Having stayed at the Shangri-La, Crowne Plaza, 1903 Hotel on Central Street, and Westin during this trip, the Ritz-Carlton truly stands out as the best. First, being able to have breakfast in the executive lounge offers unparalleled privacy. For the same price, executive rooms at other hotels always mean going to the crowded first-floor restaurant, and some even have ridiculous queues for breakfast. Second, only the Ritz-Carlton genuinely takes the time to introduce you to the room's amenities and your benefits. At other hotels, I've had to ask why I wasn't getting my benefits, only to find out the front desk forgot to add them! Finally, the butler service is also top-notch. David was incredibly enthusiastic and professional, and his recommendation for Sakurayukitei Japanese restaurant perfectly suited my partner's taste. The owner of the Japanese restaurant was quite grateful when they heard we were recommended by the Ritz-Carlton. In short, I booked through Ctrip because the Marriott app isn't user-friendly for me, but the Ritz-Carlton consistently sets the standard no matter where it is.

Room, location and service were fantastic. The room was very large , has what we need, they had complimentary everything .. bed was comfortable, hotel has good meals available & cocktails/bar (lack of those everywhere). Close to the Chocolate Castle, you can catch a cable car to or from Sun island or subway as well, its close ( line 2) hotel is near line 3. The ice and snow world was a highlight and best transport is subway ( line 2) . We walked 8mins to the line 2 subway and then switched for line 3 on way back. Central street is also close by for the delicious massive icecreams . Harbin was amazing !

The hotel lobby was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were great at helping with luggage, especially Sun Yuxin, Li Yan, Liu Shuang, and Zheng Linchun. The food at the restaurant was also delicious. I'll definitely come back next time!

When we arrived at the hotel on the first night, the waiter asked if we had any requirements for the room. He was very friendly and arranged a quiet room according to our request. The room is new and big, the bathroom is spacious and has separate wet and dry areas, and the shower water is good. The overall experience is very good and I will choose it again next time. This hotel does a great job with its service.

The air conditioner is not cooling. The house is more than 20 degrees at noon. It feels like a sauna. The hotel feels like a sauna. The laundry room and swimming pool are closed during the eleventh period. I don’t know if the Wang family earns enough money or takes customers as **. During the Golden Week, it was said that the transformation also closed these two places. Towels and hair dryers live out the feeling of 18-line small county guest houses. We will close this hardware directly. The hardware measures of the middle and high-end price are not as good as Hanting's 7-day hotel chain. The only satisfaction is that the breakfast is not bad.

This is the first time in decades I've left a negative review on Ctrip, and this stay was an absolute nightmare, no exaggeration. I chose what's supposed to be the best hotel in Mohe, but I didn't get a wink of sleep. The hotel has large fans running at night, and lying in bed, my ear on the pillow, created a resonant effect with the noise (I wonder if anyone can understand or relate to that). I called the front desk to ask for a room change, but was told there were no other rooms of that type available. I said, 'If there's an issue with this room, it shouldn't be assigned!' Ultimately, no solution was found!!! The next morning, I had a splitting headache and tearfully complained to the front desk. They apologized and offered a late checkout until 2 PM, but my Ctrip benefits already allowed for a 2 PM checkout anyway!! I asked to speak to the front desk manager or lobby manager and was told the leaders weren't in... Again, no resolution! I had planned to stay three nights in Mohe, but ended up buying a flight to Harbin for that very day. My final checkout time was 3:30 PM. I was truly, truly, truly, truly, truly distraught! It's been two days since I arrived in Harbin and my head still hurts. Extremely disappointed! I hope the Ctrip platform can advocate for a loyal customer of decades. I showed them to the hotel front desk and suggested their managers stay one night to experience my suffering! They just chuckled and gave no response! I stayed in room 802.

For those looking to ski, this hotel's location is absolutely perfect. The front desk staff are very warm and helpful. Although the rooms are simple, they are clean and comfortable. Ski equipment was already prepared in the locker, and the staff were very enthusiastic in assisting us. The only downside was that some people were smoking in the common areas and no one seemed to be managing it.

The overall service is very good! Whether it is the front desk at check-in, the cleaning staff, the staff in the gym laundry room, or the staff in the restaurant on the third floor, the service attitude makes people feel at home. The location of the hotel is also very good, with everything around it, and it is also close to the station, which can be reached on foot. My friend and I stayed here, and from the moment our ride-share dropped us off, we were just saying ”wow, wow, wow!” It's an incredibly beautiful hotel, giving off a distinct Russian palace vibe. The attention to detail is remarkable, truly embodying the warmth and hospitality of Harbin. The location is super convenient, right next to Zhaolin Park. It's a breeze to get to Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral. We even walked to the Songhua River. I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip to Harbin!
