I think the service was excellent. the Staff were very friendly. The pool is massive and so beautiful. My friend and I stayed in the mountain view room, but there is a resort behind this resort, so there was music in afternoon so couldn't nap and also a rooster too which woke us up every morning. Kep beach is a 20min walk, so it's suggested to get a tuk tuk for 2 dollars. The onsite restaurant and Bar was perfect too. Our room bathroom isn't 100% concealed as there was a blind, also our bathroom door squeeked noises so when my friend and i used the bathroom it was noisy.
I stayed at PHKACHAN KEP BOUTIQUE and it was great! It's really near Kep Beach. The rooms were clean and the service was good. The staff were friendly and helped me a lot. I would recommend this hotel to others!
Attractive bungalows set on a hill overlooking the sea and behind is the national park. Only minutes away from the famous crab market and restaurants. This is a a very relaxing place to stay unfortunately they have destroyed the mangrove forest and brought in dirt to reclaim land if they continue this practise they will destroy what is best about this part of Cambodia.
It was a place where you could enjoy the ocean view, and it was good that the hottest place in Cambodia, The Wave, was close by, so you could walk there. The resort is near the ocean, so you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset, and the food is delicious, so I recommend it. The staff was also very friendly and warm. However, the quality of the accommodation is not new, so if you are looking for a modern style, you may be disappointed, but the frame of the old French-style building was left and remodeled, so you could feel the charm of an old French-style building.
The location of the hotel is very good. The architectural style is mahogany/solid wood Southeast Asian style, so all the people who come to stay at the hotel are local Cambodians. The hotels are all single-family villas or townhouses, and there are no second floors. There are about 13-14 rooms in total, and each one is very large. The twin room we stayed in is more than 120 square meters including the small yard at the door. There are few guests, so the front desk staff remembers where you live, calls you by name, and provides excellent service. Breakfast is generally not as rich as in China. But it’s right next to the seafood market, so it doesn’t matter.
The only fault of our 5 days was this public holiday in Cambodia where we went from our peace to a delay until midnight. The second point is the arrival at breakfast the next day and nothing and really the staff was not ready for that. I loved the buffet compared to the a la carte choice and without the great handyman I certainly would not have posted such a good review. After asking, they placed us on a table that he cleaned and made sure that we had everything we wanted for breakfast and even more with a plate of croissants and raisin breads. Thank you again for your attention because the girl at the breakfast reception was limited to telling us that's how it is and that's it. A lack of education probably and compared to her colleague that I saw works hard it was not her day or a cruel lack of knowledge of customer service.. I loved this hotel which offers real service, clean, calm, a decent breakfast and thank you for my croissants.
The manager is adorable and masters his subject, he comes to ensure your satisfaction and will do what he can to make your stay even more pleasant. The room is identical to the photo and very comfortable. Small downside for the two girls at the very friendly reception but frankly not at the level each question was a need for research so I think that an internship at the hotel management school would really do them good for the rest of their lives . I have to thank the other man whose name I don't have who is an amazing handyman because he doesn't stop and really I couldn't thank him properly. The young person who takes care of breakfast and cleaning outside the weekend is adorable. I wish her success, she is so friendly and with the fantastic Khmer smile that we all love.
The swimming pool is gigantic and clean which is very pleasant.
I hope to come back for a few days next year because I really had a very pleasant night which turned into 5 almost perfect nights (I will come back to this in my opinion on the evening from Friday to Saturday). The 270 degree view from the 5th floor is so beautiful, I advise you to take relaxation classes or something else.
Last point, only the restaurant menu put me off because it was too high, but that's just my opinion and is equivalent to many other hotels. Thank you for these 5 days
The manager of the hotel was really friendly and chatted with me when I arrived. The other staff members I spoke to in the bar were nice and attentive. The location of the hotel is perfect for the beach and the restaurants nearby. The rooms have large glass doors so you can see the sea from your room easily. The hotel bar has a lot of drinks and a full menu of food and snacks. The room was clean and big - there is a kettle to make tea and coffee. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Kep. It was a great short stay in Kep Beach!
The facilities are a bit old and the breakfast is a bit simple, but the outdoor swimming pool on the beach is very good. There are many night markets and white sands around the beach. The durians and crabs at the night market are very delicious. The three of us spent more than ten dollars to eat, and the barbecue can also bring Come back to the hotel pool to eat, listening to music and blowing the sea breeze is pretty good

GGuest UserNot Worth the Price — Poor Service & Facilities
We stayed at this hotel recently and had a disappointing experience from start to finish.
Breakfast: There's no clear menu for hotel guests. We were told to choose from the regular menu, but no one explained what was included. When we asked, the staff seemed impatient and just pointed at “omelette,” saying “choose this.” We ended up picking pasta, which was absolutely inedible—my son even called it “breakfast from hell.” We noticed other guests also left their food untouched. I ordered chicken rice, which never even came.
Facilities: The shower pressure was extremely weak—unacceptable for a beachside hotel where you need to rinse off sand and seawater. It made showering uncomfortable and ineffective.
Privacy concerns: We left our room locked and did not request cleaning (no sign was placed), but when we returned, the room had been cleaned. Used items like our toothbrush and towels were replaced without permission. It felt like a serious violation of privacy.
The hotel’s location may be by the sea, but the poor service, terrible food, and intrusive housekeeping made our stay frustrating and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
DDean TooneLovely hotel. Need transportation really as out of town. Quiet with a fantastic pool. Staff are excellent. I would defiantly recommend this hotel.
柬柬埔寨泰国新加坡马来西亚老挝缅甸Very good, sea view room, right outside the door is the beach, there is a bar downstairs, it is on the same street as the seaside, there is breakfast, Western breakfast, cost-effective, not bad, I will come again next time, stayed for two nights, there are more Western guests ,fine

GGuest UserWe loved our stay in the1 bedroom bungalow a lot. The decorations are very detailed. The owners will do anything to confort and help you. They are very kind. I loved having the washing machine in the room as we travel for long time. One negative point for us we used the sleeping bed in the living room but was not comfortable enough for us. I would book the bungalow with the extra bed(room) if I would come again.
