During the second week at the hotel, I wanted to change rooms. They gave me an upgraded room, with a bigger TV, better curtains, a coffee machine and a kettle.
Excellent view from the room and terrace.
Breakfast is practically the same every day. Over time it becomes dull.
$ todo bien la ubicación excelente y el trato personal muy buena las habitaciones muy limpias y la comida muy buena , el servicio excelente lo recomiendo
The hotel staff is still more polite and friendly, willing to assist guests to deal with problems, although late check-out is not possible. Hotel facilities are general, relatively old, bathroom windows have no screens, open is directly outdoor. The street is quite noisy, basically can't sleep well, sleep is afraid of sound careful consideration. Hotel laundry is very expensive, meaning that the price of laundry is more expensive than the five-star hotel in Brasilia, the room is also ordering, I don't know why. Although the room price is cheaper than five stars, the facilities and services are also correspondingly insufficient, but the pricing of meals and laundry is difficult to understand.
Comfortable but old accommodation, minibar barely cools drinks.
Breakfast left something to be desired, the bread was dry and apparently stale. Little variety of food.
Everything is very satisfactory, just near the central square, the cathedral, museum, Sanquan Square and other major attractions are within walking distance, and luxury hotels are also concentrated in this area. Next to Patio Brasil there is a restaurant on the top floor, and there is a supermarket on the first floor. The price is not expensive, which is similar to the price of domestic first-tier cities.
The only thing that was really bad was that there were a lot of small bugs like fruit flies at the entrance of the restaurant's terrace and they would fly on to food.
The reception was very professional and helpful. He speaks many languages, very professional. The room service also very fast and the food was so amazing. The location is very strategic near to Conjunto Plaza Shopping and so many eateries around the hotel. Unfortunately the swimming pool was on maintenance.

KKristina 77I had a wonderful experience at Brasilia Palace Hotel . The staff at this property are all great and accommodating , they go over and beyond to make your stay comfortable , call a taxi for you if you need and give suggestions about the cities do’s and don’ts ! The facilities are spectacular, a quite place with a stunning lake view , the pool is huge and the buffet breakfast is very delicious and versatile , one can find lactose free milk and gluten free bread there for example! The rooms were spacious and clean with a signature scent , also the beds are very comfortable ! Would definitely send a friend there !☺️☺️☺️
KKeswickDespite the overt references to royalty in the hotel, I felt like a pawn during my stay. Dark and sad room, old and tired furniture, hygiene issues (female hair balls found in bathroom), depressing room service menu, friendly but poorly trained staff. What makes this hotel stand out is its small policy of charging guests for coffee pods (only the first 2 are free), which I admit I have never seen before in a hotel charging 1000 reais per night situation. According to many reports, the hotel's stellar rating on Google appears to be due to questionable review buying practices. avoid.

FFelipe VacasThe hotel is ok for a night in a long layover in Brasilia. It is far from the city but very close to the airport. However, they do not offer any transfer to the airport. Walking is not long (about 10 min walk) but the walking path is filthy and moody especially if it rains. They suggest you to get an uber, but it gets very expensive during a rainy time.
The room is very basic. Beds are tiny.
Breakfast is very good!
OOlavo KochiGood morning ! I stayed in an accessible standard room, without request, could at least warn me at check-in, I reported that the bathroom movie was stuck, there were no provision, I asked 2 covers, I was only answered in 2a. request. The hotel has a standard that is simple to take care of.
WWalesca Barbosa de Souza TonháThe hotel is luxurious and has a very careful facilities. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a legal view of the city. The breakfast offered by the hotel is a real delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The location is excellent, near important tourist points and with easy access to public transport. In addition, Windsor Brazil is highlighted by its commitment to cleaning and safety measures, which makes me feel very comfortable throughout the I recommend this hotel to all visit Brazil.
MM253585****The place is located in the center of Brasilia. It is opposite the shopping mall. It is relatively convenient. The hotel is clean and the service attitude is good. It is very welcoming. Please pay attention to whether the hotel provides breakfast. It is relatively cost-effective. It is relatively new and parking is available. However, the air conditioner is a bit noisy. Taking a shower requires hot and cold water.
HHANYONGThere is no kettle, I asked the front desk to ask for it, and the answer was: I gave it to you and the others were gone. The room facilities are old, the gym only has three treadmills and few other equipment.
