Good Location, around 5-8 minutes walk from the nearest Metro Station or InterCity Train Station, Very Excellent Service from all of the Concierge, Facility is very top notch for the price, Very Excellent Luggage Storage, I had my luggage stored before Check-in and after Check-out so it was very convenient. Andddd... it was right head to head with the Ajax Stadium.

I love the bedsheets so clean, white and crispy. I didn't take breakfast so I can't tell. I definitely will be back to Steigenberger Airport Hotel. I used to stay in other hotel for so many years, until they make me so disappointed on my last stay 2023. And when I found this hotel and check in, hmm I feel so stupid why I was so loyal to previous hotel, I should change sooner. Because we lost our passport, the hotel reception is very nice! They willing to help us pass the stored luggage to our arrange courier , would have been needing to take 14 hours flight if they didn’t help. Very appreciated for their service to hotel guests! The place is nice, across there is a cafe. Close to rai. Their service is excellent. Appreciated that for the last bit !

A good central location to Alkmaar. Good to do by foot or by bike. A spacious room with a working refrigerator. Airco did not work enough for us at hot weather. It's set by default. You can book a sauna in advance well arranged. Sometimes you can get there immediately because there are already people(being) Breakfast is wide enough. from linseed/haver mout to spice with a stick. The dining room is in the kelder with beautiful forest decoration view. There is enough free parking or a paying parking garage. We had to replace the battery before we had to replace the box, but this would only be done if you weren't hanging a plate at the door. On Day 3, it wasn't restored.

Really nice hotel, in a quiet environment. Good for someone who is ok with walking a little bit to get public transport. Rooms are ok, staff - really nice. Can't be better for the hotel itself. Nice bar inside the Radisson, but with a really rude man, that destroyed our evening, and forced us to not turn back in Keuken never again, even cocktails were really nice. The tables should also be clean better/often as lots of rest of food/drinks were almost everywhere.

Amazing stay overall. We will definitely be back again. The staff are incredible: always happy to help. They even ensured that our room was ready for our arrival early in the morning. Overall, a great spot to stay at, especially considering the proximity to the station and the nice shops around for convenience. Cons: the fridge in our room (1004) was barely working- please replace. The shower floor wasn't too clean, and the water kept going cold and hot, which was annoying.

Lovely day at the Spa. Enjoyed it. The massages were lovely and the Spa is great! Too bad you can't take your food outside on a cardboard plate or something like that when the weather is nice. Maybe something to think about. Hotel room and breakfast are good.

Its good for people who transfer,can see a huge plaine.But its noisy at night i can hear the night club music at the top floor when i was sleeping....And when they return the deposit they should at least send a note to my phone like other hotels.Otherwise it was confusing me a kot and i asked my Dutch friend to call them to double confirm after 15days of my leave...

Check in was delayed, room not ready but it wasn’t too much of an issue. Lovely room, light and bright with excellent facilities. The socket on The kettle and coffee machine wasn’t working, but a new one was replaced very quickly. The Spa was absolutely fantastic, a really welcome retreat at the end of a long day. I liked the fact you paid once, and could access it for the whole stay. Wonderful.

Well equipped hotel with a lot of love for the interior and the exterior. Nice staff, clean and well organized. Rooms a dream. Wellness area clean and invite to relax.
