Breakfast is decent—quite good by Chinese hotel standards, especially catering to Russian tastes. Rooms are medium-sized with comfortable beds. The location is ideal if you want to stay downtown, as there’s a pedestrian street right outside the hotel. And since the city is small, everything is within easy reach. The staff is friendly and eager to help. They don’t speak Russian, but if you know even a little Chinese, they’ll make an effort to understand you. The hotel itself is new and, compared to others in the area, in perfect condition. I’d say it’s the best accommodation option in Heihe right now.

TV not working well. It is on Android. Sound is on and off. Corridors are dark. Front desk ask to retain passport (unusual)? No fridge in room? No shower lights for winter, so if you have shower in winter, you freeze!! Breakfast full of stir fried veggies.

Overall, the hotel is ok, you can live, but it would be nice to do a renovation, since the condition of the furniture and interior leaves much to be desired. The location is excellent, various shops, cafes, Huafu and a pedestrian street are within walking distance. I booked from December 28 to 29, 2024 for 2500 ₽ on trip com. There were no problems with check-in. They checked me into a room with one double bed and one single bed. The room was warm. Everything you need was in the room. For that kind of money, I think it's quite normal, for more money it's probably better to look at an alternative. The bathhouse in the hotel is for an amateur, it costs 33 yuan per person. There are massage services, which you need to be careful when ordering, they can include in the bill secondary services that you did not need. I ordered a foot treatment for 100 yuan, not knowing the technique of this massage, and in the end, due to a misunderstanding or specially imposing additional services, they gave me a foot cleaning for 59 yuan, a pedicure for 79 yuan and a foot massage for 79 yuan.

We had a really great stay in the biggest room ever - biggest toilet with the best view as well. Breakfast service was impeccable - and we would like to thank Ms Air 刘金玲 for her top notch service and attention to details, and made us felt at home since day 1 when she could recognise us when we went for breakfast on day2 :) side note was that the housekeeping service may not be as attentive - did not top up our shower gel for 2 days - and we had to leave a note to request for it especially. In all, location was great, view is outstanding, and hotel staff service is commendable! :)

I never write comments, so I might as well write one today. shortcoming: 1⃣️The service attitude is very poor, there is no tissue paper in the room, and even when I called the front desk to bring it to me, it didn't come. 2⃣️The curtains are roll-type and light-transmitting. It lights up at around 4 o'clock in the morning, the room also lights up, and people wake up. 3⃣️The pillow is too high, causing neck pain and seriously affecting sleep. 4⃣️The air conditioner faces the bed, and it gives me a headache when I turn it on. Hope the store improves as soon as possible! Suggestion: Change the sunshade curtains and pillows! Add air conditioning wind deflector! advantage: 1⃣️Newly renovated, the environment is very good. 2⃣️The parking attendant has good service and parking is easy. 3⃣️There is a washing machine room for convenient laundry. 4⃣️Breakfast is also very rich 5⃣️Close to the night market.

Overall, it was a good experience, especially the location! Location!! Location!!! It's so important, I have to say it three times! I personally think this hotel is the closest to Central Street (right across the street from the entrance!!) and it's also a relatively high-end hotel with good facilities. The value for money is also excellent! Although the hotel looks a bit dated and the front desk feels a bit cheap (not grand enough, and usually only two staff members), you can't beat its fantastic location! Central Street is just downstairs, right across the road. I highly recommend staying in the rooms directly facing the elevator on each floor! You get a panoramic view of Central Street, and you can see all the real-time crowds. You can also catch some of the night view, which is really beautiful! The room is a little narrow, and even the family room isn't particularly spacious, but it's adequate. If you open three suitcases at once, they'll pretty much fill the room. They provide Nongfu Spring bottled water, but the water available for free pickup near the elevator isn't – it seems to be the kind that costs 1 RMB a bottle. This might be due to cost considerations, but it doesn't offer a great experience; you definitely have to boil it before drinking. However, I would definitely choose this place again next time I come to Harbin. There's also a night market nearby with great food and shopping, and St. Sophia Cathedral is just a few hundred meters' walk away, which is very convenient!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to both the morning and night markets, as well as several important riverside attractions. Dining and shopping options are also very convenient. The rooms are spacious with a practical layout, and basic amenities were mostly in place. As Heihe's morning market is quite famous, we opted not to have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. However, the cleanliness was not up to par; there were small flying insects in the room, likely coming up from the drain. The service also left much to be desired. Not only did they fail to accommodate our request for a room away from the elevator, but they assigned us a room right by the elevator entrance, citing room type as the reason. Later, we discovered that rooms of our booked type were indeed available further from the elevator. Furthermore, to borrow an umbrella, we had to pay a 50 deposit per umbrella. While it was refunded immediately upon return, it still left a slightly unpleasant feeling for a hotel guest.

There’s many options near airport and even this hotel one a bit higher in Price compare to other hotels I DO recommend this place! My mom stayed there one day as a layover and here is some tips to sum up: They have very amazing transfer and just be sure to write somewhere or screenshot Chinese name of the hotel so airport employees can help you call them in case if you don’t have internet It’s just 3 minutes from airport! Be sure to inform them about your flight and they very professional I would like to thanks the hotel team because my mom didn’t had internet but because of hotel staff humbleness and support she was at ease 🥹 Will definitely use again and recommend others 💗

I had such a great experience staying at Yabuli half mountain resort stay. The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were always ready to help with anything I needed, which made my stay really comfortable. I also really appreciated their shuttle service—it was convenient and made getting around so much easier. The location is fantastic too, as it’s really close to the ski resort, which was super convenient for me. First, my overall impression: what a delightful surprise! I initially came with low expectations, assuming hotels near tourist attractions wouldn't be exceptional. However, from the moment we were greeted, to the front desk, and the incredibly attentive staff we saw everywhere, I truly felt, 'This is what a five-star hotel should *really* be like!' A huge thank you to all the staff for their warm and attentive service. My baby absolutely loved the upgraded family room, which was thoughtfully equipped with their favorite toys, including a rocking horse and a small slide. The complimentary fruit was perfectly sweet, and the desserts were both exquisite and delicious. A special shout-out to the breakfast! They had hot noodle soup perfect for babies – the noodles were wonderfully springy, and the broth was delightfully light. My baby's 'clean plate club' moment was proof enough of the amazing culinary skills of the kitchen staff! Reflecting on our stay, I can truly say we felt completely at home. Thank you for every genuine greeting and warm smile. We'll definitely be choosing to stay here again on our next visit! 🥰
