The reservation and payment were made in advance, and the check in was only at 15h. However, when I arrived the door was locked and there was absolutely no one to deliver the room key. I waited outside for a while, along with other guests who could not enter, and at a certain point a couple of guests came to the hotel and the place where the keys were. I was lucky to be there when it happened, because I called the hotel and no one answered me, and I didn't receive the input code even the hotel had my email and phone. In addition to this horrible situation to get into the hotel, you need to buy the kit to clean the kit at the reception. The bathroom was more or less functional and the cleaning was not 100% good. The only advantage I saw in hosting in this hotel was the location.

Nice hotel in Narbonne! Just 10 mins walk from the station, 5 mins walk to the city center, staffs were friendly, the room was clean and spacious! There was an equipped kitchen in the room, almost everything, including a tiny dish washer, and there were few supermarkets & restaurants nearby. Security level was high, and it even located next to the police station. The bed was comfortable, price is reasonable, everything was good! Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a fantastic location right next to the plaza. At the weekend the rugby was on and the atmosphere was great and just had to amble back to the hotel a few steps. We had a room with 2 double beds which was a good size. The beds were on the harder side which was ok. Pillows very fluffy. The room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and toiletries. Breakfast is a selection of hot and cold food. The sausages were a particular hit. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They speak great English (my French is very basic). Loads of restaurants and shops nearby.

We stayed one night in October. It is a comfortable place to stay! The front desk staff were very nice. The room was terrific with enough space. Great bathroom with spacious shower stall, etc.. Room was very quiet. The breakfast was the highlight! SO many choices all laid out! A nice dining area as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

Was up in NY for graduation ceremony with our family and had the double suite with a separate living room and kitchenette. Very helpful and pleasant staff, excellent neighborhood with lots of great restaurants. And washer /dryer available is a big plus

Catastrophic: air conditioning that doesn't work, refrigerator in pantograph, no water at my arrival at 16h .... No responsible, only young trainees who tried to do the best by offering free drinks, The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. And the next day when you leave: no excuse presented.
