Having stayed at the Shangri-La, Crowne Plaza, 1903 Hotel on Central Street, and Westin during this trip, the Ritz-Carlton truly stands out as the best. First, being able to have breakfast in the executive lounge offers unparalleled privacy. For the same price, executive rooms at other hotels always mean going to the crowded first-floor restaurant, and some even have ridiculous queues for breakfast. Second, only the Ritz-Carlton genuinely takes the time to introduce you to the room's amenities and your benefits. At other hotels, I've had to ask why I wasn't getting my benefits, only to find out the front desk forgot to add them! Finally, the butler service is also top-notch. David was incredibly enthusiastic and professional, and his recommendation for Sakurayukitei Japanese restaurant perfectly suited my partner's taste. The owner of the Japanese restaurant was quite grateful when they heard we were recommended by the Ritz-Carlton. In short, I booked through Ctrip because the Marriott app isn't user-friendly for me, but the Ritz-Carlton consistently sets the standard no matter where it is.

We had a thoroughly pleasant and memorable four-night stay at the Harbin Habsburg Hotel. Our family room was incredibly spacious, and the facilities were top-notch, including the convenience of free laundry. The breakfast variety is impressive, especially with the extended service until 12:00 PM. Location was great too. 10 mins walk to central street. The standout of our trip, however, was the staff—specifically the F&B Manager, Jenny Huang. She is a true asset to the hotel which she went above and beyond her service to hotel guess. After my son experienced a nosebleed due to the dry weather on our first day, Jenny remembered and took the time to personally check on his well-being. Knowing we had a 6:00 AM flight, she even proactively arranged a 'grab-and-go' breakfast for our family of four. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests are remarkable.

Great location for skiers! Ski-in-and-out resort with minimal walking to the ski lift. The magic carpet nearest to the resort was a little short but there’s another one up the mountain where most coaches will bring students up to learn. Package booked included ski rentals and equipments which was decent. Club-med visitors also use the same ski equipments and slopes. Hotel was very helpful when we feedback the bed was too hard and request for a change in room. Food at the restaurant in the hotel was good, we had lunch/dinner 3 times during our stay there. There is even a Hai Di Lao just beside the reception area but food options are limited.

Stay one more day. I made a special trip from Beijing to Jiamusi to see the city where my parents lived and worked all their lives. The location of the hotel is very good and the hotel facilities are very good. However, the vehicles on the road keep honking, which affects the staying experience. Such a nice hotel, such a comfortable room, was disturbed by the sound of the horn. I originally planned to stay for three days and made a reservation, but I had no choice but to check out today. I really didn’t want to hear the sound of the horn anymore and leave the city. Thanks to Ms. Zhou Xiaoying at the front desk for her warm and attentive reception and arrangements. The standard service of the hotel staff left a deep impression on us. Thank you.

The air conditioner is not cooling. The house is more than 20 degrees at noon. It feels like a sauna. The hotel feels like a sauna. The laundry room and swimming pool are closed during the eleventh period. I don’t know if the Wang family earns enough money or takes customers as **. During the Golden Week, it was said that the transformation also closed these two places. Towels and hair dryers live out the feeling of 18-line small county guest houses. We will close this hardware directly. The hardware measures of the middle and high-end price are not as good as Hanting's 7-day hotel chain. The only satisfaction is that the breakfast is not bad.

In order to be close to the airport and catch a flight the next day, I tried staying at Haitian for the first time. The handsome guy at the front desk who checked in gave me a free room upgrade, and his service attitude was very good! 👍🏻A fruit plate was prepared in the room, and the small tomatoes were very sweet! The room as a whole is clean and tidy! What was particularly amazing was that the hotel service provided free airport drop-off. The driver, Master Dan, preheated the car ten minutes in advance, so when the guests got in, the car didn't feel cold at all! Jiamusi in the morning (minus 20 degrees) 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The view outside the window was absolutely stunning! You can see both sunrise and sunset right from the hotel – who wouldn't love that?! The service was perfect, the front desk ladies were all so nice, I really loved them. My only regret is that I booked two nights and then canceled one to stay in Arctic Village – I really couldn't stand Arctic Village at all. If you don't have any particular sentiment for 'the North Pole' and just want to take some photos, you can capture a super beautiful sunset right downstairs from the hotel, in the area by the entrance. It's snowy and makes for great pictures. Plus, it's very convenient to get a taxi to Mohe city center. If I get another chance, I'll definitely come back to Mohe and stay at Yilong! If I had to say why I love Mohe, 80% of it would be because of Yilong, hahaha!

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

The overall service is very good! Whether it is the front desk at check-in, the cleaning staff, the staff in the gym laundry room, or the staff in the restaurant on the third floor, the service attitude makes people feel at home. The location of the hotel is also very good, with everything around it, and it is also close to the station, which can be reached on foot. It's just that the room is very hot, and the air conditioner is very noisy after turning on the air conditioner. I don't know if it's the same in other rooms. A small suggestion: it would be better if the breakfast waiter didn't push the garbage truck back and forth when clearing the table, which really affects the appetite. Everything else is great. Next time I come to Mudanjiang, I will definitely stay in Hawaii again.

This hotel is perfectly located near Saint Sophia Cathedral on Central Avenue, right next to Zhaolin Park, making it super convenient for getting around. Stepping into the lobby, you're immediately struck by its unique charm—romantic, chic, and warm! I absolutely loved the decor. The room details were meticulously thought out, showing great care and quality. The toiletries smelled fantastic, and they even provided welcome fruits and drinks in the minibar. Both breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent! What truly made my stay heartwarming was the staff. A very handsome gentleman and a lovely lady at the front desk were incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I had questions, always friendly and gentle in their demeanor. It really speaks volumes about the hotel's human-centric management and the professionalism of its team! This trip to the Northeast was wonderful, and staying at such a delightful hotel was the icing on the cake! Meeting such warm-hearted people made it even more special.
