The staff reached out to us via WeChat before our arrival and kindly arranged a complimentary pick-up service from the train station — a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted at the entrance and guided through a smooth, hassle-free check-in process. The room was exactly as advertised: clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the addition of the smart toilet — a small detail that made a big difference in comfort. But the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the stunning view from our room, overlooking the beautiful Erhai Lake. Waking up to that view every morning was simply unforgettable. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dali.

Our stay at this hotel was the highlight of our Yunnan trip, thanks to the incredible staff. We were warmly welcomed with afternoon snacks and genuine care. The scenery from our hotel room was spectacular! The service was truly thoughtful as well. The staff asked about our itinerary and offered excellent recommendations for local food and attractions. When they found out we were going to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and Tiger Leaping Gorge, they went the extra mile and prepared a bag of snacks for us to help prevent altitude sickness. This kind of personal attention is rare and so appreciated. It's a wonderful place to stay where you will definitely feel the warmth and hospitality. We felt completely at home and would recommend it to anyone!

I accidentally stayed in the same room as Xu Hongdou B&B. After the girl at the front desk told me about it, I found the clip and watched it again. There are many activities, and everyone can choose. The activities of pine needle dragon and armored horse are very good, especially the armored horse, which is completely different from the ones seen in the ancient town. Although I don’t understand it very well, I feel that this is the real thing. I printed two satisfied pictures and took them home. The girl at the front desk said that the hotel is a rural revitalization project. The next day, I went to the nearby Shilong Village to take a look. It is a large village with more than 200 households. I feel like I should be the one to be revitalized, haha. In addition to Shaxi Ancient Town nearby, it is recommended to go to Shibaoshan when you have time. It is very good. I will come again in the future. Next time I will bring my parents here. They will definitely like this kind of tune~

This hotel is located near the department store and Golden Horse and Jade Rooster Archway in Nanping Pedestrian Street. The room is equipped with a separate toilet and shower. The breakfast was varied and tasty. I like the Asian corner with some congee and Chinese dumpling soup. The coffee was great and the selections of fruits and pastry were a great choice. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t ask more for Atour Hotel. Everything meets or exceeds our expectations. The room is good size, amenities are modern and functional; super comfortable beds and pillows; the breakfast is delicious; the location is second to none (eateries, shopping all nearby); and last but not least, the staff are very friendly and helpful. We even got a takeaway breakfast on the day of checking out because our train was early morning and had no time to have breakfast at the restaurant. Will definitely recommend to everyone who come to Kunming!

We stayed for 2 nights. The service was excellent, and the place was very clean. Its location near the South Gate made exploring the ancient city incredibly convenient, and they offer self-service laundry and drying facilities. For breakfast, you could order main dishes à la carte, with delicious options like wontons, Er Si noodles, and rice noodles. The afternoon tea and complimentary evening wellness soup included in our booking were also a nice touch. It's a pity it rained throughout our stay in Dali, as we hardly got to enjoy the rooftop terrace.

Small hotel with a stunning view of the lake. A good 30-minute taxi ride from the old town. The room was very modern and stylishly furnished. The room with a skylight was great, allowing us to wake up to natural light (the curtains only closed completely – at least with the switches). There was also voice control, but our Chinese wasn't up to the task. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Thanks again! And the Chinese breakfast was also very good. We would definitely recommend the room. However, you have to know each other well, because the toilet/shower isn't really screened off. But it was great for us!

This was my first time visiting Shangri-La, and naturally, I chose to stay at the Shangri-La Hotel. The entire hotel features a comprehensive Tibetan-style decor, with all its decorations and furnishings exuding authentic ******* charm. Upon entering, you're immediately greeted by the distinct scent of ******* incense. Its location is superb, offering views of various landmark buildings right outside the windows. While the facilities are somewhat dated, they are well-kept. The staff were also very warm and welcoming, and the breakfast spread was quite generous. There were a couple of minor issues: during checkout, someone else's expenses were mistakenly charged to our room, and we had a slight problem returning an umbrella. Both were eventually resolved, but it was a bit of a hassle.

Very near to the Lijiang old town , walking distance only 2-5 mins, there is one eating shop just beside, and near to the walking street, overall good location and ambience. There’s one dryer and 2 washing machines free to use.. Suggest to have more dryer for traveler to wash. It’s advisable to install an auto light at the washer area as it’s very dark. Free to get more water and toilet paper.. two separate bedrooms with 1 bed and 2 twin bed Bathroom is of decent size and high tech but rooms decor are of old antique style, room do not have fridge

Environment: The views are spectacular. It's conveniently located not far from Sifang Street, offering perfect panoramic views of the entire ancient town. Hygiene: Both the rooms and the terrace courtyard are spotlessly clean.
