Private and off-grid tiny home near the Neversink Unique Area hiking trails. This tiny house is approximately a tenth of a mile from guest parking. A marked trail to the site with trail markers for easy direction. This tiny house has solar powered WIFI and lights. This is not an insulated structure and during the winter months there is no running water. You can also relax and enjoy the hot tub at your leisure!Our guests have full access to the lake via the community beach, which is a 2 minute walk from the lake house. We also keep one kayak stored with a paddle on the side of the shed in the backyard, as well as fishing poles. The good majority of the lake is approximately 4 feet deep; however, by the floating dock the water is much deeper.
