I planed a small one night trip to Jimo, Narada hotel was a winderfull place with really good service. The ancient city is a fun zone, food, street singers and other games stands. Mia and Seven provided good services, the breakfast room and food were incredible, you also can choose a spécial pillow you like in the pillow menu. I highly recommand the expérience

I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable rates for such quality accommodation. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area—excellent service, stylish rooms, and great value make it a fantastic choice!

This is my 2nd time to stay in Sheraton Rizhao. I never disappointed. Workers are very kind, speak english very well and always warmly welcome to guests.

This is definitely a 5 star hotel and we would recommend it for location and service, the only problem we had was at check in when we arrived at 4pm and were told that our room wasn’t ready and it would be another 1 hour to 1 and a half hour away, which was totally unacceptable as check in is at 3pm, the lady tried to upsell us to another room, not a free upgrade but to charge us the extra, I thought this was not on and as we had been travelling all day since 4am that morning, our room should have been ready, after we refused the upsell, suddenly told there is a room available in about 20 minutes but on a lower floor than we requested, we were still not happy and then suddenly another room appeared, also not on a high floor, we decided to take it as we were so tired, when we got to the room, it was not in a good viewing position, had a wall outside the window, we went back downstairs and this time I asked for the manager, Jack came to look after us and finally understood us, gave us a drink voucher and we sat in the lovely lounge area and had an ice cold drink and within 10-15 minutes Jack had gotten us a higher floor(as we had originally requested anyway) and helped us to our room, the view was uninterrupted and the room much better, Jack also sent some beers to our room to enjoy and was very apologetic, thank you Jack for your help. I didn’t want to write anything negative here because this is a lovely hotel and the Shangri-La group is normally very good, we have stayed many times in different places but I just had to mention that part because I don’t want other people who have been travelling all day to arrive and their room isn’t ready and to be told to wait longer its just not right. Everything else went smoothly and the facilities are great, swimming pool, location, cleanliness. Thanks again to Jack, lovely guy

Great and clean hotel! Nice location and convenient price. Unfortunately, there is no laundry room. Not much to choose on the Breakfast. Amazing pool. And also they have spa which is separate from hotel, but price is 59 rmb. In General for short trip it’s perfect

The hotel is great for vacation. As business trip, check in late nite, check out early morning, not much time to enjoy the hotel facilities and architects, which is amazing

World-class customer service of hotel staff. Great hotel location to tourists. Nice view at night. Free breakfast with lots of options. Good and enough parking space. Lots of convenient stores and shopping centers nearby.

I thought the hotel was amazing!!! Rooms were amazing… staff was amazing. The food on the restaurant was very good. Overall, one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

This hotel is strategically located in a bustling area in the city center, next to Wanda Plaza, with convenient transportation. The rooms are spacious and bright, with luxurious and modern decoration, and clean and tidy bedding. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, ready to meet the needs of guests at any time. The restaurant offers a variety of delicious food options. The dishes are exquisite and attractive in appearance and delicious in taste. In addition, the hotel is equipped with a gym, laundry room, underground parking lot and other facilities to provide guests with rich leisure and life activities. There is also a handwritten thank-you letter from the waiter. This is a very pleasant stay experience. Xiao Dong in the lobby provided good service during the stay and sent welcome fruit.

Amazing hotel, love the staff and the buffet. They dont speak english but you will have no problem in communication.
