Dorsett Gold Coast boasts a prime location, just one street away from the large shopping centre Pacific Fair. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it only takes a 10-minute walk to get to the beach. The hotel entrance is right at the Tram Station. The room facilities are quite good, featuring a small balcony that offers a view of the sea when opened. However, the shower water pressure is somewhat weak, and the floor gets a bit slippery when wet. Overall, my stay at Crowne Plaza was okay. The location is very convenient, which made getting around easy. However, I was a little disappointed that the room wasn’t serviced during my stay, even though I had placed the door sign requesting it. Apart from that, everything else was fine.

This serviced apartment is fully equipped and boasts a central location. An Avis car rental is conveniently located downstairs, and parking spaces can be booked, making it ideal for those traveling by car. A key feature is that rooms are cleaned once a week, with daily upkeep being the guest's responsibility. Despite this, the room was impeccably clean upon my arrival. High floors offer stunning city views, though the blue tint on the windows regrettably causes photos to be slightly color-distorted. The Sichuan restaurant downstairs is also quite good.

This is the third time I've stayed here and everything about this place is fantastic. However, the office closes at 5 pm and customers have to call for check-in process after this time. Either the office hours should be till 7 pm or the staff should call the customers regarding their arrival time.

A brand new hotel with spacious, very clean rooms and excellent facilities. It boasts a fantastic location, right near Surfer's Paradise, and there's a train station nearby, making transportation incredibly convenient. The only minor downside was that parking required a two-minute walk, as it wasn't directly in the hotel's underground garage. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Gold Coast.

The high tea at The Palm Court was a highlight—delicate pastries and premium teas in a sophisticated setting. 🌿 Tranquil Pool & Spa – The Chuan Spa was a sanctuary of relaxation, and the lagoon-style pool (with private cabanas) felt like a hidden paradise.

Large room, has sofa & open concept kitchen with microwave, fridge, oven, stove , plates, pan etc. It had a washing machine (and laundry liquid provided) & also a clothes dryer which was really convenient. Location is really good, right in the city centre, near many restaurants, shops, supermarkets. No breakfast buffet , it was a takeaway breakfast box (with a small croissant, orange drink, apple). Breakfast is not recommended - buy food outside which is more convenient & tastes better.

I booked this hotel for a conference and had a great time. The staff were helpful in checking us in early (though we had to wait for a bit). The rooms were clean and the location was perfect. I would highly recommend it.

Maybe I was given the wrong room. The kitchen faces the bed and there is a mirror on the bedside cabinet. Ctrip said it was more than 50 square meters, but the actual price was more than 20 square meters.
