1. We normally check out 11am? But the cleaner man knocked the door at 1030am. He is polite but it's really feeling bad as it seems push us to leave asap. I think it need to be improved.
2. The room is clean, but the blanket and the pillow very dirty.
3. It's very silent room and close to the train station. You can walk to the station and take the free bus travel around the center.
4. The price is very good price to stay in Manchester. I will choose to stay here again if I visited Manchester again.
5. The hotel is also a bit close to the bars. But the roads not dangerous. It's seems safe.
I booked this hotel because an offer meant it was the same price as the nearby Ibis Budget. It's a much nicer looking hotel than that, friendly and attentive staff and nice decor. The room is spacious enough with everything you'd need, including a hair dryer (such as they are at hotels, you're better standing in front of the AC vents tbh). I was asked if I was dining tonight and since there's not much else around the area except for more hotels I said yes, and was told they were expecting it to be busy so they took a reservation for me. I had a drink at the bar (£7.40 for a pint of Camden Hells, that's how you know you're not on holiday anymore, ouch!) and then had my meal; I had olives, garlic bread and lasagna, all very good. A little pricey but always have to remember you're paying airport premiums, because what else are you going to eat? The Tribe website advertised a 24 hour ”Grab and Go” shop that sold drinks and snacks, but the one at Manchester Airport seems to close at 4pm, which was before I'd even checked in. This was a little disappointing, there were plenty of staff about so not sure why the shop has to close so early. I wanted some soft drinks to drink in my room and while you can order then at the bar and take them upstairs no problem, you're paying bar prices (maybe this is why the shop closes so early, though I'd like to think it wasn't). There were no vending machines or anything around either so once the restaurant and bar close there's nothing to eat or drink. Maybe this is just me but I like at least having the option of a small snack or drink at night. But then again I realise this hotel is probably aimed at a different kind of traveller than me; much more of a business trip kind of vibe rather than a lone traveller looking for bargains. That said apart from the Grab and Go counter closing at 4pm there was literally nothing to complain about here, especially with the price I paid. A nice way to start or end a holiday/trip.

Hotel very close to Piccadilly Station (just be careful where to find it, as you can easily walk past the street it is on!) Could leave luggage for the day before checking-in.
Breakfast is nice but a little different im taste and texture of other fried breakfasts I have had in UK hotels. Could take away a coffee with disposable cups which is a good idea 👍
Room is a little small, but beds are comfortable. Area is quiet - but they are building a tram line next to the hotel so maybe we were lucky for waking up on Sunday morning.
I am still in the hilton due to travel being cancelled due to severe storm, the hotel staff were very helpful and booked my room for a third night charging me a quarter of the amount I paid for two nights through you. Moral of the story book direct from the hotel in future, likewise with my travel as you didn't inform me that my Friday morning train was cancelled until 01.52am on Friday morning, I had already found out from fellow supporters at the game we were attending on the Thursday evening.

This hotel keeps up with the IHG standard. We are pleased with its cleanliness and great location. The only issue is that we found out the chair in our room was badly damaged. We have taken photos to avoid any claims. When we approached the front desk, the staff clarified that they are fully aware and it’s just a matter of a delay in their procurement. We can’t imagine this would happen at IHG group. Instead of leaving a broken chair in the room, they should remove it to avoid wasting our time to take pics and report the case.
They have a really large parking lot. It seems breakfast is included for all guests. The room design is great, and I especially loved the red armchair and table.

Honestly has to be one of the nicest hotels ive ever been in and definitely in such a great location to the co-op live arena up the road. Bed was super comfy, shower was bliss and the little kitchen bit was adorable. 10/10 will definitely come back here for future visits to manchester!
Perfect hotel if you will be catching a Man U match cos it only takes 5-15 mins from your gate to the hotel. Plus the hotel has special access to the rooftop bar during match days. It takes 20 mins to the city centre by bus - be sure not to miss it/ check the arrival times as otherwise you will have to wait a long while for it. Otherwise, there isnt anything much around the hotel. The nearby KFC/ Nandos/ Supermarket is a 10 mins way from the Hotel. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly.

The room was really nice and spacious. The hotel service was also great, and they even allowed us to check in early. However, the soundproofing was incredibly poor!

GGuest UserHotel is excellent room and views are lovely. Location is excellent and majority of staff were nice. Only a few issues they give and charge you for doubles in the bar when the menu only gives single prices. The response from the barmaid was you never specified a single when that should be as standard. Also take 50 pound a night for cover in case you spend in the hotel but only refunded 97.60 for the 2 nights. Although we didn’t spend anything on the room. The hotel is super but just those 2 things took the shine of a really great stay.

GGuest UserThis is a grand and historic hotel, and I had a very comfortable stay. Its location is fantastic, right in the city center and just a short walk from Manchester's Chinatown. My only complaints are the unclear smoking signs near the entrance and the tiny ashtrays provided. There was also no doorman to offer assistance or reminders. This could easily lead to fines (as enforcement seemed rather discreet), which unfortunately cast a shadow of frustration and disappointment over my trip.
TTonyZhoustayed in the hotel for one night, people at the front desk are super nice. when i reached the hotel, it’s kinda super late like 1am, but they were still waiting there and honestly i felt so sorry when i was told i was their last customer for that day. strongly recommend!
CClaire199706Quite convenient location right next to st.peter square
Cozy and clean, only thing to complain is that coffee in the room is not refillable no matter how many days you are staying (tea and milk is refillable per day)
And also, even it’s a room supposed to provide for three people, the place is a little bit squeezed. Better for two I’d say
CCoen FerrariAmazing hotel! The man who greeted me at reception for check in was very nice and professional. Rooms were very clean with complementary still/sparkling water in the fridge. Kettle and Teabags were also available if needed. The room did only have 1 chair at the desk which was a bit annoying, however not a major critique. Shower was very nice, towels and hand soaps / shower gels were provided. However the bathroom door did not have a lock on it as it was a sliding door. It was fine for us since we went as a couple, but is something to take note of. All in all, Great stay!!
CChristina Mad PaddyTruly amazing hotel, staff superb 👏 ideally situated next to all Manchester concerts, local attraction, public transport. The staff are what make this hotel a must stay, from the moment u arrive until the second u leave, absolutely nothing us too much trouble whatever time of day or night 5 star 🌟 treatment each and every time I have visited.Well done Raddison Park u are amazing 👏 🤩 😀
KKcjR21**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review: Perfect Stay for a Manchester United Match & City Exploration!**
I recently stayed at Staycity Manchester, and it was an absolute winner for my trip to watch a Manchester United match at Old Trafford. The location is **unbeatable**—just a short stroll from Manchester Piccadilly Station, making it a breeze to arrive by train. But the real game-changer? The **free local bus stop right outside the hotel**! Hopping on and off to explore the city couldn’t have been easier, saving time and hassle.
**Matchday Made Easy**: Getting to Old Trafford was seamless. The bus outside the hotel connected me to the city center, where I caught the tram straight to the stadium (about a 20-minute ride). No stressing over parking or taxis—just pure convenience. Post-match, I loved being able to unwind in the hotel’s cozy, modern apartment-style room. The kitchenette was a bonus for late-night snacks, and the comfy bed ensured I was recharged for more adventures.
**Exploring Manchester**: Thanks to the free bus, I zipped around to hotspots like the Northern Quarter, Spinningfields, Chinatown & the Football museum with zero transport costs.
**Final Whistle Verdict**: Staycity Manchester is a **top-tier choice** for football fans and city explorers alike. Prime location, stellar transport links, and all the comforts you need. I’ll 100% be booking here again for my next matchday weekend. **Highly recommended!** ⚽🏨
