Hotels With Spa in Sao Paulo, Brazil

The hotel is very close to the airport, about a 10-15 minute drive. Although the direct distance is short, the road design is poor, requiring a lot of detours, which adds to the travel time. The hotel is quite new, the newest of all the hotels on my Brazil trip. It's not in the typical dark red style, more like a bright-colored economy hotel in China, which I liked. There's an airport shuttle at the entrance, seemingly running hourly, but unfortunately, I missed it. The restaurant is decent; the selection isn't extensive but still acceptable. There's an outdoor courtyard which is very comfortable for a short sit. The room is compact but all the facilities are brand new. WiFi connectivity was poor. I asked the front desk if it was safe outside, and they replied that it's okay during the day but best not to go out at night. It's hard to imagine that even near the airport it's like this. I had dinner at the hotel, costing 79 BRL per person. For someone like me who isn't used to the local flavors, it wasn't good value for money. Throughout my entire Brazil trip, the only meal I thoroughly enjoyed was the BBQ buffet hosted by my client in Curitiba, because it had flavor. All other meals were bland and just for filling the stomach. Considering the price and location, I would still choose to stay here again.

The hotel is average — neither good nor bad, just okay. I was able to use the free airport shuttle at night and again to get back to the airport, which was convenient. There was hot water. Some areas were a bit dirty, but nothing extreme. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. However, in my opinion, the price-to-quality ratio is poor.

Good location, near Paulista Avenue, subway, and bus stops. Good service, but the rooms need inspections before being released to new guests, especially the functioning of the toilets. Good breakfast. Paid parking available.

The environment is beautiful and the service is excellent. It's incredibly convenient for dining out and catching taxis, and parks, shopping malls, and other shopping areas are all within easy reach. Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped. Just a heads-up that you'll need to bring your own towels, toothbrushes, and similar personal items.

Beautiful boutique hotel at a lovely location, surrounded by much larger (but also older) 5 star hotels. Many restaurants in walking distance, especially Japanese ones (Ramen, Sushi, etc)

The hotel is wonderful, excellent location, the perfect service. I was only disturbed by the bathrooms that were very moffy.

location is good for food and find place to eat hotel itself too old, not really clean and facilities too old as well will not consider to stay there again by next trip

Honestly, aside from the excellent service from Ctrip, the view of the hotel was really bad. I would never have booked it if it weren't close to the convention center. It was practically useless, haha. The room was old, the sheets made my skin itchy, there was no water, no tissues, and no slippers. The two single beds felt like being back in a college dorm, and the mattresses were uncomfortable. The water pressure in the bathroom was low, and the hot water took forever to come out. My goodness, it was really terrible. Only the breakfast was decent, with a wide variety of options. Also, some of the front desk staff were quite helpful, and being able to store luggage for a week was a plus.

It was on business trip, very good location, in the hotel's building has several restaurants, in front has a shopping center, I liked.

I absolutely LOVED both the stay and the party at Onze. I confess that I was a little apprehensive due to some not-so-nice comments about the accommodations, but everything was perfect. The hotel decor is beautiful, we were very well looked after from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The receptionists are very nice and attentive. The room is magnificent, very cozy, spacious beds, a large bathroom and a hot shower with strong water to relax. We spent New Year's Eve on the eleventh floor of the hotel itself: wonderful!! My congratulations to all the staff, I will definitely be back and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!
