Understanding the Taipei Main Station Map

Taipei Main Station is not just one building. It is a large transport complex made up of several stations, underground passages, malls and bus terminals.

Main Taipei Station Building

Main Taipei Station Building

The main station building contains the Taiwan Railways and Taiwan High Speed Rail ticketing areas, waiting areas, platforms, restaurants and shops.

The large central hall is on the ground floor. Taiwan Railways and THSR trains operate from underground platforms beneath the station.

Taipei Metro Station

Taipei Metro Station

Taipei Main Station is served by two Taipei Metro lines:

  • Tamsui-Xinyi Line, Red Line, station code R10
  • Bannan Line, Blue Line, station code BL12

The Taipei Metro area is connected to the main railway building through underground passages. Follow the red or blue line signs instead of following only the words “Taipei Main Station.”

Taoyuan Airport MRT A1 Station

Taoyuan Airport MRT A1 Station

The Taoyuan Airport MRT uses a separate station called A1 Taipei Main Station. It is located west of the main railway building and is connected through an underground walkway.

Allow around 10 to 15 minutes when walking between the main station and Airport MRT A1, especially when carrying luggage.

Taipei Bus Station

Taipei Bus Station

Taipei Bus Station is located north of the main railway building, beside Q Square. It serves intercity buses travelling to destinations outside central Taipei.

Check your bus company, floor and boarding platform carefully because different operators may use different areas.

Underground Shopping Areas

Underground Shopping Areas

Several underground shopping streets connect to Taipei Main Station:

  • Taipei City Mall, Y Zone
  • Station Front Metro Mall, Z Zone
  • Zhongshan Metro Mall, R Zone
  • K Underground Mall, K Zone

Each underground mall uses its own letter and exit number. Taipei City Mall uses yellow Y signs, while Station Front Metro Mall uses Z signs.

Taoyuan Airport MRT

The Taoyuan Airport MRT connects A1 Taipei Main Station with Taoyuan International Airport.

Two types of trains are available:

Express Train

The Express Train stops at fewer stations and is the fastest option. The journey takes around 35 minutes from Terminal 1 to Taipei Main Station and around 38 minutes from Terminal 2.

Commuter Train

We recently stayed at the Dinosaur Kingdom Family Room and transferred to a Premier Twin Room the following day. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The staff were consistently kind, helpful, and accommodating, which we truly appreciated. We especially enjoyed the family room—it was thoughtfully designed and perfect for traveling with a young child. I had initially planned for a two-night stay in this room, but unfortunately, renovations were scheduled to begin the following day. This was a bit disappointing, as it made our time there feel quite short, especially with other activities already planned during our trip. In comparison to other five-star hotels we’ve stayed in, I did find the lack of flexibility with early check-in a bit surprising, particularly for the themed room. We had hoped to settle in earlier, and similarly, the following day’s transfer to the Premier room was not available early as it was fully booked. While this was different from what I’m used to, I do understand that this may be part of their standard protocol. On a positive note, we loved the buffet, and the rooms were very comfortable. The complimentary drinks were a nice touch, and the playroom area was excellent—clearly designed with families in mind. It was also lovely to see the hotel organizing activities for children. During our stay, there was a special event (like a children’s appreciation day?), where me and my baby were able to participate in arts and crafts and even received small prizes, which made the experience extra memorable. The swimming pool was decent, though not very large, and the water was quite cold, so we ended up enjoying the bathtub instead. One area for improvement would be cleanliness. We noticed visible dust in the room, which was concerning—especially since the room is designed for small children, and for someone like me who is diagnosed with allergies to multiple types of dust mites. I did raise this with Lara at the lobby, who kindly apologized and mentioned she would inform housekeeping. However, upon transferring rooms the next day, I still noticed dust in certain areas, which made me question the thoroughness of the cleaning. Separately, I also observed that some toiletries (such as conditioner and lotion) were nearly empty upon arrival, suggesting they may not have been checked or replenished prior to our stay. Despite these points, we genuinely had a pleasant experience overall and would consider returning. I’m also excited and curious to see what the next theme for the family rooms will be after the renovations.

This was a pleasant stay. We were traveling with a child, and I had specifically requested a high floor in my Ctrip booking notes. To my surprise, the hotel really paid attention to it! The hotel has 30 floors in total, and they put us on the 29th floor, which was absolutely perfect with fantastic views. **Cleanliness:** The room had a separate wet and dry area, and the toilet was smart and very clean. **Transportation:** The hotel is located right above Wanhua Railway Station. You just turn a corner from the ticketing hall of Wanhua Station and you're there. It's also only a 5-minute walk to Longshan Temple MRT Station. **Local Food:** Around Longshan Temple MRT Station, there's an Oyster Vermicelli shop (diagonally opposite the 50 Lan milk tea shop) that you absolutely *must* try. The flavor is great and it's generously portioned. I dare say you won't find a better oyster vermicelli in all of Taiwan. Remember, next to the oyster vermicelli shop, there's a place selling grilled sausages – grab one of those too. Vermicelli + grilled sausage = a perfect combination! There's also a night market in Longshan Temple in the evenings.

A genuine and detailed review based on my recent stay. The mattress feels as if it has a latex overlay. It felt slightly stiff and uncomfortable when I first laid down, though my overall sleep quality was still acceptable. I am curious whether this mattress type is only used in rooms 547 and 548, or if this is the standard bedding setup across the entire hotel. The front desk and concierge service were excellent and flexible. We were originally assigned rooms on the 10th floor, which would have offered great city views. After making a last-minute additional booking and requesting adjacent rooms, the team kindly rearranged our stay to two end rooms on the 5th floor. Although there was no view, the arrangement was perfectly fine for our group. Some hotel policies feel less aligned with international luxury standards. Breakfast service ends promptly at 10:00 AM, which is quite early, and the standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. That said, the hotel was accommodating and allowed us a complimentary late check-out until noon upon request. We had an unpleasant experience with one breakfast staff member. We booked two rooms in total: one with breakfast included and one without. Our friend from the non-breakfast room came downstairs after 10 AM, by which time the buffet had already been fully cleared with no food left at all. Despite there being nothing available to take, the staff assumed we were trying to sneak in complimentary food and asked us to sign a charge slip. This unfair presumption that we were trying to gain petty advantages made our group feel very uncomfortable. The gym and sauna area are always extremely crowded. Unlike typical luxury hotels, these facilities are open to external members as well as in-house guests, resulting in heavy traffic at all times. On the positive side, the rooftop swimming pool is well-maintained and very pleasant to use. The room design is stylish and modern. The minibar is generously laid out and visually gives the impression of being complimentary, though guests should note that items are actually chargeable. The shower pressure is strong and excellent, offering a great bathing experience. Final Verdict The Regent Taipei is absolutely worth booking if the rate is under HK$2000. However, for any rate above HK$2000, it is far better to upgrade to the Mandarin Oriental Taipei for a HKD few hundred dollars extra — the service and overall standard truly match its premium luxury ranking.

The hotel is located near to the Zhongxiao Dunhua station (exit 3) and walking distance from Ming Yao Department Store, Taipei Dome, Songshan Cultural and Creative Park and National Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall. There are also many convenience stores within the vicinity and famous donut stores nearby. During our stay, we travelled by foot from the hotel to Pokemon Center Taipei, Taipei 101 and even to Linjiang Night Market.  The room is spacious. There are bathtub and shower in our room, but due to the law in Taiwan, please prepare your own toothbrush and toothpaste. There are also luggage weighing machine and coin-laundry machines in a small room on the floor where they serve breakfast. While not to expect a widespread of choices, I think their breakfast selection is a decent combination of local dishes and western options. Special mention that their pineapples are very sweet! If you are interested, you may also check out over the counter on the selection of local products that can be ordered and delivered to the hotel. It may save you trouble to locate some of the famous brands in Taipei. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Green World Zhongxiao.

I wouldn’t put too high of an expectations over their onsen or private sauna but is nice to have it especially if it gets too cold . Overall, I will say is definitely convenient to get around from the hotel. Bed was comfortable but there aren’t any Taipei 101 views, as there are tons of new architecture being built. We just returned to the Philippines after a wonderful 10-day stay at Finders Hotel Qufian, and we truly couldn’t be happier with our experience. We came in not expecting much, but this hotel completely exceeded our expectations. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and made both check-in and check-out smooth and easy. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. We absolutely loved the ambience of the hotel, everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, especially for families. Traveling with a child can sometimes be challenging, but this place had everything we needed. The kids’ playroom was a highlight, our daughter loved it so much and genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay. The room, while not very large, was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The temperature and heating were just right, making it very relaxing after long days of exploring. The bed is more of a typical Asian-style mattress (not super soft), but it was perfectly fine for us and didn’t affect our comfort. Breakfast was consistently excellent. We especially enjoyed the Chinese cuisine selection, and the unlimited beverages, coffee, snacks, and even noodles were such a thoughtful touch, perfect for those late-night cravings! The WiFi was fast and reliable, which was important for me as I had online meetings and even did some Netflix streaming without any issues. Location-wise, it’s fantastic, close to many of Taipei’s must-see attractions like Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, National Taiwan Museum, and 228 Peace Memorial Park (which we absolutely loved). It’s also conveniently near NTU Hospital Station, making it easy to get around the city. This is a hotel I would highly recommend, especially for families traveling with kids. In fact, I’ve already recommended it to friends! We will definitely be booking here again on our next trip to Taiwan.

Wow! This was the coolest place to stay for so many reasons. If you want a nice hangout area each evening, we had so much fun shooting hoops, playing air hockey, darts, trying little snacks and ramens provided, and taking photos in their Photo Booth. They provide so much and the staff were very helpful. Sometimes you can catch a small breakfast and coffee in the morning. The ONLY con is that the rooms are small.

The Z8 exit, which connects directly to the subway station, is right in front of the hotel entrance. However, there are no escalators, making it incredibly difficult to carry heavy, large suitcases up. It's actually more convenient to use the escalator at the K12 exit in the opposite K section and then cross the street. The room I stayed in this time had a great view and was a good size, not too small. However, the refrigerator wasn't cooling at all, so it wasn't suitable for keeping water, beer, or other drinks cold. It probably needs repair or replacement. The hotel is within walking distance of Ximending and conveniently located for using Taipei Main Station. The Airport MRT station is also close by. Overall, the facilities are clean. As for amenities, only basic toiletries are provided, so you'll need to bring your own personal hygiene items. Room cleaning needs to be requested by filling out a form and submitting it a day in advance. You can pick up complimentary bottled water from the 4th-floor lobby. Towel changes and trash removal can be requested on the same day. Usually, if you inform them before you head out, they'll take care of it while you're gone.

We stayed for 3 nights with 2 adults and 1 toddler, including breakfast. Pros: Excellent location: Direct access from Exit Z8 of Taipei Main Station's underground shopping mall. All hotel facilities are on the 4th floor, except for the breakfast area: a play area for toddlers, a dedicated play zone for children, and complimentary snacks from 2 PM to 4 PM (redeemable with room key). Bottled water is available for self-service all day. Reasonable room size: Plenty of space to move around even after unpacking. Responsive staff: Provided reasonable assistance promptly. Breakfast on the 37th floor: Tables are well-spaced, offering great views. Some dishes vary daily, including tea eggs and ********* sausages with chicken drumsticks. Areas for improvement: Exit Z8 is convenient but has no elevator. You'd need to go out one block earlier for elevator access. To get from the room to breakfast on the 37th floor, you need to change elevators. The hotel doesn't proactively clean the room, but you can request trash disposal and towel changes.

Wellness descends upon arrival at this hotel. I must say we were blown away - by the design and experience. This was an excellent hotel and environment and one of the best stays in Taipei our family had. There is welcome snacks and drinks and a very serene peaceful space in every corner of the hotel. We enjoyed the quiet ambience and respectful service by the various staff. The in-room onsen bath is a highlight of the stay. And the beds (we had a large king) was simply divine. The mattress topper was superb, firm and yet supportive and comfortable. The variety of pillows available made our sleep sweet. I have to commend the quality of bedding - it is excellent! The decor and room is elegantly well-designed with thoughtful details, we appreciated it so much. I would definitely come back to Beitou again just to stay here again! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

After checking out and heading to the airport for a late-night flight, I realized upon arriving at the airport that I had accidentally left my passport inside the safety deposit box in my room at Hotel Éclat Taipei. I immediately called the hotel and the staff responded right away by checking the safe and confirmed that my passport had been found. The team was incredibly responsive and worked hard to arrange a way to get the passport to me before my flight. While they were trying to coordinate the delivery, the hotel's General Manager, Ms. Amy Yu, personally stepped in to help. She even came to the airport herself and, despite the urgency of the situation, when I asked how I should pay her back in return, she calmly reassured me not to worry about that at the moment and instead asked me to focus on getting through immigration and making my flight on time. I was deeply touched by her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. She showed a level of empathy and dedication that is increasingly rare in today's hospitality industry. The staff and management did not have to go to such lengths to help me, but they did, and thanks to them I was able to retrieve my passport and continue my journey without disaster. Beyond this unforgettable experience, the hotel itself is fantastic. The property has a unique artistic character, beautifully combining art, design, and luxury. It has a warm, creative atmosphere that makes it stand out from many other high-end hotels. Most importantly, it has something that cannot be easily taught or bought. The human touch, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality of the people here made all the difference. Having stayed at several hotels in Taiwan, I can honestly say that Hotel Éclat Taipei stands out for its responsiveness and sincere care for its guests. My heartfelt thanks to Amy Yu and the entire team. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Taipei.

I enjoyed my stay because the room was huge and very well maintianed, nice gym and there is a pool that was long enough to do a swim work out. The BF was worth it at NTD550, and there is a nearby 7-11 in case you need anything ( snacks, drinks, etc. ). There are also nearby restos and bars via a short walk. The nearby Omakase resto was amazing. Location is a bit off, no malls in the vicinity, but then again, you can easilly take a taxi or uber.

This is our second time staying in Stat Beauty Hotel for their Luxury Double Room. This time we stay for 4 nights and the location of the hotel is near the MTR station and the night market of Shillin Night Market. It will about 15 - 20 minutes from the hotel walk to the MTR station or take 20 - 26 minutes from the hotel walk to Shillin Night Market. The room we booked is big enough for us it two persons that stay and the room is nice but the hotel always provide one pillow for one person . If I sleep on the bed with only one pillow then I can see the rooftop and not the TV. I suggest to the hotel to provide two pillows for each person to stay  without our request, so that he can watch the TV easily. The bathroom is big and come with a big bathtub. The water pressure is now t very strong but just good enough for shower.  I would like to make a bit complaint to the old lady for the the housekeeping. She only come to change towels, refill toiletries  and thru rubbish only and never do cleaning and arrange the bedding. So on my third day O have towels request to the front seat to tell her to clean our toilet. Overall we are happy to stay in Star Beauty Hotel and would like to recommend this hotel to other travellers. I will stay again if I come to Taipei in the future.

The staff were incredibly welcoming. As soon as I entered the room, I could feel the hotel's thoughtful and cozy decor. The private hot spring bath was huge and even had a cold spring water pool, which was perfect for a refreshing rinse after a soak. The mini-bar in the room had a great variety of drinks. In the afternoon, they delivered complimentary fruit and snacks, and in the evening, there was even plum wine for a nightcap – absolutely fantastic! I stayed for two nights and got to enjoy two different breakfasts, both Chinese and Western set meals, which were incredibly rich, refined, and delicious.

If you're looking for an awesome hot springs hotel, this could be a one. One it's a bit older and not super foreigner friendly. But if you speak some simple Chinese or you're willing to use a translator app, this place is pretty dang cool. You'll find locals who have memberships at the Hot springs there. The outdoor Hot spring is really cool and the water is 100% real Hot spring water so it's got that sulfur smell. I recommend getting a room with your own hot spring. This way, no matter what day you arrive, if there's anything about the hours not working at the public hot spring, you still have the opportunity to enjoy it. It's no five star brand new Hilton inn. But it's comfortable, sanitary and has a nice homey vibe. If you're staying for more then one day, I recommend that you tried the the local markets for a breakfast one day. The hotel breakfast is satisfactory. You'll see some buns, some rice, soy milk, a few vegetable options, some sausages, and a little bit of Western food. Very simple and gets the job one if you're not in the mood to explore. I came alone and I felt safe in a really enjoyed my time. I recommend you hike some of the local trails. There is some pretty epic hiking in this area. Don't be afraid to explore!!!

Without a doubt, staying at the Kimpton Taipei was the best decision we made during our trip. The location is fantastic, just a couple of blocks from the MRT, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. The level of hospitality feels more like that of an even higher-end luxury hotel. Every member of the team was consistently warm, professional, genuinely caring, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We arrived after almost 24 hours of continuous travel, completely exhausted, and the staff went above and beyond to prepare the first available room for us so we could rest as soon as possible. That thoughtful gesture made all the difference and was something we’ll always remember. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with stylish interiors, incredibly comfortable rooms, and a wonderful atmosphere. We especially loved the complimentary afternoon wine and snacks, which were the perfect way to unwind after a full day of sightseeing. Even the little morning touches before breakfast made us feel incredibly well looked after. What impressed us most is that the team never settles for simply meeting expectations—they consistently go the extra mile in every interaction. We would return to Kimpton Taipei without hesitation, and it will absolutely be our first choice the next time we visit Taipei. Highly recommended.

Overall, the stay was satisfying. The room quality, cleanliness, service attitude, and the delicate Japanese hospitality all demonstrated the standard expected of a five-star hotel. The only minor letdown was the somewhat underwhelming food selection in the executive lounge. During my stay, it was largely the same few dishes, lacking variety. The quality and sophistication didn't quite reflect the value expected of an executive floor, and it felt a bit perfunctory, missing any standout highlights. As an executive lounge in a five-star hotel, I believe that an improvement in dish rotation, ingredient quality, and plating details would enhance the guest experience and better meet guests' expectations for an executive lounge. Overall, it's still a quality hotel worth revisiting, and I look forward to seeing further improvements in the executive lounge in the future.

There's a bus stop right downstairs, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding streets, making the area very well-equipped for daily needs. II. Service and Dining Overall service was acceptable. Breakfast options weren't extensive, but all basic categories were covered. III. Room Facilities 1. The bedding was comfortable, but the bed size was a bit small, approximately 1 meter wide. 2. The toiletries were of good quality, with Cha Tzu Tang products provided, which had a natural, pleasant scent. 4. The room had central air conditioning. Although there was a wall-mounted remote, the temperature was fixed at 19 degrees Celsius and could not be changed. IV. Hygiene (Needs Improvement) The overall cleanliness was lacking. Location was 3 mins from the train station which takes you to most places and around the area there are lots of shops, restaurants and a market, it’s about 15 minutes walk from the popular food night market. The hotel also has a motel attached and we stayed in the motel which has its own car park. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was massive with Jacuzzi tub, steam shower and sofa. It’s a bit dark in the room itself and free bottles of water provided. The breakfast wasn’t great but doable if included in the price. Sound proof was good, never heard anyone and there was a big karaoke place next door. The room does need a bit of maintenance as you can see it’s a bit worn down and the only light comes from the bathroom but it’s opposite a residential building so can’t really have the curtains up if your not dressed. We couldn’t find one in the bedroom/sleep quarters (Japanese tatami). So make sure to bring a portable charger if you don’t want to be away from your phone. Another advice would be more of a treat if they provided a face mask and sleep wear. The reason I’d suggest this is because another competitor hotel of theirs provided very considerate toiletries for the ladies and I think that was a HUGE plus for me considering we spent a lot of money for one night. Facilities: As it's a relatively new hotel, all the facilities are very new and clean. The only downside is that the shower door's waterproof strip was faulty, so every time I showered, water leaked out and wet the bathroom floor. I had to use many towels to soak up the water, which is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be high-end; such a small detail should not be an issue. Hygiene: As mentioned, the hygiene was excellent, which is expected from a new hotel. The housekeeping staff did an acceptable job. Ambiance: I particularly loved the decor; it's simple yet luxurious, modern yet refined, showing a great sense of style. Service: As an experienced traveler, I believe the service doesn't match a hotel that claims to be the top luxury hotel in Taipei. While the local Taiwanese staff are professional with their smiles and greetings, there's no warmth. You feel a coldness behind their smiles and enthusiasm. Dining: Overall, the dining was quite disappointing. They have a lounge, which functions like an executive lounge, but all the food was very ordinary. The drinks were excellent, but breakfast was also very average; the bread and food didn't live up to the hotel's luxurious decor. This was a major letdown. The breakfast and lounge food were far inferior to what you'd find at the Mandarin Oriental, which was quite disappointing. Summary: I've stayed in many hotels in Taiwan, including the Mandarin Oriental, Hyatt, and W. From a luxury, value-for-money, and service perspective, Cappella should not be ranked as Taipei's number one luxury hotel, for the following reasons: While the hardware is excellent, some details are lacking. As I mentioned, the bathroom's waterproof strip, and there was also a strange smell in the room, possibly due to the new renovation. These details need improvement to truly be considered Taipei's top luxury hotel. More importantly, the service needs work. Overall, the hotel should further strengthen its staff training on service to ensure guests genuinely feel their service is warm and thoughtful, rather than just professional. Only then will it live up to its luxury status and price. If you ask me to recommend this hotel, I have reservations. Given its reputation and price, it's not worth recommending. Perhaps if the value for money were better, it might be worth a try.

The room was cleaner than I expected, and the bathroom was quite spacious with a wet/dry separation, which is great for two people. The facilities were also comprehensive. It's just a minute's walk from the subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Taipei.

The location is absolutely perfect, so convenient for transport and near Ximending. The room was very comfortable to sleep in. Don't expect anything overly fancy for the price, but we slept really well. They even gave us two complimentary coffee and desserts. The lounge area on the first floor is fantastic. It was super convenient to pop back for a rest in between our outings.

The location is fantastic, right next to Taipei Main Station, with access to HSR, MRT, and airport trains. It can get a bit crowded around there, so it depends on your personal preference. The breakfast is extensive, and some items are ordered via QR code. WeChat didn't work for me, but LINE did, which I assume is a software issue. The executive lounge has great decor but offers limited food options. The gym isn't huge, but the equipment selection is decent. Check-in was a bit chaotic, but overall, there weren't many major issues. Also, note that the hotel tends to be dimly lit, so if you prefer bright environments, you might want to consider that.

This Hotel is a perfect choice, rooms are very spacious, bathroom is huge, location is great, it's close and easy to walk to Zongshan MRT station and this area has lots of great retail stores and restaurants , Taipei main station is walk-able around 1.2Km but if you are tired you will take a taxi, very convenient to take the express MRT from airport to Taipei main station in 35 minutes, there is a big supermarket right next to the hotel having very good stuff, there are a lot of 7 eleven and family mart stores around you, if you are a gym guy there are lots of 24h gyms near the hotel...also there is a 24h self service laundry store in front of the hotel....breakfast is great, I'm a egg lover guy and they serve perfect scrambled eggs, they also serve pineapples, passion fruit, home made yogurt and lots of good stuff, they have some Chinese items that you may not like, overall their breakfast is perfect....you can enjoy 24h free freshly brewed coffee at their lobby whenever you want and it's great....the only downside I noticed in their rooms is the lake of power outlets, there is only one row of power outlets on the front desk of the room, there are no outlets beside your bed or any where else which was really uncomfortable if you would like to charge your mobile or laptop while sitting on the bed.....sorry for my long review but I just enjoyed my stay there and wanted to share my experience in details

We had a wonderful stay at Art’otel, and it truly exceeded our expectations—especially since this was such a last-minute booking. We’re so glad we chose to stay here. Despite being a smaller boutique hotel, it offers a great balance of comfort, style, and convenience. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Thoughtful touches throughout the stay made a difference, and we especially appreciated the premium amenities—like the Dyson hair dryer provided in selected room types, which added a nice touch of luxury. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we would definitely recommend Art’otel to anyone looking for a cosy yet well-located stay.

The hotel is very close to Ximending and Taipei Main Station. The front desk, luggage storage, and other services were excellent. It's an older building that's been recently renovated, and overall it's pretty good. The only downside is the incredibly slow internet.

It was my first time in Taipei, and the front desk staff upgraded our room to one with a 101 view (don't be shy about asking, they'll do their best to accommodate you!). The service was excellent; someone always opened the door for us when we entered. The room was very clean and odorless, and the bed was large and comfortable. It took me until the third night to realize it was actually two beds pushed together 😂. I have no idea where they got the duvet, but it was 2 meters long and incredibly cozy! The hotel is very close to the subway station and not far from attractions. I specifically chose the option without breakfast because I can never wake up early enough. When we checked in, there was a small Coke and a Pocari Sweat that were complimentary! At 900 RMB per night, it's a good price for this location. If I come to Taipei again, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

This is such a wonderful hotel, we came with a baby, the hotel staff are all super friendly, helpful and making us feel warmth and being welcomed. Helping us in daily details like booking taxi, carrying stroller up the stairs, bringing luggages to the room. Good price for such spacious room, delicious breakfast and good location, just 5min walk to MRT and nearby eateries and convenient stores, will definitely come back again

Overall, we were happy with our stay here. The rooms were generally clean, and the staff was okay for the most part. However, there were a couple of odd moments. At one point, a staff member asked if the car I was driving actually belonged to me, which felt like a really strange and uncomfortable question to ask a guest. Additionally, we found some used pimple patches left on the bathroom wall by the previous tenants. To be fair, they were actually quite hard to recognize and notice, so I can understand how housekeeping missed them, but it was still a bit unpleasant to find. It’s a solid place to stay, but staff training and final room checks could be improved.

Nice small hotel in the top center quiet location. Located 5-7 mins by walk between 2 MRT stations and close to the SOGO store. 7-11 stores - 3-5 mins by walk, as well as coffee shops and small restaurants. Very convenient for the business travelers and tourists. Nothing exceptional, but very comfortable. Excellent price/value. Basic room is not so big, but it's fine just for to come to sleep. Some rooms include the bath along with bath tubes, but mine has only bath, what was OK for me. Sometimes you beed to wait untill hot water will start to go, sometimes it comes immediately. Also doesn't bring any inconvenience (at least for me). The breakfast is more focused on Asian style and has no wide assortment of dishes, but coffee and fruits are always available. I see it always in such category hotels. For someone it maybe a problem. For me was ok. The staff is perfectly speaking English and always trying to help for any questions. As result: excellent hotel in great central location for the stay to ”sleep at night”. Great price/value. If you're not looking for premium service and style - you will be satisfied.

A great experience: 1. **Location:** Right near Taipei Main Station. After taking the Taoyuan Airport MRT to Taipei Main Station, you exit near Y13, which leads to Taiyuan Street. It's about a 7-8 minute walk from there. 2. **Facilities:** The bathroom has a bathtub, the toilet has a bidet function, and the room includes a refrigerator. Basically, all essential facilities are available. 3. **Cleanliness:** The room was cleaned daily and kept tidy. 4. **Environment:** Very quiet. You can't hear street noise, and there's very little noise from within the building. 5. **Service:** The front desk staff were kind and friendly, providing a local map and answering guest questions enthusiastically and professionally. Truly excellent.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful – very clean and sophisticated. Both at breakfast and during happy hour, the staff constantly kept the food display spotless. I don't think I've ever seen a hotel maintain such a high level of cleanliness so consistently. Some of the front desk staff also speak Japanese. Both breakfast and happy hour were delicious. While there wasn't a toothbrush in the room (which is common in Taiwan across all hotels), other amenities were plentiful. The four kinds of welcome fruit in the room were also tasty. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a subway exit. There are also many Japanese restaurants and a Daiso nearby. I would definitely want to stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Taipei.
