This time, mini_cloud stayed in a European-style hotel near Central Avenue in Harbin. It was super convenient for shopping and dining. The room had drinks, and they delivered fresh fruit every day. The hotel's breakfast buffet was also amazing; I was surprised to find substantial dishes like roast meat, sausages, and prawns, along with local specialties like Guo Bao Rou (fried pork in sweet and sour sauce) and red sausage. There was also a great selection of fruits and desserts. Every staff member I encountered, whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or housekeeping, was incredibly warm and polite. They always proactively helped with my luggage when I arrived and departed. When checking out, an uncle even gave me a souvenir — a small orange package with coffee and candies, which perfectly matched the color of my clothes! Mini_cloud had a wonderful vacation in Harbin.

This hotel offers excellent value for money and boasts a fantastic location. The front desk staff were very polite, and the cleanliness was quite good. The shower provided a consistent supply of hot water, and the overall environment was great. I would definitely come back again.

This is one of the few times I've felt compelled to leave a review, mainly for the following reasons: 1. **Location:** The hotel is situated right on the Songhua River. The subway Line 3 Youyi Palace station is directly across the street, making it incredibly convenient to get around. About 200 meters ahead, you'll find the Songhua River Cableway, and Central Street is just a five-minute walk away. The location is truly excellent! 👍🏻 2. **Hotel Environment:** We dropped off our luggage in the morning and didn't return until around 5 PM. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a family suite free of charge. It was a very spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite, complete with children's toiletries, a tent, and toys. My child's favorite was definitely the car-shaped bed. 3. **Service:** The service was incredibly thoughtful. My mother-in-law and I went down separately to return our room cards. Two staff members helped us carry our luggage to the entrance, waited for our car to arrive, loaded our bags into the trunk, opened the car door for us, and even said, 'Princesses, please board the carriage!' 😁 I've stayed in five-star hotels before, but I've never experienced such exceptional treatment. I was honestly a bit overwhelmed by the attention, but it was a wonderful feeling. Their warmth felt genuinely friendly and personable. Choosing this hotel was a delightful surprise for this trip. It was super convenient. After dinner on Central Street, we strolled to the Flood Control Monument and walked along the river, enjoying the breeze back to the hotel. It was such a relaxing trip. My kids kept saying, 'Mom, next time we go to Harbin, let's stay at this hotel again!' After checking out, we arrived at the station, and my child realized they'd forgotten their smart watch. This is the first five-star review I've given a hotel all year. The hotel is right next to Central Street and very close to the Central Street subway station. There are plenty of dining options around the hotel, and of course, Central Street itself is great for shopping, so the location is excellent. But these are secondary; the hotel's overall service and facilities were truly impressive. The staff's warm service and the perfect facilities left a deep impression on me. Even though we only had one suitcase, the doorman helped us carry it all the way to our room. The room wasn't huge, but it was very well-equipped, especially the fully automatic toilet. The shower pressure was excellent, and the water temperature was just right. The quality of the dental kit was also very good; I even took a new set home. Besides the buffet, it seems there are also special daily offerings for breakfast, and afternoon tea is provided. The room was also very quiet, which was a huge plus. This will definitely be my top choice when I visit Harbin again.

The hotel has all the amenities you could ask for: a gym, laundry room, and dryer. The bed in the room was so comfortable, I felt all my fatigue melt away the moment I lay down. I chose the Wanda Realm Qiqihar, expecting a five-star experience. My reasons for picking a 5-star hotel are usually for a rich breakfast, excellent service, and complete facilities. However, this stay left me very disappointed. First, there was no space in the hotel's ground parking lot. A staff member directed me to the underground parking, explaining that hotel guests could get free parking if the front desk handled it. When I checked in, I mentioned I'd parked underground and asked them to sort it out. The two girls at the front desk said the underground parking was paid. I explained that there was no space above ground and the security guard told me to park in underground section M, assuring me that hotel guests could park for free. They exchanged glances and then said they would 'apply' for free parking for me. This already put me off – if I hadn't pressed the issue, would I have been tricked into paying for parking? After checking in, I went to my room. I had booked a family room, but when I entered, I only saw one large bed. I had to go back downstairs to the front desk. They explained that they didn't know how old my children were, so they hadn't made up the extra bed, and then sent someone to do it. The next day at breakfast, the whole rhythm of the restaurant's service felt off. Many serving dishes were empty, but it took a long time for food to be refilled. The watermelon platter was almost empty when I arrived, and they only brought out a fresh plate when I was nearly finished eating. All in all, it was a very disappointing stay. I won't be choosing Wanda Hotels again in the future.

Across the street is Zhaolin Park, where the air is filled with the strong scent of lilac flowers. The room was cozy and tidy, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The hotel was thoughtful in every aspect, offering exquisite afternoon tea and comforting bedtime snacks. There's also a self-service laundry room on the fifth floor. Since staying here last year, I've made Yufeng my go-to hotel every time I visit Harbin.

Great brand, it's a Holiday Inn Express under InterContinental, so the quality control is guaranteed. The facilities are all very well-equipped. Mr. (name/initials, if provided, otherwise leave as Mr.) at the front desk provided excellent service and gave me a free room upgrade. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The only downside is that some of the public spaces are a bit small, like the lobby, gym, and laundry room. Also, the management of smoking in public areas should be strengthened.

Went with my husband during the off-peak season, and the price was unbelievably low again after using points, only about eighty yuan. The location is excellent, very close to the museum. If you turn left when you go out, there's a spot that's not listed on maps, and the night view there is stunning. It's clean and hygienic, and the front desk staff provided superb service. Highly recommended, great value for money. There's also a morning market nearby worth checking out.

The hotel is right at the end of the night market, making it incredibly convenient to get there—just downstairs! The morning market isn't far either; you can easily walk there. The security guard at the entrance is very responsible and helpful. There's road construction in front of the building, so if you can't find it on your GPS, call the front desk. They have a parking lot in the back, and the security guard will guide you there. Once the night market opens at 4 PM, you'll have to take a detour to the parking lot. Before the night market opens, you can drive directly to the hotel entrance.
