We chose this hotel for our trip to Yabuli, and its location is fantastic. There are plenty of recreational activities right within the resort. Our stay was excellent; the room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was super comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The environment is quiet, and overall, it offers good value for money. Plus, the sightseeing cable car offers beautiful views, and the Rainbow Flying Carpet is exciting and fun! Highly recommend!

The hotel's front desk service was incredibly welcoming, and they even gave us a small gift. We were very satisfied with our room and were also granted a late check-out. The service overall was excellent. They provided a complimentary afternoon tea, and on the second floor, there's a Russian restaurant and a 'tieguodun' (iron pot stew) place, plus they offered discount coupons. There are many great restaurants and attractions around the hotel, and Central Street is beautiful. It was a really great experience!

Highly recommended! I'll definitely choose Habsburg again next time I'm in Harbin! The location is great, within walking distance to Central Street, and right across from the cable car and Songhua River. Subway Line 3 is right outside the hotel, super convenient. I chose the 120° room, which offered a partial view of the Songhua River. The stay was very comfortable, the bathroom was large, and what I loved most was the shower pressure – absolutely fantastic! The service was excellent, especially breakfast! The restaurant is wonderful, with a great ambiance and complete facilities. All the staff in the restaurant were incredibly warm and enthusiastic, a hundred times better than the service I experienced at other places these past few days! During the National Day holiday, they even gifted 3D printed yogurt to my child every day. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious; staying for three days, there was something different every day, which was great. The parking lot is a bit small, but there are security guards who help find spots, which is excellent. Comparing it to other hotels during my trip to Northeast China over the National Day holiday, Habsburg had the best service, especially suitable for family travel. Oh, and there's a gym, a laundry room, a billiards table, and even a play area for kids. They have queen costumes, but I didn't get to try them this time – next time! There's also afternoon tea with some snacks and drinks. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

This was my first stay at the Harbin Mercure Hui Zhi, and it felt like opening a mystery box – full of pleasant surprises! The price I paid for this booking was incredibly good value. What surprised me the most were the welcome fruits in the room and the complimentary mini-bar afternoon tea; they really paid attention to the details. The hotel was very thoughtful with its choice of linens and the quality of the amenities. Even the placement of the trash can was carefully designed. These small details show how deeply the brand understands hotel management, truly putting themselves in the guests' shoes and meticulously refining every aspect of the experience. Highly recommend!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, close to Central Street, St. Sophia Cathedral, Harbin City Museum, and Zhaolin Park, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing as everything is within walking distance. The hardware facilities meet basic needs, and the software services are decent, generally fulfilling requests. The room features a separate shower and toilet, and a semi-smart toilet seat (without bidet function). The shower water pressure and temperature control are good, though a luggage rack/organizing table is missing. A rare highlight is the family room for three, which is a huge convenience for families traveling together. The hotel also offers afternoon tea, coffee, and simple desserts daily from 2 PM to 4 PM during your stay, which feels like a service upgrade, providing a relaxing spot for travelers. This is definitely a recommendable feature. Furthermore, the breakfast selection is decent, offering both Western and Chinese options that meet basic requirements. Overall, the hotel's location is superb, making it a top choice for tourism. The service is satisfactory, and the price is moderate. I recommend experiencing it. The reason for leaving half a star short of a five-star rating is simply to encourage the hotel to continue striving for excellence and further improve its services, such as setting up a dedicated通道 for delivery drivers and ensuring quicker room service response times.)

The location is excellent, close to the Songhua River railway, and just a 10-minute walk to the riverside for a stroll. It's very convenient to take the bus to Zhonghua Baroque Street and Jile Temple. You can also take the subway to nearby attractions. Central Street is also within walking distance, about 15-20 minutes. The hotel room is very spacious, the mattress is super comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. I'd definitely come back again! The complimentary afternoon coffee and cookies were also a nice touch!

First-time stay: We were treated to complimentary afternoon tea with fruits and pastries, which is perfect for taking photos and checking in on social media. Cleanliness: Extremely clean. The bathroom is very spacious, and the upgraded room features a bathtub. Ambience: Baroque style with gorgeous glass features—undeniably stunning! As for the disposable slippers, they are much thicker than the ones at Ji Hotels. Service: Every staff member I met here was extremely warm and enthusiastic. The doorman even actively helped us with our luggage and opened the car door. It truly makes you feel at home; the service here is even more attentive than many hotels costing 800 to 900 yuan. I only stayed for one night, but any reasonable request you make is genuinely taken care of! They even proactively upgraded our room! Check-out came with a farewell souvenir: specialty candies. Location: Very close to Central Street (Zhongyang Street), just a few minutes' walk away. My husband and I also stayed at The Grand Mansion 1903 this trip, but we felt that Dayang Ritz offered service that was much more comforting and pleasant. We will definitely stay at Dayang Ritz again and recommend it to our family and friends.

Overall, the room was spacious and clean. Since the second-floor restaurant was under renovation, breakfast times were arranged with the front desk during check-in and then delivered directly to the room the next day. The front desk staff were all very kind and thoughtful, helping with luggage and storing it for me. Because I booked a special offer room, it didn't include the complimentary round-trip cable car tickets. You might want to call the hotel in advance to confirm this. The cable car station is conveniently located on the second floor, making round-trip rides very easy. Alternatively, you can take Metro Line 2 to Sun Island and walk for about 15 minutes to see the castle. The island is currently optimizing its snow sculptures, and the central area is closed off, so I didn't get to explore it this time, which was a slight disappointment.

The hotel has some pros and cons. The pros: 1. The location of the hotel is superb, Right on the Northern side of zhongyangdajie. 2. The gym is adequate, it has good strength training options. Unfortunately the AC doesn't work in the room itself. 3. The staff was happy to allow us a late checkout. The cons: 1. The entrance to the hotel does not have a ramp to go up with the luggage so one must lift it over the stairs into the lobby. I didn't expect that in a 4 star hotel. 2. I've made a reservation for a non smoking room, away from the elevator but got a room with smoke smell, close to the elevator. The staff showed me 3 more rooms but the first two also had smoke smell. Finally we got a room without smell and far from the elevator. 3. The breakfast, in my humble opinion, was subpar. Not too many western options. 4. The hotel doesn't look clean. The surroundings of the elevator need more work. All in all I was a bit disappointed, considering the price.

The iconic century-old elevator is a unique feature, with its retro iron grille door, making it feel like we were transported back to an old Russian aristocratic mansion. The guest rooms perfectly balance vintage elegance with modern comfort. Carved solid wood furniture and velvet curtains add to the charm, while amenities like underfloor heating, capsule coffee machines, and high-end bathroom products ensure a superb stay. The hotel skillfully blends the historical essence of the old building with excellent living comfort, making for a wonderful resting experience. The hotel service was attentive and thoughtful, with butler-style reception making us feel exceptionally welcome. They also offer a complimentary Russian costume experience, perfect for taking great photos. The breakfast at the underground wine cellar restaurant was of high quality, offering both authentic Russian delicacies and Chinese dishes, with a rich variety and a stylish dining environment. Overall, this is not just a hotel, but more like a small historical museum. It allows you to experience the hundred-year history and charm of Harbin while offering an excellent location and meticulous service. It's highly recommended for anyone visiting Harbin.
