I'd been interested in this hotel since before it opened last year, and finally got to go. The space and service lived up to my expectations. The location is great, and as you'd expect from Japanet, the room was well-equipped with appliances, so I was able to stay comfortably. I'd definitely like to stay here again when I visit Nagasaki.

Great location and room was very clean and spacious. It’s a very new hotel and everything is new and nice. Hotel location is great! It’s right next to the train station and shopping mall. There are many restaurants nearby so getting good food is easy. Will definitely come back to stay again if we visit Nagasaki again.

To be honest, I booked it without doing any detailed research or knowing the location, but based it on the price and the name value of ANA. Recently, whenever I stay in a city, except in hot spring areas, I usually stay at business hotels of major chains. I arrived at the hotel by taxi. As soon as the taxi door opened, a staff member immediately ran over to me and greeted me politely. After that, another staff member was at the automatic door and opened it just in time for me to walk by, as expected! I was impressed with the ANA hotel and the ”hotel” after such a long time. When I arrived at my room, I was surprised to see that Glover Garden was behind it! In front of the hotel was the pier. It was the best location to feel Nagasaki. The staff's service was first-rate. The entire building was clean, and the hotel's location and the view from the room were perfect. The restaurant on the second floor was delicious despite being reasonably priced for a hotel. I had no complaints about anything about my stay. I will definitely return.

This hotel definitely ranks among the best I've ever visited. While the meal prices were a bit on the higher side, enjoying delicious food with an incredible ocean view made it entirely worth the cost. I loved being able to watch the sunrise right from my room, and the hotel even provides a shuttle to the lighthouse so you can catch the sunset too. The hot spring facilities were superb; I spent an entire day exploring all the different onsens and saunas. The complimentary cafe, where you can grind your own beans for fresh coffee, was another lovely touch.

I missed it at 1:30 in the afternoon and waited until 4:25. The boat was opened 15 minutes before the boat opened. There was a difference between holidays. Apple navigation is accurate, half an hour to the big island, there is no information office at the pier, no staff, no rental, fortunately someone called a taxi, I also let him send, he sent the last guest to pick me up, the pier to the hotel 7 minutes, Apple navigation said that walking for 15 minutes is definitely not possible, At least forty minutes. It was so beautiful to arrive at the hotel, regretting the three hours I wasted at Sasebo Pier. The room is also super good and can't pick any shortcomings. Carefully observe the hotel details are perfect, extremely clean and bright, and the maintenance is very good. The two meals with two meals are delicious and formal. The dinner red wine beef and the nature of the performance are excellent. The beef quality is excellent. The freshly cooked siphon coffee for breakfast is really delicious. The staff were all warm and serious. After checking out, they sent me to the pier. The hotel I wanted to stay in was much better than Beppu Intercontinental.

It is a family hotel with complete facilities. It has a large lawn facing Shimabara Port and a bicycle slide for children to play. There is a small children's paradise on the second floor of the new building. There is a hot spring in the main building and the new building. The staff are also very good. Dinner needs to be reserved in advance. We didn't have a reservation. The lady at the front desk helped us talk to the restaurant and let us in. The ordering system was overall very good. This hotel is not recommended for booking on Ctrip. The agents Ctrip hired, including Ctrip’s specialists, were very unprofessional. After booking, they told me that the reservation was successful for three adults. In fact, I booked two adults and one child (the child is 4 years old). There was a system problem after the reservation. It became 3 adults. Ctrip asked me and the hotel to confirm whether the children can stay. It was very funny. I called and asked for a refund and she said no. Why should the customer bear the risk? Why should the customer bear the risk? The price booked at that time was 1378 for two large and one small. Meals are included, but the price actually includes two meals for two adults in this room type. 4-7 years old only need to pay 1,500 yen (75 RMB) to check in, but Ctrip actually charges the adult rate.

Room was cleaned and well designed. Right next to the train station and the centre of town. Room rate is reasonable and the bath is particularly enjoyable. Would come again

This location is considered the city center in Nagasaki, but there is a slope, so it is more convenient to drive. You can park in the parking lot in front of the hotel and opposite. I was surprised. The building is very beautiful and British style. The interior decoration is very new. The staff are very polite and speak good English. The interior decoration of the room is very tasteful. The breakfast is converted from a church and is a local restaurant. Although it is not large, it feels very good. There are American and Japanese breakfast options, both of which are very delicious.

호텔 시설이 무척 깨끗하고 쾌적했습니다. 도착하여 라운지에서 편안하게 기다리다가 체크인 할 수 있었고 직원분이 무척 친절하게 설명해주었습니다. 라운지에는 간단하게 즐길 수 있는 음료와 간식들이 있었습니다. 방은 사진 그대로의 공간으로 매우 깔끔하고 만족스러웠습니다. 어메니티 구성도 굉장히 섬세하였고 드라이기 외에 고데기와 아이롱도 구비되어 있어서 좋았습니다. 조식은 일반식과 양식으로 선택할 수 있었고 두 가지 모두 맛있게 먹었습니다. 야외에서 즐길 수 있는 스파도 특별하게 느껴졌습니다. 호텔의 모든 부분이 만족스러웠고, 떠나기 아쉬울 정도로 행복했습니다 💕 다음번에 또 나가사키에 방문한다면 다시 이 호텔을 선택하고 싶습니다.
