The location of the hotel is superb and very convenient to travel from and to Harbin Airport. And it’s just right few minutes walk to and from the Zhongyang Dajie (the central street). Highly recommended for everyone visiting Harbin! Stayed in the multi-level room. The design is nice with an electric curtain. One thing to improve is that the room lights are too dim and It would be a lot nicer if the hotel can change the room lights to be brighter or to be adjustable lights.

My child loves the room as there is tent 🎪, toy, books etc. We only booked for one night. Unfortunately my child was quite sick at night. The staff is very considerate and extended our check out time for an extra two hours. They helped with luggage and walked us out to another side of road for taxi. Overall a good experience other than the fact we had a sick child due to the Norovirus.

Check - in experience: 3/5. front desk personnel pleasant but not couteous enough, since your target audience is also more foreigners, put english speaking personnel, treally helps. room- spacious and clean, toilets expecially,all needed accesorries made availabel. very generous and kind with room service- mineral water. rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast was acceptable for my chinese local friends but not as a foreigners because no egg station. vegetarian food was difficult. ** need to buck-up on your claim that rooms are non-smoking - i disagree, I had to change rooms. saw guests smoking in thier room.**

The porter(Geoff) helped my son take our luggage to the lift of the Metro, very helpful. Facilities are good, my son likes the gym and pool table. The staff(Tina) of third floor introduced the facilities for us when we first got to the floor. Also  she reminded us to wear more if we want to go Ice and Snow World, very friendly. Good breakfast, all staffs are professional. Special recommend-frozen pear if you like iced espresso.

Through WeChat (my Chinese is not good), she helped me schedule a car and helped me work with a robot that delivers food to your room, plus a list of other things. 🤭 I found out she was often helpful when she wasn't on duty, which she did not have to do. I am so thankful for the kindness shown by 王颖. I will tell my friends to stay at this hotel when visiting Harbin!

They also have a counter from travel agency at their reception for you to book trips to other places in heilongjiang or day trips within the city.

This is a very decent hotel, close to the main tourist area and lots of restaurants within a few hundred metres distance. The room was very warm and clean. The staff were very polite and acted very quickly upon our requests. We didn’t use the cafeteria so we cannot comment on the quality of the food, but it seemed to have quite a comprehensive selection of food even if it was just Chinese style breakfast. For the price you pay, breakfast should be included there was no coffee in the room, only tea. In any case, they were very kind and gave us a small present upon our departure.

The location was great, 5mins walk from the Ha’erbin railway station. But you have to come out from the South side. If you came out from the wrong side, it’s a lot of trouble to go to the other side. The hotel is clean, new with all the necessary amenities. Even auto lockers are provided. Very convenient. They even provide ginger and Longan tea, as well as porridge at the lobby which are much needed in such cold environment. The WiFi was slow although the signal was strong. Not stable enough for international digital normads. Our phone signal over there was weak too. This hotel adjusts its own room rates from time to time, so it’s good to take note of the price adjustments and re-book for better prices.

So covenient❤️....The staff were so polite.You need a translator app so to communicate with them..Plus the owner herself speak english well..Very informative and polite too with all my inqueries about the happenings around ..We have free traditional cloth to wear for the winter,traditional fruit and a sleigh toy to ride ....Sad to say we only stay 1 night..It's not enough to explore..We definitely comeback and stay in this hotel...
