Hotels With Gym in East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia

First time staying at this hotel, my impression was ordinary, just a view of the lobby, a cafe facing the beach. The housekeeping cart was pushed, the noise was very disturbing. Just imagine, every time a guest passes by, the housekeeping stops so as not to make noise

I arrived on schedule, but due to high occupancy, my room wasn’t immediately ready. However, the team more than made up for it by offering a complimentary lunch which was absolutely delicious. While waiting, I took the opportunity to explore the hotel grounds, and I was truly impressed by how thoughtfully designed and serene everything felt. The hospitality throughout my stay was nothing short of amazing. My only regret was staying just one night especially after experiencing the incredible breakfast spread the next morning. From authentic Indonesian and Asian dishes to Western favourites and an impressive selection of pastries, there was something for every palate. I also appreciated how family and kid-friendly the hotel is, while still maintaining a sense of privacy and calm. It never felt overcrowded, which made the experience all the more relaxing. I especially loved how the sunbeds were perfectly positioned to catch the sun ideal for that perfect holiday tan! The variety of activities available was great too, offering just the right balance between relaxation and recreation. A heartfelt thank you to Novi and the entire team for making my stay so memorable. Your warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism truly stood out. I’m beyond grateful for the support and care I received throughout my visit. I’ll definitely be back next time with my family in tow! Wishing your resort continued success you all truly deserve it.

This hotel is best in the Main Street, not far from pier and right next to the night market. I love their lobby is very chill and facing the sea. Seaview room is nice but just bear in mind there will be some noises from boat coming back late in the night. They have a spa/massage. Kids club and gym is small and I did not use them. The local tour is organised by East Cruise, surprisingly good price compared to what you can find on the street, i,e, for reference, Red Whale asked for 1.5 million to Komodo and they asked for 1.35 million, and East Cruise has a better speedboat with Sundeck. Did not try this time as the travel desk closed at 5. Overall recommend this if you want a little more comfort over the budget choices on the Main Street.

Air conditioning and hot water not working. Changed rooms and the hot water not working. This is unacceptable for an Aston Hotel. 

After 3 times at Sotis I have to say that: - the rooms. The bathroom and the breakfast more than good - cknr phre good service from the Staff Unfortunately the pool has no staff who can intervene in the assault of noisy guests and who use this space as a playground. The result is that the pool becomes unusable. Furthermore, the beach in front of the hotel is used by locals to have picnics cooking and flooding the entire outside area with smoke, smells and a lot of noise.... I'm sorry but I think that next time in Kupang I will look for another solution.

The hotel is right on the city centre. You need to get a room with the Seaview and the scenery in the morning is beautiful. The service is slow at times but overall is acceptable. It is easy to get a taxi to the airport from there. I will stay here again.

We stayed at Sudamala Resort after our 3D2N open trip around Komodo Island to relax and recharge. We booked a room with an indoor swimming pool, and it was absolutely remarkable spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The resort itself is incredibly peaceful, and all the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. We also tried the massage at the hotel, which was excellent and helped us unwind even more. What impressed me the most, however, was the exceptional service from one of the staff members, Huberth. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, he greeted us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you so much, Huberth! Your hospitality made our experience truly memorable, and because of you, we’ll definitely be back.

This hotel is very nice. The place and all the facilities look new and clean. The rooms are also very good (bed, mattress, shower, etc…) But, the service is terrible!!! The service is horrible!!! Special at the restaurant! Their service made me and my wife have an unpleasant experience in this hotel. The breakfast it’s the food from the day before, even the coffee! In the room’s tv they offer a SPA service but in the en they didn’t have any therapists available. In the restaurant we had to wait long long time for the food! I don’t recommend this hotel.

Simple and quite old interior. Location is about 5 - 6km from the city center, shuttle and airport pick-up are available. The staff is quite friendly, only I was disappointed with the PIC receptionist, I ordered take away breakfast because I was picked up in the morning by the tour for a 1 day trip, it turned out it was not provided. So on the day, I had to wait again. For the shuttle to the airport, it was also combined with guests with a 13.30 flight, asked to wait past the time I reserved, even though my flight was at 12 noon. The variety & quality of breakfast is very lacking for a 5 star hotel.

Beautiful hotel and rooms. The lobby and room views are amazing. They organize a free snorkeling trip at a nearby beach. Staff are super friendly and lovely. Just be prepared that service can be a bit slow at breakfast. Coffee and eggs sometimes need several reminders. Some staff English is not so good but they try hard. So pls be patient and understanding I needed medical attention ( luckily not serious) but a call in doctor and medication took several hours. The hotel was very apologetic and tried their best to help. Overall Labuan Bajo is a slow service town so expect to be just chill and take things easy. Overall enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much and would highly recommend it. Beautiful sunset !
