"The service was excellent. The lady helped me upgrade and get the Jacuzzi suite because the room I originally booked said that it would have one but it didn't and I thought I was going to have to cancel the booked room and she fixed it so I didn't have to. The room was one of the nicest I had been in a long time for a Super 8. The bed was so soft and comfortable and I was very cool and didn't get hot at all. I will definitely tell other people how good my stay was and also stay there again in the future. The photo was where the room I booked had a Jacuzzi in it it said when I booked it but it did not when I got to the hotel. That needs to be fixed. This was what I had paid for and booked and it clearly shows I would have a hot tub."

"Quite possibly the rudest and downright nosiest management I’ve ever come across. Had a friend stop by to visit for 15 minutes and in that 15 minutes the front desk called three times, wanting to know what my guest was doing there. And there was one towel one rag and no hangers. Plus it was in the 20s and the heat didn’t work."
