The location is excellent, right next to the MTR station. The front desk staff, a young man, was very helpful and assigned us a great room. The room size was decent, and the bedding felt clean and dry. The shower pressure was incredibly strong (something I haven't experienced in other Hong Kong hotels), like a waterfall, which was fantastic. Overall, it's very good and definitely worth returning to.

Stayed for three nights. Overall not bad, room is qt big in HK standard, bathroom is clean, but one safety issue - the bathtub safety handle is not safe, it's totally loose easily came out. Luckily I didn't fall down, just slid one step. Already reported it to front office, they said wld fix it.
The room came with coffee table w supply of coffee n tea bag. Also provide a safe n a fridge. Aircon was working well. Only thg not provided is teeth brush, haha small issue . No other complaint.
Location is qt gd, vy close to market, eateries n team terminal. 5 mins to bus stops n airport bus stop, n 10 mins to subway station.
Breakfast: provided at $77, buffet type, ok , gd enough.

The service here is excellent! The front desk asked me what kind of room I preferred during check-in. All the hotel staff were very polite. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a Don Quijote store, which is great for shopping, and there's also a Little Bear Biscuit specialty shop nearby. It's also a short walk to the subway station, making it very easy to get around. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!

The room was very spacious, equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary dinnerware. The views were open and expansive. While the location might be a bit challenging for first-time visitors to Hong Kong, the hotel offers several complimentary shuttle services to and from Central daily. The Pedder Street shuttle stop is conveniently located at the bus station near Central MTR Exit D1. There's also a stop at IFC, but I haven't personally used it, so it's best to inquire with the hotel for specific boarding points.
If you prefer taking public transport, from Admiralty Station Exit B, turn right for about ten meters onto Tamar Street, then turn right again and walk twenty meters to the bus stop for the 12A. It's only two stops to the hotel, at the 'YWCA' stop. From there, walk back about twenty meters to reach the hotel.
When heading back to the hotel from Central, the 12A bus is also the best option. It will first go to Admiralty Bus Terminus and stop for a few minutes while the driver takes a break. You can simply wait on the bus; there's no need to purchase another ticket. I figured this out after staying for four days, as the 12A is a short circular route specifically designed for MacDonnell Road residents. Every time I queued at Admiralty, I'd see people already on board, leading me to conclude they had traveled from Central and were waiting to go up the hill back to MacDonnell Road.

A nice and clean hotel. Location is easy to find. The drop off and pick up point outside the lobby is street level so it is very convenient if you bring a large luggage. There is a night market at Temple street across the street. If you like dim sum for breakfast. There are two dim sum cafe near by. Value for money and very satisfied with the experience.

The hotel room is spacious, with central air conditioning where the vent doesn't blow directly onto the bed, which is great. Hot water is good, and coffee and tea bags are provided. The environment is quiet, and there are many restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. This time, after arriving in Hong Kong, I had to run some errands first, so I asked a friend to drop off my luggage at the hotel in advance, and I picked it up when I checked in at night. The hotel concierge staff were very enthusiastic and attentive. The hotel offers great value for money; this is already my second stay this year. Five-star rating, highly recommended.

I love this One Dundas serviced apartment — this is actually my second time booking the same place! This time, I requested a bigger room, and it was even better than I expected. The moment I walked in, I didn’t even feel like going out shopping — the air conditioning was excellent, and the room had everything I needed.
There’s a nice kitchen with a stove, a large refrigerator, and an open bar where I could enjoy breakfast. The living room was cozy with a TV and beautiful city views. The bedroom was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The cleaner was so friendly — they refilled refreshing sparkling water every day and even took care of the trash regularly.
The location is super convenient — easy to get to anywhere!
Next time I go back to Hong Kong, I’ll definitely rebook this serviced apartment. Honestly, it feels even better than staying in a 5-star hotel. It’s warm, welcoming, and truly feels like home.
Highly recommend!

The room size was pretty good, and I think it offers decent value for money in Hong Kong. The only minor issues were that the lighting was a bit dim and the bathroom door lock was faulty – you needed someone to help align it to get it to latch.
The lobby connects directly to Langham Place, which is very convenient. I even stumbled upon a Kuromi pop-up there! Some of the facilities did feel a bit dated, which is understandable.
I didn't experience anything particularly standout service-wise. The 'welcome' feeling actually came from the security guard at check-in and the cleaning lady. The front desk staff also helped arrange a twin room, which was nice.

After staying at this very conveniently located
Panda Hotel for close to 2 years with over 35+bookings:
I am still in awe with the warm reception received at their efficient Check In and our room preferences well remembered under Mr. Eddie Chan’s leadership
He made sure our 4 separate stays are perfect each time which made this trip extra wonderful.
As always, the personable Concierge staff never disappoint as Managers Kenneth & Bee treat us as friends. They took care all of our needs from holding luggage while we visit China to getting rides for us timely. Reasons why we will return again & again!
We recommended Panda Hotel to many of friends and their experiences are superb equal to Four Seasons which we used to stay in Hong Kong.

The room isn't huge, but the layout is surprisingly well-thought-out. The staff are also really nice; they'll guide you on where to go, saving you a lot of time and hassle. Breakfast was decent too. Every staff member goes beyond just superficial service, which I really appreciated. For this price, getting a sea-view room (not a full panoramic view, but good enough!) makes it absolutely great value for money.

XXiaobaoBeyond its good location and affordability, there's not much else to praise. The Tin Hau MTR station is closer, but the exit towards the hotel doesn't have an elevator, so it's a struggle with large luggage if you have to use the stairs. There's a McDonald's, Fairwood, and tea restaurants nearby, so breakfast outside the hotel is perfectly fine. The rooms are very old, even the executive rooms on higher floors. I only chose it for the price and convenience, so I'm not really complaining about the conditions. You can walk to Don Don Donki in about 10 minutes. Taking the tram (ding ding) is generally cheap and convenient for getting around.
GGuest UserThe room was optimally sized , providing a comfortable balance of space and functionality. A larger smart TV was highlight, offering excellent entertainment options like you tube .
The air conditioning performed very well, maintaining a consistently pleasant temperature throughout the stay. A mini fridge was available, though its capacity was limited to a few cans of beverages, which may not be sufficient for guests requiring more storage.Overall , the room was well-equipped and provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
MM270774****This is a legitimate hotel with beautiful surroundings. The rooms have windows, and honestly, everything else is great except for the lack of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The price is comparable to a 7 Days Inn on the mainland, which makes it excellent value for money in Hong Kong.
My advice to everyone: bring your own food; bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste as the hotel doesn't provide them for free; the hotel's check-in time is 2 PM, so if your room isn't ready before then, you'll have to wait – don't lose your temper; and some corners of the hotel could be a bit cleaner.

GGuest UserStaff are all friendly! They allowed us for early check-in! Smooth & fast! Everyday change towels, big bed & room spacious enough for all of us 4 for the family room! Clean water & high pressure hot & cold! Highly recommended! 😇
TTana123I recently stayed at the Royal Plaza Hotel in Hong Kong and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are larger than typical accommodations in the city, providing a comfortable space to relax. Additionally, the pricing is reasonable for the quality and amenities offered, making it great value for money. The hotel is conveniently located near Moko Mall and just a short walk from the MTR station, which makes it perfect for shopping and exploring the city. Overall, I highly recommend the Royal Plaza Hotel for its spaciousness, value, and excellent location, and I look forward to returning in the future!
22051****A Short Stay at iclub Fortress Hill Hotel
First time in Fortress Hill, Hong Kong, and choosing iclub Hotel was definitely the right call! It's just a 5-minute walk from the MTR station, so even with luggage, you don't have to go out of your way – super friendly for travelers with big bags.
Check-in was very efficient, and the front desk even thoughtfully provided a local map, marking nearby cha chaan tengs and convenience stores. The attention to detail was amazing. Though the room wasn't huge, it was cleverly laid out, with a clear separation for the desk, wardrobe, and bathroom. The small sofa by the window offered a perfect view of the street, and seeing the neon lights twinkle at night felt very 'Hong Kong'.
The most pleasant surprise was the hotel's location. It's a 10-minute walk to Tin Hau Temple, and just around the corner downstairs is an old-school wonton noodle shop. In the morning, you can even visit the nearby wet market to experience local life. On my second day, I had an early flight, and the front desk helped pre-book a taxi, which took all the stress away.
My short two-night stay was hassle-free, from the convenient transportation to the thoughtful service. Next time I'm in Hong Kong exploring the Eastern District, I'll definitely choose this place again!
AAnonymous UserThanks to all the previous reviews, my check-in was very smooth. I stayed in a single room with one single bed and a sofa. Although the room was small, it was enough for one person. It seems like the double rooms just replace the sofa with another single bed.
The hotel staff were excellent and very enthusiastic. I didn't encounter any unpleasant experiences.
The facilities aren't particularly new. The bath towels were a bit frayed from washing. The toothpaste was surprisingly hard, like candy, which I wasn't used to. There's no drinking water provided in the room; you have to get it yourself from a designated spot. Hong Kong's environmental efforts are very thorough.
It was very convenient to take the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, and then from the hotel to Disneyland and Tung Chung. I'd like to suggest to management that drivers announce the stops at each station, or have pre-recorded announcements in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese playing at each stop. Many people got off at the wrong stop on the way back from Tung Chung because the shuttle goes to the Regal Hotel first.

MM310828****Facilities: Basic and simple, typical of an express hotel.
Cleanliness: Standard and clean.
Environment: Overall satisfactory.
Service: Quick response.
Breakfast: The taste of the breakfast offerings was good, but the variety of dishes was much simpler compared to hotels of the same caliber domestically.
22018926886Hotels in Hong Kong are always very expensive in October due to the exhibition season, so every year I come to Hong Kong this month, I stay in Tsuen Wan for maximum cost-effectiveness. The Dorsett brand is quite good; I've stayed at two other locations, and they were all clean and tidy, with friendly staff. I'll definitely be back around this time next year.
