You can join dinner with the university students living in dormitories nearby too. Room is clean and airy, though the air con is not that new. They leave the door open quite late.

Good breakfast. Especially the beef pho is no different from the restaurant, the rest is ok. The minus point is that it is near the main road so it is very noisy, the soundproofing is not good. I heard the sound of dogs repairing and the children playing from the backyard of the hotel.
