This hotel is excellent, offering great value for money and a convenient location. It's easy to get to all the attractions and the train station, and there are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance downstairs. The facilities include a laundry room, swimming pool, and gym. The front desk staff were very welcoming and promptly provided medical supplies when needed. It definitely deserves a five-star rating, and I'll be booking this place again next time I'm in Zhangjiajie!

*Review of Hampton by Hilton Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain* Recently, from November 1 to 4, 2025, we stayed at the Hampton by Hilton in Zhangjiajie, and we were left with only positive impressions! *Comfort and Convenience* The hotel turned out to be very comfortable for our stay. The rooms are cozy and well-equipped, making our experience as pleasant as possible. *Delicious Breakfasts* Every morning, we were delighted by the tasty breakfasts, the variety of which pleasantly surprised us. It’s a great way to start the day! *Professionalism of the Reception Manager* We would like to express special thanks to the manager, Jessie. She was incredibly helpful and assisted us with purchasing tickets for the cable car to Tianmen Mountain. Jessie explained all the details very well and helped us choose the best route. She also assisted us with tickets to Zhangjiajie Park, for which we are very grateful. *Excellent Location* The hotel is in an ideal location—just a 3-minute walk from the cable car to Tianmen Mountain and close to many cafes. This is very convenient for those who want to enjoy local cuisine and the atmosphere. *Conclusion* Thank you very much to the Hampton by Hilton for a comfortable stay and excellent service! We will definitely return here again. Everything was simply wonderful!

This hotel is located next to Lansheng maglev station and walking distance to main attractions like Nanhua bridge, rainbow bridge, stepping stones etc. Most important thing, the hotel people are very kind and warm and they extended their help for anything we requested for. They made our stay extremely pleasant. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Loved this hotel and would highly recommend! The room was clean, well stocked with amenities (towels, bathroom accessories, bathrobes etc). Bed was comfy and room was spacious. The shower had a waterfall shower head and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was very good with many options for both chinese and western style food. The service here was amazing! Mei at the front desk helped us to plan out itinerary for Zhanjiajie forest park, with our day planned and mapped out, even including the estimated time we would spend in each area of the park and our bus routes within to maximize our experience. She booked our tickets and park reservations. This was extremely helpful as we do not speak Mandarin and found the park very confusing on our own. They also provide free transport to and from East gate and drop off pick up to the pedestrian street restaurants and local sightseeing.. The hotel is also located right next to Baofen Lake scenic park. Our experience in Zhangjiajie was amazing thanks to the fabulous service this hotel offers.

I chose this hotel because i read from past reviews that shuttle bus service is provided to the high-speed railway station, which was a major deciding factor for my booking. However, during my stay, the service was not offered to us at all. When we inquired at the front desk, we were simply told to take a taxi instead. Aside from this issue, the hotel room and cleanliness are impeccable. The room was spacious and we have a comfortable stay. Right outside are a row of eateries so there’s no lack of food choice.

Choosing the right hotel is too important! The satisfaction of living and going out to play is very pleasant! From the beginning of arrival, there are surprises everywhere. When driving to the door, the security immediately came forward to help with the luggage. It was quick and enthusiastic. The front desk also upgraded the room type when checking in. It said that the view would be better. This small surprise instantly filled the good feeling. The room space is much more spacious than expected, the decoration is simple style, the sanitation is particularly clean, the lighting is good, the bedding is very soft to the touch, and you can sleep until you wake up naturally. The bathroom is very dry and wet. There is no need to consider water stains to go to the bedroom. The breakfast is particularly rich. Chinese porridge, buns, Western bread, fried eggs are all available, and there are freshly cooked Hengyang special fish powder, which tastes delicious. After checking out, I left the car key, the staff contacted me, and helped to mail it. The service was so intimate!

I was initially torn between booking a hotel or a guesthouse, and I was so pleasantly surprised to find such a clean and well-maintained guesthouse. There's an elevator, which was a huge plus as I didn't have to climb any stairs. The owner provided excellent service. Even on a rainy day, the river view from the guesthouse was delightful; I could simply relax on the sofa and enjoy it. It was incredibly serene. The room was very spacious, the bed was huge, and the duvet was super comfortable. As a thoughtful parting gift, they even gave me some traditional local ginger candy.

This stay experience far exceeded expectations! The front desk lady smiled very kindly, checked in efficiently and intimately, and also took the initiative to upgrade the room facing better. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I fell asleep as soon as I touched the pillow, which completely relieved the fatigue of the journey. The breakfast is rich in variety, the local specialties are very authentic, and even the coffee is very mellow. The location is also superb, you can walk to the subway station in a few minutes, and it is especially convenient to go out to visit the Wanlou attractions. Next time you come to this city, you must choose here!
