Pros:  Very helpful reception staff. Especially Yuyue and Jiaqi. It is not 100% certain that my spelling is correct since they do not speak English (along with the rest of the staff at this 5 star hotel in a city of more than 10 million people). Comfortable beds and decent pillows. Clean bathrooms. We had a free upgrade - see Cons! Cons: ”Non-smoking” room is a joke. The guests DO smoke everywhere. There are a lot of fabrics used in the rooms for the decoration, and smoke penetrates them to a great extent. In order to find a room with decent air quality, we had to change our rooms twice. See Pros! There was only a very limited selection of biscuits and fruits available for the advertised ”luxurious afternoon tea.”.

Pros: The hotel location is great, near malls, attractions, kfc, McDonald, local food. Love the room as our bed is on the second level (level 6) and we can see the plaza & car park & attraction across the street. Recommend: purchase chocolate from the shop next door (at hotel door facing the road, turn right). They sell really yummy chocolate with many flavours! Cons: hotel cleaning is not very well done. Can see hairpin, hair, snacks bits on chairs when we check in. Wanted to order food in the middle of the night but the hotel staff cannot help us.

This time I stayed at the R&F Wanda Realm Hotel Qiqihar, and I was pleasantly surprised at every step from check-in to check-out! The hotel has a superior geographical location and convenient transportation, which is very convenient for both business travel and sightseeing. The room is spacious and bright, the decoration is elegant and modern, and the bedding is comfortable enough to relieve travel fatigue instantly when you lie down. The bathroom facilities are high-end and the toiletries are of first-class quality. Manager Liu at the front desk is enthusiastic and professional. He quickly checked in and upgraded the room type. The room service responded quickly. Special thanks to the brother at the concierge department for helping to plan the local tour route and recommending a super authentic barbecue restaurant! The breakfast is rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western styles. There are not only Northeastern specialties, but also freshly made egg rolls and noodles, and the fruit is fresh. The gym is fully equipped, the swimming pool is clear, and I also experienced the SPA service. The technicians are professional and completely relaxed. Both the hardware facilities and soft services are benchmark experiences with extremely high cost performance! I will definitely choose here again when I come to Qiqihar next time, and I will recommend it to my friends around me!

This hotel is really fantastic. It is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the location is absolutely perfect -- close to places to eat, shop and close to the pedestrian street. The room is lovely, with mini bar, a little couch, a tub and its clean and lovely. The staff brought and left me snacks, and brought me delicious fruit. Plus I found the people of Mudanjiang to be really friendly and lovely as I walked around the city.

The location is very good, quiet in a busy city. It is close to the Ice and Snow World and Diamond Sea. It takes less than 10 minutes by taxi. It is 15-20 minutes from Central Street. The hotel service is also very good, and everyone is trying their best to meet the needs of the guests. Full of sincerity and warmth. I just want to make a suggestion. If the suite has executive privileges, can the minibar charge be cancelled? In fact, the minibar in the room is basically the same as what the executive lounge can provide. The Shangri-La executive privilege rooms in Ningbo and Hangzhou have cancelled the separate charge for the minibar.

the hotel was great value for the price and has a few excellent points. Location is easy to get to the airport and ok for the winter attractions. Rooms are nice, though are showing their age. The facilities (gym/pool) we decided to avoid; they don't offer the resort or relaxation of other five star hotels. Food was consistently good and the club lounge is easily one of the best decors I've found. The service was consistently good from checkin especially. I would stay here again if Im in Harbin, but I would stress that I have allergies to try and get a real smoke-free room (our bathroom....)

The rooms were really old，but staff was friendly and supported as much as they can. The staff was very supportive, child friendly and super fast. I was really impressed. The room is old, maybe it is the reason why I gave less stars. The room was too dry. Sleeping was not very good. But the room service was really good. I was a little unhappy because I was a passport reservation for a few minutes when I checked in. But the stay was very good. The requested things were also delivered quickly. The room attendant was very friendly and the girls always smiled. The ticket to the bath was okay, and the big sisters who took a bath were very good. There is a suggestion, I hope that the position of the trash can in the toilet will be changed, otherwise the paper will be dragged into the trash can when it is stretched, and the trash can must be removed every time. Health is generally OK. But I found a little old stain on the pillow I slept on, and I was not particularly comfortable. I am a stricter person for the hotel. So there may be more requirements.

I especially praise the front desk room service for being very considerate. When checking in, they actively recommend the surrounding central routes. The service is considerate and efficient. The atmosphere of watching the sunset in the evening is amazing. The king of cost-effectiveness, the location is super convenient, there are many snacks around, convenient, fast, and very close to the school. There are many delicious foods. Although the room is not big, it is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and hot water is available in seconds. This price can have such an experience, the cost-effectiveness is invincible, and I will stay here next time!

We spent three nights in this hotel and found it to be a little further from everything we wanted to see and do, but that did not make our stay any less pleasant. The staff were attentive and incredibly friendly. The hotel looks out on a lovely pond that is frozen sold in winter and covered with a thick layer of snow. A perfect playground for young and old alike. Catching a Didi from the hotel is also fairly easy as it isn’t stuck right in the centre of the ice festival activities.
