Hotels With Breakfast in Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam

This hotel is very new, modern and clean. The room is very spacious and comes with a balcony with an amazing view of the bay. The atmosphere at the roof top bar on the 25th floor is amazing. The staff are polite and friendly. Jenny, in particular, is proactive and attentive. She saw us discussing at the lobby and came over to offer help and advice. She booked us a cab and gave instruction to the driver since we can't speak Vietnamese. She even asked us to WhatsApp her if we need any further assistance when we're touring outside. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Halong

The room is very new, the view is very good, the triple room is just right for us. The bedding is comfortable, and the most important thing is that the dishes provided are delicious, especially the brunch and dinner buffet, which are much better than the buffet provided by many five-star hotels in China. The only bad experience was that there were many people who boarded the island and went to the beach after the rainstorm that day, and still didn’t tell us to pull us to the pier and waited for a long time.

The crews on board are fantastic, friendly and caring. The cruise is new and cozy. Food are nicely prepared and sumptuous. According to the crew manager Bruce, we have to board a smaller boat for 45mins to head to the cruise due to their territories issue. However, it does not affect our trip experience at all. The events arranged such as kayaking, squid fishing and bright cave are interesting and less crowded, my family had a great time during the trip.

We stayed for 3 nights and really loved this place. Staff members were extremely kind and helpful. Food was great in both the breakfast hall and the Italian restaurant. However, there are a few things we want to point out. First of all, the indoor swimming pool water was really filthy. That really needs to be improved. Furthermore, the sauna and steam room area was not properly attended to. Towels were piled and hair was everywhere on the floor in sauna area. The Jacuzzi water was not hot enough. Also the steam room and dry sauna were not hot enough. In addtion, the balcony in our room was terribly dirty. We tried to clean it ourselves but gave up because it was not possible to clean them with just tissue paper. Staff did however send someone to wash the balcony table, chairs, floors and rails and we are grateful for that. Despite some drawbacks, we really enjoyed out stay. Overall this is a really lovely hotel and as already stated, the staff are wonderful.

The stay was wonderful, the place is clean and the location is close to services. I thank duty manager Trang here for the good reception and treatment.

The service was very good. The response to the additional shuttle bus arranged from Hanoi to Halong Bay was very fast. The bus went to the wrong hotel first that day, but someone could follow up within ten minutes. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the boat. The dining also surprised me. I recommend this cruise accommodation.

We had a wonderful trip with Capella Cruise from start to finish! Organised pick up and drop off from our hotel in old quarter via email before arriving (easy process) and drivers were great! Got to the port and got welcome drinks, then our cruise manager (Tom ”cruise” manager) gave us our keys and explained everything we needed to know for our stay plus our itinerary for the day on the tender boat as we made our way to the cruise! He was a wonderful manager the whole trip! our room was beautiful with ”corner” views of the bay and our own terrace balcony! we only stayed for one night and we think that's enough - we had buffet lunch after we arrived, and then it was time for water activities (pool, water slide, or kayaking), after relaxing abit it was time to enjoy the sunset with happy hour! the views from the top deck were amazing! we went to the spring roll cooking class before dinner and it was lots of fun! dinner time was set dinner - this was perhaps the only thing we thought could be different - dinner was western style, would have been better if it was Vietnamese cuisine! after dinner there were a number of activities you can do - we tried squid fishing (gave up quickly haha) then a group of us that all just met at the pool went to play poker - that was a lot of fun with the crew ******! next morning was an early start to visit the darken caves, sad we didn't get to see the monkeys, after that it was time for buffet lunch before going back to the port! all the crew were so nice and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay at the cruise! We would recommend just one night stay, second day would have been abit boring with repetitive things to do/eat!

Такого разнообразия и крутой подачи блюд не часто встречаешь. 5 блюд на ужин- это великолепно! У нас была каюта повышенной комфортности с панорамными окнами, личным балконов, джакузи .Проживание в этом каюте не передать словами, нужно лично ощутить всю прелесть 👍. Красота и могущество Халонга, прекрасная, комфортабельная каюта, разнообразная программа тура на 3 дня - все это оставило радость, восторг, умиление от этого волшебного круиза! A lovely experience spent on the Hera cruise. Food was fantastic. Entertainment and activities were done very well and enjoyed by all. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended to all.

Nice luxury cruise we stayed for one night. They provided indian vegeterian food (we requested it during time of booking), It was nice. View in Halong bay was mesmerizing, Kayaking was awesome experience for us. Price of drinks inside the cruises were reasonable and they serve buy one get one in happy hour. I will definitely come back again to stay here if I get this opportunity.
