This hotel is new and clean! Parking is super convenient; you can park right by the elevator and take the elevator up to the first floor for check-in. Our room is on the third floor. I especially want to mention the professionalism of the front desk lady, who speaks standard Mandarin and has a sweet smile. I have a few concerns. First, there was no ashtray in the room, and the front desk lady rushed to bring one. Second, there were no paper towels in the bathroom, and only a few in the room. Fortunately, I bring my own. The front desk staff said the hotel is new and understaffed, and with the ***** New Year approaching, they couldn't hire anyone. Third, the hot water system's temperature was inconsistent, making the shower feel hot and cold, which greatly reduced the experience. We contacted the business to find out the cause and resolve the issue! The reason for the positive reviews is that it's generally good!
