If you're a Chinese tourist, don't set your expectations too high – it's just a basic hostel. Expect the lower floors to be equivalent to a 170-250 RMB standard in China, and even a 'premium' room shouldn't cost more than 400 RMB. The hallways are so narrow only one person can pass at a time, and there's no wardrobe in the room; clothes have to be hung on the hallway wall. You can't even lay your suitcase flat on the floor! I've never stayed in such a terrible room, and the pricing is incredibly unstable. I booked it for just over 1000 RMB, but after checking in, I found the price had dropped by more than 300 RMB. If you don't check the prices carefully, you'll get ripped off... Luckily, Trip.com customer service was great and refunded the difference! This hotel has no redeeming qualities. Although it's close to the subway station, there are definitely more cost-effective hotels nearby, all within walking distance.

I booked a triple room for a trip with my parents. The room wasn't huge, but the layout was very efficient and convenient. We were assigned a higher floor, so the view from the window was great and it wasn't noisy. What we were most satisfied with were the hotel's breakfast and hot springs. The hotel has three distinct restaurants, and the breakfast quality was truly excellent. We were lucky enough to stay for four nights, so we got to try breakfast at each restaurant, and every one of them deserves a 5-star rating. The only minor flaw (a personal preference) was that there was no freshly ground coffee; the coffee was served from a thermos, and the taste was slightly lacking. The hot springs are located on the 3rd floor of the hotel, and the environment is lovely. When we visited, there were very few people, allowing us to fully enjoy the hot springs and sauna.

The hotel is conveniently located just 300 meters from JR Hakodate Station, with easy access to major attractions like Goryokaku Park, Tachimachi Cape, Hachiman-zaka Slope, and Hakodateyama Observation Deck via tram and bus. Hakodate Morning Market and Kanemori Red Brick Warehouses are within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The hotel's facilities are well-maintained, and the bedding is excellent. Breakfast offers a good variety of Japanese and Western options, and the food is delicious. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around JR Station. The front desk staff are welcoming and patient. Overall, this stay offers great value for money.

Good hotel which located near the Sapporo station. I stayed there for 6D5N and it was snowing for a couple of days. So staying near the subway and APIA was important to us. There’s a public Onsen bath and open lounge for guests so it was good. A couple of downside was that there was some smell in the washroom, not sure if from the gutter or bathtub. And another thing was that the bedsheet was a bit uncomfortable compared to other Keio hotel. All in all a decent hotel for any tourists that wanted to stayed in central Sapporo area.

Location: It's about a ten-minute walk from Sapporo Station. It was a bit of a hassle dragging my luggage in the snow at night when I didn't know the way, but it was easy to find my way in the morning. It's quite close to Odori Park and also convenient for catching the bus to the ski resorts. Service: The front desk staff, whether speaking Chinese, Japanese, or English, were all very attentive. They asked detailed questions and were prompt and helpful with booking taxis. Room: Not particularly large, and opening a suitcase was a bit difficult, but the king-size bed and mountain view made up for it, which I found acceptable. Cleanliness: I didn't notice any uncomfortable dirty spots. Dining: The breakfast was excellent, offering everything you'd expect. Even during the peak Chinese New Year period, it wasn't chaotic. The service in the restaurant was great, though the restaurant's front desk staff seemed a little irritable.

This is a new hotel in Sapporo offering great value for money. The hotel is very new, the rooms are spacious, and the large public bath facilities are perfect for relaxing after a long journey. The location is about a 7-minute walk from JR Sapporo, but it's not too far if you find the right exit (16, 17, or 18). Once you exit, you can easily spot the hotel's logo by looking up. There aren't many dining options nearby, just a ramen shop and a few convenience stores. It's about a 20-minute walk to Hokkaido University, Tanukikoji Shopping Street, and Odori Park. This hotel might be suitable for travelers who aren't visiting Sapporo for the first time and prefer a quiet, relaxing stay. The breakfast is quite extensive with plenty of seating. Recommended!

This was my third stay, and I chose this hotel again because my previous two experiences were so good. However, this time was truly unacceptable. We arrived at the hotel around 11 AM. My daughter had injured her leg while skiing, so we asked the middle-aged woman at check-in if we could check in early. She said yes, but we'd have to pay for an additional day – what a rip-off! The funny thing is, they told us we could wait in the lobby until 3 PM without paying. The lobby was nice, so we decided to wait there instead of wasting about 1700 RMB. But then, to our surprise, we saw the staff taking our luggage and other belongings to our room much earlier, while we weren't allowed to enter. Crazy! On top of that, the Wi-Fi signal this time was incredibly poor, almost unusable. Reporting it to the hotel didn't help either; we had to use our own data. So, this stay was truly, truly, truly disappointing! Attached is a photo of my daughter in a wheelchair, and they still wouldn't let us check in early. That middle-aged woman was so inhumane!

My first trip to Sapporo was made truly amazing by staying at this hotel. The location is flawless—easily accessible from Exit 8 or 10 of the Sapporo Underground Walkway, which connects directly to the Namboku Line Sapporo Station. This makes commuting effortless even during rainy or snowy weather. The hotel’s exterior and lobby are elegantly designed, but the most captivating feature is its view—it directly faces the ”Former Hokkaido Government Office,” and the scenery is as picturesque as a painting. The room was incredibly spacious; even with three large suitcases fully opened, there was still plenty of room to move around comfortably. As for the facilities and dining: the breakfast on the 2nd floor offers a lavish spread of seafood delicacies full of Hokkaido’s local flavors. The public bath is also spacious, featuring both hot and cold pools as well as a sauna, which was perfect for relieving travel fatigue. Toiletries are provided in the lobby on the 1st floor for guests to pick up as needed. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect balance between strategic location and high-quality accommodation. I highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers!

5-10 minutes walk to eateries and shops and subway, next to hotel is Lawson convenient store. Staff efficient and provides fast service. I find the downside is you can only shower inside bathtub which is inconvenient to small kids and elderly, and you cant eat and drink in hotel lobby so cabt chill in lobby with families, and there is no Type C charger so you must use travel adapter. Water dispenser is not available in lobby and not at every floor, you must go certain floor to fill up water and only cold water is available (no hot water). Also mattresses are hard.

Top-Tier Location with a View! We had a pleasant stay. While the room is compact, the location is unbeatable for foodies and explorers. The Pros: Location: Amazing! Surrounded by famous eateries and walking streets. Bar: Fantastic views and a cozy vibe. Note: You'll need to remove your shoes before entering. Facilities: They offer a public onsen for guestes, though we personally prefer private facilites and didn't try it. Parking Tip: Hotel parking is available (extra fee), but there is a 24h lot right next door that is cheaper and even closer to the entrance. The Cons: Room Design: the sink is outside the bathroom, and the mirror placement is a bit inconvenience for me to use. Ventilation: Windows are sealed shut, so there's no option for fresh air; you'll rely entirely on the AC. Verdict: Perfect for a short stay if you want to be in the heart of the city.
