Honest Review - Will state good and bad points and you can decide Service was good Pool area and garden is beautiful and clean Lovely breakfast Room is clean and no bugs in bed Room service is rubbish and limited choices Room next door was super noisy Reception phone in toilet so its a hastle if you want to call them as you have to keep going bathroom - man couldn’t hear my husband so most of the time he went downstairs to talk to them Cant bring food in from outside No complimentary water at all not even on arrival We arrived early and had to wait till 2pm to check in - Other places complimentary check you in early as they understand you have travelled hours Nobody speaks or understands english and that gets frustrating Overall definitely not a 5 star hotel more so a 3 star hotel. Still a good experience however I wouldn’t stay here again.

The outdoor pools are pristine, offering a stunning setting, but in the low season, most would find them a bit too cold for swimming. There is also a free indoor heated pool, which is a great bonus, though it can get busy at peak times. Food & Drink The food at the hotel surpassed all expectations for buffet-style dining at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A lovely touch was that the staff left a bottle of wine at our table for us to enjoy at our own pace. While the all-inclusive wine is basic, it’s still drinkable. A particular highlight is the cocktails, which are unusually high-quality for Sousse—I can personally recommend the pina colada! There are two main indoor bars and one outdoor bar at the snack area. Food was available whenever we wanted it, and little touches, like fresh orange juice in the morning and coffee brought by a waiter, made each day start off perfectly. Service & Hospitality The waiter service is outstanding, arguably the best in Tunisia. A special mention to Hazem, who went above and beyond to make us feel special and ensured our glasses were never empty. You, Hazem, are a star attraction at this hotel—along with your colleagues, who simply can’t do enough for guests. Customer care is exemplary and cannot be faulted. One evening, we locked ourselves out of our room, and reception had a new key card in our hands within 10 seconds—and it even worked first time! Entertainment & Activities The animation team keeps guests entertained with a range of daily activities, including morning yoga, French boules, and fun games throughout the day. The evening entertainment in the hotel’s indoor bars is varied, featuring live music, dance performances, and themed nights, creating a relaxed yet lively atmosphere. Cleanliness & Room Service Hygiene across the hotel is impeccable. The housekeeping team deserves special praise for their meticulous attention to detail. Each day, our room was beautifully presented, often with fresh roses and towel arrangements in the shape of swans or hearts. Spa & Wellness Facilities While the spa is a nice extra touch, not all the facilities seemed to be switched on, such as the sauna. However, the free heated indoor pool is available and well-maintained, even though it can get quite crowded at times.

Entertainment was amazing interacted really well with all children the guys on entertainment made time for all there is a kids club which is open twice daily with a park outside staff took our gran daughter for juice there was artery and darts also pool side very clean and pool very big beach is literally a couple steps down a very well lighted path the staff bring you a cushion for sun loungers and you can even get drinks brought from bar down to you there is also a slide pool quite deep but great fun

We really liked our stay here , it had quick check in , polite lovely staff , the tax per person per room per night was a shock at arrival we got £90 to pay straight away we weren’t told about . The Hotel itself was always beautiful and clean and staff all speak English French and other languages. I have to rate the food as absolutely fantastic. Every day they had a different variety in the menu . Everything was always delicious . We loved the fresh fruit available was delicious oranges . The snack bar was the same everyday with limited options but it wasn’t bad . The taste was still fresh and amazing however we would have liked that to have an occasional change too . The WiFi is good in the hotel and the room and to some parts of the beach . But wasn’t available a lot on the beach this was a let down . The people selling on the beach are polite and friendly and encourage you to buy but were not pushy or rude at all and take no for an answer straight away without making you feel guilty or annoyed so that was good. 👍 The entertainment staff really work to bring something new to the table and we liked everyone in the team , personal favourite was Mimo . However everyone on team was brilliant dancers and show persons . The waiters in restaurant to snack bar to the lounge bars in reception were all brilliant happy and friendly and smiling people. Really could not fault this hotel the location is also very good, close to port kountoui and sousse . Taxi was reasonable and they drive safe and also were lovely people . Quads and camel riding are fun . It’s literally round the corner for quads book there directly for cheaper rate €15 per quad ( we realised after ) . Our overall experience was brilliant stay here kids had fun , food was excellent, staff so pleasant and shopping centre round the corner from hotel too 5mins walk Ali Baba shopping centre . The beach is excellent clean sandy beach . Pools in hotel were clean indoor pool is heated . Activities on during day were good . We did darts game and archery both were memorable good fun . Gym is good Heated pool was bonus as outside was cold in Feb . I would definitely recommend staying here . Not far from enfidha airport either .

Normally I only write reviews regarding highly recommended spots or places to be avoided. Happily Hotel Paris Sousse falls into the former category. I am not a ”bakpacker” and when travelling I am fortuneate to be able stay in a variety of places from $40 to $400 dollars a night. This hostel/small hotel falls at the lower end of price and is located within but on the edge of the medina making it in an ideal position to visit the old and the new town. The rooms are very small but clean,with good hot water and good beds. There is a very nice restaurant attached(Restaurant du Peuple) which is open for breakfast and lunch. All in all excellent value.

As a coastal tourist city in Tunisia, Sousse has low consumption. The hotel has free parking. There are police and security personnel at the entrance, and it feels like it is being guarded by layers. The hotel has a private beach, booked sea view rooms, directly facing the sea. But the room facilities are old. The hotel has three meals, and the buffet has many varieties, which is very good. Many elderly people in Europe come to live for a few months and feel like a European nursing home.

Hello I am going to give you my personal opinion in relation to what I have seen and experienced in this hotel it is not 4 stars sincerely I was taken in when I arrived I find no swimming pool neither indoors nor outdoors it is disappointing and the hearty breakfast it looks like the canteen of my old faculty in short it's just apartments for rent so no luxury

It’s been great 10 days away. Good resort for a good amount of money is cheap in the winter but also sunny. The weather has been alright. The staff are hard workers at least most of them Crouch was amazing and helpful I would suggest something that can make the brits happy, which is a cup of tea in their rooms and could wait to come back

I stayed here as a female sole traveller for 2 weeks in July. After reaaing some of the bad reviews I was a bit unsure. Yes its daed as are most apartments in Tunisia but its spotlessly clean, Bedding and towels were changed daily great views scros to the besch and location straight across from the beach 10TD for parasol and sunbed for the day and all of the staff are nice and friendly. There is a cafe directly below for anything you need and the apartments are very spacious. Yes its loud at night as its on a main road with a lot of bars and night club. I used ear plugs and had no problems sleeping. I am a very fussy person when it comes to apartments and hotels and I would definatey recommend and stay again

I arrived in the clients are in the early hours of the morning was late by the night porter which cables are okay the room hurt to sitting on the toilet Jicha corner in room was very keen on them today excellent standard with satellite cheeky English film channel air-conditioning breakfast was served on the fifth floor with a choice so that boiler dates you’re going to meet Charlotte T Coffey and orange juice this hotel is in the central location of issues surrounding by shops restaurants the big hotels like the Taj Mahal the real pounds on the movie park which are excellent service he can use the bar is open till around 1030 in the evening but you can always buy beers and take them into your room this extension some food available at the service is excellent to know which give them at it or not when you get to know each people day of me people day teaching my family I come back again and again to this hotel because of its central location no taxis to worry about your taxi driverWhen you stand up to the people who are selling things outside the hotels you just tell them now and walk away it’s as simple as that because they have nothing to do with the hotel even though they tell me they went to the hotel they just people stand on course will always be welcome back at this hotel

The pillows are really soft and we got a great night's sleep. Hotel staff were fantastic. Te entertainment in the evenings was brilliant. Food was a bit repetitive but you would always found something to eat. Breakfast wasn't for us though. Bar staff and waiters were great. Lovely hotel.

Overall OK, location is excellent, close to the castle. Breakfast was average. The service was not good, the order was very long. The gym closed on Sunday at 8 o'clock, and had asked before, saying that it was closed at 10 o'clock, but the results were not acknowledged. The sea view room has a nice view.

This was our second visit to this hotel! Which says it all!! This hotel is lovely! We had a wonderful relaxing holiday, which was made even better by wonderful staff! From our arrival from reception which was first rate, to our departure, always polite & professional! The house keeping we experienced was second to none (Souhir) was exceptionally efficient & delightful! The whole hotel was extremely clean & well presented! The bar staff were also very attentive & efficient! A real big shout out for (Nouredine top bar & Issam pool bar) They are both stars & really looked after us, with nothing too much trouble! The food was great, we always found something really nice to eat! The breakfast cooked egg station was awesome! Sometimes food was a little on the tepid side but there is a microwave ( if required) We had a fantastic waiter, who yet again couldn't do enough to make your vacation amazing (Salah) The rooms are comfortable & clean, with everything you need for a relaxing stay! The animation team where always busy doing something, but we can't be bothered with it, so can't comment too much! Location: for us was great, easy access to Sousse, either walking or Taxi! The transport infrastructure is amazing with loads of options to go places! If required! We had an amazing holiday & we enjoyed so much we are visiting again in March! The hotel environment is first-class and the sea view room price is very favorable. It is recommended to stay. The only unpleasant thing is that when checking in, the receptionist insists that you send him a confirmation email for the reservation. This is very strange. No hotel has such a requirement, and giving him a screenshot of the reservation is not enough.

We were very disappointed with the restaurant and food in this hotel. The choice and quality was certainly not 5 star. Inferior ingredients were used and the food was often cold. Dishes were not replenished when they had run out. Some of the cutlery was plastic and some of the staff surly and unhelpful Apart from breakfast all the hot drinks were served in paper cups everywhere and not just around the pool. The room was fine. A bit dated but clean and spacious. Our only complaint about the room was there was no kettle or drinking water. We were also surprised to discover it was not possible to borrow an iron. We were entitled to a meal in the Al La Carte restaurant which was much better than the normal restaurant but reception didn't tell us this and were not pleasant when we enquired and made the booking ourselves. The bar was lovely and a pleasant place to sit. The staff there were friendly and the choice and quality of drinks was good. The building itself was beautiful and location good but as we were so let down on the catering side we shall certainly not go back. We expect better when we book 5☆

Although the hotel time is a bit old, the hotel service is very good, the room is good, the hotel pool is very high in the afternoon and evening, there is a theme park on the side of the hotel, there is a small restaurant at the intersection, cheap and delicious, from the beach or A little distance, it is the beach after crossing the crossroads. The Hammamet people are also very friendly. Next time you come to Tunisia, you will come to Hammamet. This is a good place for a holiday.

Sincerely, the charges are high. My friend booked the wrong room for one day. We stayed together for one night and charged 150 local currency. Equivalent to 600 RMB

Disappointing for this price and for a 4 stars hotel. Room was barely acceptable, clearly not cleaned below the beds, no glasses, no towels, soap and shampoo containers almost if not empty upon arrival and were not filled at all during our stay. Towels were a nightmare to get: sometimes just enough, sometimes missing one, sometimes missing two. Getting an iron was a battle and forget about laundry service. Requests were not always met with a nice answer, they painted a room next to ours taking no precautions, getting the smell far into ours. Lunch was excruciatingly expensive for the area, forget about it. Included breakfast and dinner were OK. Location was very nice, although the surroundings are a bit dead..

Ok, so this hotel isn't a fantastic 4*, however, we had a lovely stay and was worth the money. We paid around £15 each (2 pax) per night sharing a twin room on an All Inclusive basis. Rooms: simple and basic, a little tired in places. Fridge just about worked, no kettle / tea station as shown in photos. Nice size balcony. Great size bathroom, well set out. Shower gel and soap provided and a hairdryer. Shower over the bath, which was so powerful if you turned it up full blast it came off the bracket and made a very wet bathroom 🤭 Pool: pool area was lovely, unfortunately a little chilly to make use of it in January! But was still kept clean. All Inclusive: please see images for timings (I couldn't find the info anywhere before we left!) Although we went in January off peak so they may differ! Food was plentiful, although a reduced offering due to only having around 80 guests! But we had some lovely traditional dishes and we thoroughly enjoyed trying all the Tunisian food. There is a fresh cook station for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At breakfast definitely try a ”Bamboulini” awesome 🤌 Bar is not particularly well equipped, and choices are limited. All inclusive includes: beer, wine, vodka, gin, whiskey, brandy. Sodas, hot drinks and bottled water. There are also water machines in the bar and dining hall to refill bottles. All the staff were friendly and great, especially the entertainment team Didi and Max and the bar man Mhadheb! We enjoyed our stay!
