This was my second stay at this hotel.
The first time... the room was mediocre and the service was pretty bad. But this time it was spectacular, with an incredible view of the city! The reception service was unmatched.

The hotel room is large and clean. The breakfast is also good, but the waiting time for the elevator in the morning is long. There are many shops and restaurants around the hotel. The hotel room is large and clean. The breakfast is also good, but the waiting time for the elevator in the morning is long. There are many shops and restaurants around the hotel.
The room seem to be little smaller and AC was little weak initially. But rest of the things were great. Oh yes, I booked from trip.com. but the hotel system did not have my reservation. They took at least 15 mins to verify before I was getting the key.
This hotel has been my go-to transit stop for years. Its simple layout and excellent location always made it my first choice.
However, this recent stay gave me a new perspective, even with over a decade of business travel experience.
The receptionist with the nose ring was constantly making things difficult for guests, especially men. She insisted that check-ins could only happen after 2 PM, but as soon as someone else took over, check-ins were processed immediately.
Since I transfer frequently, I'd always ask her about the shuttle bus. She'd give various excuses about the bus being full, but in reality, when I actually rode it, it was almost empty.
One guest inquired about the current room rate; he hadn't booked and needed to pay for the day directly. The nose-ringed receptionist quoted a price significantly higher than what was listed online and then, shockingly, told him if he couldn't afford it, he could go to the Ibis next door. The entire lobby fell silent.
Finally, I have to vent about what I thought was only an Asian phenomenon: 'pastoral feminism' (or 'rural feminism'). Now I just want to know what generation this version of 'pastoral feminism' is at here. Also, I know that only oxen wore nose rings in ancient times; what you perceive as a high-and-mighty attitude just looks like a distorted animal show from the zoo to us.

The location is good, the lobby is nice, the room is average, it feels like a motel, they don't provide drinking water, if you want it, they will give it to you, and you will pay for it at the end. The bathroom is small and not very good.
Typical transit hotel very close to Sao Paolo airport Guarulhos. I had a small room in first floor not far from reception. Room was clean and comfortable, can’t hear airplanes much. Staff friendly and helpful. In morning hotel serve normal buffet breakfast.
I was satisfied with this hotel very much. I plannef to live here for many times many days. It's too bad that this hotel can not deposit the luggage for some days, only one day. But I can't always take the luggage with me. So I have to cancel all the later reservation in this hotel, and shouldn't come back again.
The room is larger than hotels in other price ranges. There is a Chinese restaurant next to it, which is more convenient. However, it is not close to the airport. It takes about half an hour. You need to plan in advance. Traffic jams in Sao Paulo are common.

Very Good
GGuest UserSo I liked the restaurant. breakfast and dinner, buffet, the staff of both the kitchen, and the very efficient reception, thank you and even the next.
FFrank zhao1The airport pullman hotel moved here. The two hotels are 1-15 hours by taxi. The location here is good. It takes 6/7 minutes to walk to the small mall, where you can shop and eat. It takes 20 minutes to take a taxi to the big supermarket, and 30 minutes to the mall on the street. The breakfast is not as varied as the airport pullman, the wifi is unstable, and the sound insulation is not very good.
GGuest UserThe room was a good size, and the breakfast spread was very generous. The airport shuttle service was also excellent. Luka at the front desk was incredibly warm and provided attentive service. Much appreciated!
LLilyPatI recently had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt Place São José do Rio Preto, and the experience was truly outstanding. The hotel's location is unbeatable, situated adjacent to the Iguatemi São José do Rio Preto shopping mall, providing easy access to a variety of shops and dining options.
The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The air conditioning system worked flawlessly, which was essential given the warm climate.
Breakfast each morning was a delightful experience, offering a diverse selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and local specialties. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay.
The hotel's facilities, including the rooftop swimming pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and provided excellent opportunities for relaxation and exercise. Additionally, the free on-site parking was a convenient perk.
One minor drawback was that the parking area could become a bit crowded during peak hours, but this did not significantly impact my overall experience.
In conclusion, Hyatt Place São José do Rio Preto offers exceptional comfort, top-notch amenities, and a prime location. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
GGuest UserExcelente como sempre em especial a recepcionista Ariadne. Café da manhã fabuloso, além dos itens de qualidade e diversidade ainda tem piano ao vivo nos finais de semana!
AAnonymous UserThe transportation is convenient, there is a large shopping mall nearby, shopping is very convenient, there is food on the first floor, breakfast is at the hotel, lunch and dinner are at the shopping mall opposite, there are restaurants of various flavors.
WWellington DiegoI absolutely LOVED both the stay and the party at Onze.
I confess that I was a little apprehensive due to some not-so-nice comments about the accommodations, but everything was perfect.
The hotel decor is beautiful, we were very well looked after from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The receptionists are very nice and attentive.
The room is magnificent, very cozy, spacious beds, a large bathroom and a hot shower with strong water to relax.
We spent New Year's Eve on the eleventh floor of the hotel itself: wonderful!!
My congratulations to all the staff, I will definitely be back and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!
DDiegobrasDespite the recent power outage in São Paulo, the hotel managed to provide satisfactory service, even with a very slow reservation system.
The location is ideal for those traveling to Congonhas, it couldn't be better.
AAttilioAIRSIDE hotel, meaning it's located after security and exit passport/immigration control.
This hotel is the absolute best option if you have a long connection and/or early flight. Please note that because it's located airside (in the internal departures area) you need a valid, scannable boarding pass in order to access it. The only possible downside if that if there is any issue with getting your boarding pass (for example the day before, if like me you wanna sleep there and be ready to go to your gate the day after) that will always be a risk, as it will likely be too late to get a refund on your booking.
However, other than the risk with the boarding pass, this is absolutely the best hotel location wise. It was extremely clean, good bed, shower, room, etc, perfect. Also, I don't smoke, but it may be of interest to some travellers that they have an outside, open air garden, inside the hotel for smokers.
VVivianThis hotel is relatively close to the exhibition hall, but you have to pay for early check-in and can only leave your luggage for one day. The room was okay, though. The bus to the shopping center is convenient, but I tried to take the bus back to the hotel three times but was disappointed.
