakfast is average, simple and full, just in the bustling city center, the square downstairs is the Church of the Virgin Mary, there are many convenience stores around, the room facilities are relatively old, the lighting is not too bright

It is within walking distance to the pedestrian street and other attractions, which is very convenient. You can see the iconic church from the window of the room and from the breakfast room. The front desk service is friendly, the room is clean and spacious, and the breakfast is exquisite and delicious. It is worth recommending

My wife and I were traveling around Serbia and we had originally planned only one night at Hotel Pupin. We weren't able to find a ton of advance info on the hotel because it was new, but the location was good, price seemed good, and it was only one night so didn't seem like much of a risk. The hotel and Novi Sad were so charming that we extended our stay to three nights. Overall, we were extremely happy with out stay. The hotel is brand new and is very close to the old town center (<10 min walking). Hotel staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful. Everything in our room was new with modern-style decor, and the room was very clean. The styling of the room kind of reminded me of a Sofitel or something between a Westin and a W (Westin with darker lighting and more ”modern” finishes). The hotel is near a busy street, but we asked for a quiet room so they gave us one in back that was great. We booked our stay directly through the hotel's website where we were able to get a special weekend package that included free parking and breakfast (seemed like a great deal compared to room-only rates). The parking garage was new, very spacious, and a huge relief after my experiences with previous, tiny Serbian parking garages (as an American used to more space, driving and parking in Serbian cities was an adventure). Breakfast in the hotel's restaurant was amazing. So much delicious food and excellent service. Three months later, my wife and I still always talk about the breakfast anytime Novi Sad and Hotel Pupin come up in conversation. Serbian meze (charcuterie and cheeses), fresh fruit, eggs cooked to order, bacon, sausages, delicious breads and spreads, vegetable salads, espresso drinks, and fruit juices... delicious! The only things we thought could be improved at this hotel were the night light under the bed (it was a motion sensor or something and would sometimes turn on randomly while we were in bed; we fixed this by taking the room key/card out of the light switch at night), and the mini-bar which didn't seem to get cold (we experienced this at a couple other Serbian hotels as well). Neither was a big issue. Also, would note that the hotel is in a shared commercial building. To get to the check-in desk, you walk to the right of the Continental AG desk in the first floor lobby and then you take the stairs or the elevator to the second floor where you'll find the hotel desk. There was some construction going on in or near the building when we were there in July 2020, but we really didn't notice it other than seeing some workers walk by a couple times.
