The hotel is quite old and in dire need of renovation, especially in the rooms and bathrooms. There was a strong odor from the carpet. The bathroom had an old bathtub that you had to step into to use as a shower. On the bright side, the breakfast was good and offered everything one might need.
The hotel room is large and clean. The breakfast is also good, but the waiting time for the elevator in the morning is long. There are many shops and restaurants around the hotel. The room is quite big, but the decoration is old-fashioned, and there is no exhaust fan in the toilet, so there is a smell.
There are many restaurants around, close to Paulista Avenue. It is a three-minute walk away. Decathlon is downstairs, connected to a shopping mall, and shopping is very convenient. Dengo chocolate, which is common in Brazil, is also available in the mall.
It is also convenient to take a taxi to the scenic spot. The location of the breakfast place is excellent. You can enjoy the food while enjoying the daily life of Sao Paulo. Thumbs up.
The hotel is very close to the airport, about a 10-15 minute drive. Although the direct distance is short, the road design is poor, requiring a lot of detours, which adds to the travel time.
The hotel is quite new, the newest of all the hotels on my Brazil trip. It's not in the typical dark red style, more like a bright-colored economy hotel in China, which I liked.
There's an airport shuttle at the entrance, seemingly running hourly, but unfortunately, I missed it.
The restaurant is decent; the selection isn't extensive but still acceptable.
There's an outdoor courtyard which is very comfortable for a short sit.
The room is compact but all the facilities are brand new.
WiFi connectivity was poor.
I asked the front desk if it was safe outside, and they replied that it's okay during the day but best not to go out at night. It's hard to imagine that even near the airport it's like this.
I had dinner at the hotel, costing 79 BRL per person. For someone like me who isn't used to the local flavors, it wasn't good value for money.
Throughout my entire Brazil trip, the only meal I thoroughly enjoyed was the BBQ buffet hosted by my client in Curitiba, because it had flavor. All other meals were bland and just for filling the stomach.
Considering the price and location, I would still choose to stay here again.
The hotel is relatively new, and the environment and rooms are clean and tidy, with all facilities in good condition. However, the rooms are indeed quite small; if you have a lot of luggage, there might not be enough room to put it all in. The desk is very narrow, not even wide enough for a computer.
The breakfast is relatively plentiful; you can order fried eggs separately, and get a form to choose your preferred cooking method and toppings.
The Ibirapuera Hotel in Sao Paulo is unforgettable! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the layout is beautiful. The surrounding transportation is convenient, and travel is worry-free. The service team is friendly and efficient, and the dining options are diverse and delicious. It is an excellent choice for business and leisure.
Hospedagem ideal para quem precisa de um local apenas para dormir e não pretende passar muito tempo no local.
Estrutura enxuta, porém tudo novo e super limpo.
The hotel was very good, from the careful staff to the comfort of the rooms, all helped to make a very pleasant experience. The rooms are well-cared, the environment is clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent, and the breakfast is spectacular, with a variety of things and very tasty. I would certainly return and recommend to those who seek comfort and quality.

So I really liked the restaurant, breakfast and dinner, buffet, the staff both in the kitchen and at reception were very efficient, thank you and see you next time.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt Place São José do Rio Preto, and the experience was truly outstanding. The hotel's location is unbeatable, situated adjacent to the Iguatemi São José do Rio Preto shopping mall, providing easy access to a variety of shops and dining options. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The air conditioning system worked flawlessly, which was essential given the warm climate. Breakfast each morning was a delightful experience, offering a diverse selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and local specialties. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The hotel's facilities, including the rooftop swimming pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and provided excellent opportunities for relaxation and exercise. Additionally, the free on-site parking was a convenient perk. One minor drawback was that the parking area could become a bit crowded during peak hours, but this did not significantly impact my overall experience. In conclusion, Hyatt Place São José do Rio Preto offers exceptional comfort, top-notch amenities, and a prime location. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
The transportation is convenient, there is a large shopping mall nearby, shopping is very convenient, there is food on the first floor, breakfast is at the hotel, lunch and dinner are at the shopping mall opposite, there are restaurants of various flavors.
Located in the heart of Ribeirão Preto, Wyndham Garden Convention offers a blend of modern amenities and convenient access to local attractions. Guests appreciate its proximity to shopping centers and parks, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. Pros: Spacious and Clean Rooms: Many guests have highlighted the cleanliness and size of the rooms, noting comfortable beds and well-maintained facilities. Delicious Breakfast: The hotel offers a varied breakfast buffet, with fresh fruits and local specialties, which has been praised by numerous visitors. Friendly Staff: The staff is often described as attentive and helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Overall Impression: Wyndham Garden Ribeirão Preto Convention stands out for its strategic location and comfortable accommodations. While there are areas that could benefit from improved maintenance and clearer communication regarding additional fees, the hotel's strengths in service and amenities make it a solid choice for travelers visiting the region.
Excellent hotel with its location only a 5 minute walk away from the airport terminal. Very friendly staff and was allowed to check in early. Great views of the airport from the hotel
AIRSIDE hotel, meaning it's located after security and exit passport/immigration control. This hotel is the absolute best option if you have a long connection and/or early flight. Please note that because it's located airside (in the internal departures area) you need a valid, scannable boarding pass in order to access it. The only possible downside if that if there is any issue with getting your boarding pass (for example the day before, if like me you wanna sleep there and be ready to go to your gate the day after) that will always be a risk, as it will likely be too late to get a refund on your booking. However, other than the risk with the boarding pass, this is absolutely the best hotel location wise. It was extremely clean, good bed, shower, room, etc, perfect. Also, I don't smoke, but it may be of interest to some travellers that they have an outside, open air garden, inside the hotel for smokers.
Despite being an affordable hotel, it offers excellent conditions for a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious, which is a big plus. On the third floor, there is a convenient gym with a swimming pool, making it easy to keep up with your routine. Most importantly, I would like to highlight the outstanding service provided by the staff. They are always ready to help with any request, and the reception desk operates 24/7. Special thanks to Klebisson, who supported me from the very first minute of arrival until the moment of departure. His assistance made the stay especially pleasant. If I may add one small suggestion — it would be great to have a wider variety of food available for breakfast 🙂 Another important advantage is the very convenient electronic door locks with a PIN code, so you don’t need to carry keys with you.
