My stay in the room was incredibly comfortable. Let's start with the service – they upgraded my room and even included breakfast. When I checked out, they gave me a small gift (a fridge magnet). The front desk staff always had a smile on their faces; they were so warm and thoughtful. After checking in and getting to my room, I found the facilities and equipment to be very new and all in excellent working order. There's a large makeup mirror, electric curtains, and a smart toilet that maintains a constant warm temperature, complete with a toilet seat cover. The showerhead was also fantastic, with great water pressure, making for a very pleasant experience. The sheets and duvet covers were silky smooth and so comfortable to sleep in. There were also many thoughtful little details, like the disposable amenities being neatly packaged in boxes. What really stood out to me was when I asked a staff member for water. As I took the bottle and was about to close the door, the staff member kindly closed it for me. She was a very polite and gentle young lady. The breakfast was also very generous, especially the wontons, which were amazing – much better than what you find outside. This one night's stay was exceptionally comfortable, and the service truly touched my heart. My trip to Yantai was also wonderful; the scenery was beautiful, and the people were lovely.

Traveling to Zibo with my child, this was my first stay at a Sheraton, and I was quite impressed! First, the location is excellent; it's very close to Badaju and surrounded by plenty of amenities, making it a great area to explore. Second, the room was very clean, and they even upgraded my room type. The front desk service was also excellent. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Overall, it was okay. However, there were two things I wasn't too happy about. First, on the day of check-in, I arrived at the hotel at 2:40 PM. The front desk told me that a room had just become available and they would clean it immediately. They said they would call me once it was ready and suggested I go to the lounge for afternoon tea in the meantime. I waited until 3:00 PM, and no one called me. I called the front desk again, and they said the room was still being cleaned and asked me to continue waiting. I said, ”No, the check-in time is listed as 3:00 PM. Why isn't the room ready?” The front desk asked me to wait a moment, waited about twenty seconds, and then said the room was ready for check-in. I was like, ”Huh??” In the end, I did manage to check in smoothly. Second, the soundproofing in the room was very poor. I could hear people talking in the hallway and the opening and closing of doors in the next room very clearly.

Whenever I visit Jinan, I always choose this hotel, and the experience is consistently excellent! The location is absolutely prime, right in the heart of the city center. You can walk to Baotu Spring, Daming Lake, and Qushuiting Street in just 10-15 minutes. Downstairs is the Guihe Shopping Center, and it's surrounded by Ginza Plaza and Shimao Plaza, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The service is truly impeccable. The front desk staff are efficient and professional during check-in, and the bellhops proactively help with luggage, guiding guests attentively throughout. The rooms are spacious and tidy, with great natural light. The amenities feel high-quality, and attention to detail is evident everywhere. Connie, the quality control manager, provides warm and thoughtful service. The lobby features an elegant New Chinese design, and the rooftop garden offers expansive views overlooking the beautiful city of Jinan. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, this hotel delivers an experience that exceeds expectations. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Jinan!

The hotel's location, facilities, and parking are all quite good. However, with so many new hotels nowadays, some of the smart amenities feel a bit outdated. The breakfast, though, is absolutely fantastic – a huge variety of high-quality items. And the price on Ctrip during the off-season was amazing, making it excellent value for money. Definitely recommend!

What surprised us most were the parent-child activities – inspired by Confucius's Six Arts, we made tofu, used an abacus, learned tea art, played 'Touhu' (pitch-pot) and archery, along with a solemn 'Kaibali' (commencement ceremony) and fun plant exploration. Since there were fewer people during the week, we had an exclusive experience just for our group. The teachers were professional and patient, meticulously preparing everything from costumes and background music to teaching aids, allowing the children to understand traditional culture through play. It's especially suitable for preschoolers to have an immersive experience. The dining was also exceptionally thoughtful: after breakfast, they would proactively pack sugar-free bread and children's snacks. Each dish in the Chinese restaurant came with a little story, turning dining into an interesting science popularization. The connecting room design truly understands family travel, providing both independent space for elders and children while allowing easy oversight at any time, making us feel completely secure. The breakfast at Hilton Garden Inn Liaocheng was incredibly rich and diverse, offering a wide array of both Chinese and Western options. They even had braised beef noodles and various types of omelets, not to mention a fantastic selection of stir-fried dishes. The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff were all very attentive. Plus, bathrobes were provided in the room. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

An absolutely amazing stay that exceeded all expectations! The location is superb, and the breakfast restaurant offers incredible, unobstructed sea views – it was wonderful to enjoy breakfast while gazing at the ocean. We were upgraded to a city view king room, which was a generous 50 square meters and even had a partial sea view as an added bonus. The room itself was fully equipped with smart electric curtains, a smart toilet, and a shower with great water pressure – very comfortable. I especially appreciated the ample seating: in addition to a chaise lounge, there was a desk chair, a regular armchair, and a stool. Many hotels only provide one chair, so this was a thoughtful touch. Even the small details were great, like tissues by the elevators. The staff were all incredibly attentive and proactive in offering assistance. A special shout-out to Daisy Ding Xiaoqing, who helped with our check-in and upgrade. She even followed up with us via WeChat to ensure all our needs were met, provided valuable feedback, and gave us fantastic recommendations for Qingdao attractions and restaurants. The weather in Qingdao was perfect during our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely choose the Hyatt Regency again next time I'm in Qingdao. Five stars!

The hotel environment is acceptable. I give it 5 points because Zhang Xiu'e from the catering department provides excellent service. In addition, the guest room facilities are unreasonable. 1. There is no extra two-phase power socket next to the table. It is awkward to plug in a table lamp and a router. 2. The switch control panel cannot control the bathroom light separately unless the master control is pressed. Once the master control is pressed, all the lights in the room will be turned on. 3. There is no hair dryer socket in the bathroom. The razor socket cannot handle the power of the hair dryer. There is also a knob next to it that makes no sense. The two-phase plugs are located at the bedside and the mini bar, which is not suitable for drying hair. 4. The bedside table is too old and looks awkward. 5. The bathroom floor drain should be self-sealing. The problem is that the water pressure needs to exceed the self-sealing force to start draining. The water will accumulate in the side trough until it submerges the slippers worn in the shower and soaks my feet. . . Then it starts to drain. . . I don't expect the hotel to improve. This is just a personal suggestion.
