This is the first time in more than ten years that I have received a negative review when booking a hotel on Ctrip! ! ! 1. The service staff in the restaurant have a very bad attitude. They pretend not to understand English. The food they provide is also out of stock. The fried chicken wings are covered with chicken feathers. . 2. The cosmetic bag was left in the hotel. The hotel did not notify me immediately after picking it up. Instead, it waited until I found out that the item was gone and called me. I hope the hotel can help me take a taxi to the next stop, and I will pay for it myself. I can only mail it next week. All communication was fruitless, so I had to take a taxi to pick it up.

The room was small but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good and check in/out was very smooth.

Easy and very close to Ringsted Congress Center, we were going to the concert. Free parking and good breakfast

My friend and I were so sad because it was our stop-by hotel, but it was so good to leave in one short night: a great atmosphere and a beautiful beach walkway. Kind staff, good breakfast.

Dejligt ophold, skøn spa og rigtig god brunch. Desværre var middagen i restauranten lidt kedelig.
