The lobby and breakfast area are very modern, clean, and the breakfast buffet is very good food with plenty choices and several coffee machines as well as fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, fresh bread, and toast, several different types of sausages, beans, yogurt, salads, cold, cuts, and several different types of cheese. My room was modern with a good size TV and a very large bathroom. My only complaints are that the carpets in the bedroom and the hallways are dirty.

WOW- I was completely amazed by how clean, modern, confy, and convenient the hostel was. The beds all came with a separate locker section (operated by card key) and multiple shelves, and my compartment was able to close off using pull-down curtains. One of the things that stood out about this stay was the check-in and out processes, as they were fully automated and did not require staff intervention. I was able to swiftly do them. The staff were also very kind, and there seemed to always be somebody at the front desk, as there was a member at the front desk even at 5AM. One thing which might be improved are the bathrooms, since the floor is almost constantly wet from the shower section on the further end side of the room. Overall, I am very satisfied by the stay and if I were to visit Bratislava again, I would like to book here.

2025/6/19 Upon checking in on the first day, we later approached the front desk to add breakfast for the second day. The female staff member with a ponytail and no glasses told us we could settle the bill for breakfast upon check-out. However, when we went for breakfast on the second day, our reservation wasn't found at the restaurant, and we were sent back to the front desk to reconfirm. We went back to the front desk to clarify the situation, but two other female staff members seemed completely unaware of what had happened. Eventually, the original staff member we spoke to appeared. To our utter disbelief, she then retracted her statement, insisting we needed to arrange it directly with the restaurant ourselves? This was utterly baffling and clearly an internal communication failure 🤬🤬🤬. I demand you review the surveillance footage to verify what you actually said! This incident truly ruined our morning and left us feeling incredibly upset. Especially considering this is a reputable international chain, a star-rated hotel, I'm truly at a loss for words. For such a simple matter, adding a note should not be difficult. This is purely due to poor internal communication and unclear staff handover😡. I'm speechless; this is absolutely outrageous! They should have just charged us on the spot to avoid any disputes. Instead, this entire debacle left us with no proof, turning it into a ”Rashomon” situation of conflicting verbal accounts. On the bright side, the location is quite good, and the public spaces are tastefully designed. Overall, the hotel appeared reasonably clean and tidy. Now, regarding the in-room facilities: there was actually quite a bit of dust in the room. On surfaces like the TV cabinet and capsule coffee machine, dust particles were clearly visible floating in the light, which triggered our allergies, causing us to sneeze repeatedly. In room 520, the bathroom constantly emitted peculiar noises, making us wonder if it was some kind of machinery running. Furthermore, this is the first time I've encountered unstable hot water pressure in the shower (it would often turn lukewarm) at a supposedly 'better' chain hotel. To top it all off, the washing machine was also broken, and we were informed it wouldn't be fixed and usable until next week. I'm utterly astonished by this level of inefficiency... 😵💫😵💫😵💫

The location is ok, easy to reach the old town, the castle or climb the hill for the city panoramic view. Tesco express is not super far. The room is with impressive 4 meter ceilings and huge bath tub. All would have been good if not paper thin wall or terrible sound isolation from other rooms, I could hear very clearly what my neighbors were talking and they weren’t event talking loud. Luckily my neighbors went to sleep around 11 PM.

This is a beautiful hotel literal steps away from the sites or Bratislava. We really enjoyed our stay here and felt very relaxed once in the hotel. The view from the street and lobby make it seem like there isn't much but once we got beyond the ground floor (in a diamond shaped elevator) we really appreciated the atrium. There were plenty of spots to sit including some large bench areas where you could enjoy the sunlight and brightly lit areas. The room was a good size with plenty of space and storage cabinets to keep our things. They had a coffee station, mini fridge and desk area. The room was comfy and quiet. The wifi was also very strong during our stay. We had a minor issue with the curtains because they got stuck and did not offer complete coverage. The bathroom was good and we appreciated the rainfall showerhead. They had an all in one shower gel so you may want to consider bringing your own products. There was a towel warming rack too which was a nice touch. The breakfast at the hotel was very good and there were some nice healthy options. They had plenty of fruit, yogurt and some nice breads. We also appreciated the eggs, bacon and cheese. The breakfast spot is on the bottom floor and serves as an extension to the restaurant Koliba Kamzík Zelená which has a few locations in Bratislava. We had a very good lunch at the restaurant which included pierogies, cabbage soup and a garlic soup with cheese. The hot sea buckthorn drink was very good too. The lunch was probably our best meal in Bratislava and if you're a member of the hotel's Aplend club you can get discounts on several items. The location was good for us and we were a very short walk away from many restaurants, souvenir shops and cafes. The Town Hall Square is about 100 meters away from the entrance of the hotel and we found many of Bratislava's attractions a short walk away from the hotel including St. Michael's Tower, Cumil and the whole Old Town area. The bus and tram stops are a bit further of a walk but we found the bus station and tram station by the UFO Bridge to be pretty convenient during our stay.

The hotel is super close to the train station, just a five-minute walk. The facilities are all very new, though the only downside is the lack of charging outlets by the bedside. Also, it was quite hard to find, tucked away off the main road, hidden among some old buildings.

It was about a 8 mins walk from the main train station with some mild upslope. Take note there’s a flight of few steps going down to the hotel. However the rooms are so intricately designed with good amenities! They also gave free water, beer, and soft drinks in the mini fridge. Bed and pillows were comfy. One of the top hotels, if not the best, in Bratislava!

The room was nice. Unfortunately, we couldn't check in early, but that's okay—I got to explore the city a bit. The hotel is located right next to the Twin City Liner stop. Overall, I recommend it, but the only thing missing is a refrigerator in the room. Otherwise, 10/10.

The bottom floor of the room is not facing the lake. If the price is cheap, the room for Ctrip will always be the worst. There is no deck, so this hotel on board is equal to the general room, there are many small flying insects in the wet, no air conditioners and fans, the electric fan may not be used for a long time, I am all ash blowing everywhere.

GgenewiloMy partner and I have just returned to the United Kingdom after having a trip to Europe, the final destination of our travels was at the very beautiful and picturesque hotel. The hotel is very well situated to river and minutes away from the Old Town. The interior is beautiful and the decor clearly reflects the reason why it’s a highly rated hotel. Our room was situated on the second floor and there is a lift for those who overindulge in the cuisine or infamous Slovak wines 😁 the staff are all smarty presented in their appearance and polite, the breakfast is varied and it is self service even the hot/cold drinks, so please bare that in mind if you’re mobility is restricted when dining in the restaurant for breakfast. The only negative I can recall, and this is no reflection of the hotel, the hospitality or staff as it was “other guests” having no consideration for guests still in their slumber or at least trying to be. Guests would allow their room doors to slam closed and guests would talk loudly on the corridor throughout the evening/night/morning. So next time I’d probably request a room on the top floor to avoid the inconsiderate guests 👍

KKellen YOverview: nice and super big rooms! Location: centrally located, 10-15 mins walking distance to most attractions like Bratislava Castle, Old Town Hall, Michael’s Gate etc, tram stations just within 2 mins away! Breakfast: good choice, particularly impressed when they extended the ending time by 10 mins on a Sunday as there were a lot of new guests the night before who might not have been aware of the ending time! Service: nice and friendly staff! Cleanliness: spotless from what I can see which is nice! Rooms: I thought I was staying in a flat for a second, super big and roomy, with sofa, a separate living area, impressive! Facilities: good gym, but the sauna costs a bit which is unexpected (and rare, consider it is a decent 4*…) so didn’t use it, and the lobby was a bit dim when I checked in at night, but not a major issue.

AAnonymous UserThe stay at the NH hotel is really good. As soon as you enter the hotel, you can feel that clean and comfortable. The lobby is spacious and bright, the staff is particularly enthusiastic, the check-in procedure is efficient and professional, and I also introduced me to the hotel's various facilities and surrounding attractions in detail, which makes people feel particularly intimate. The room was very clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, and sleeping like lying in the clouds, making people sleep well all night. The layout of the room is also very exquisite, from the pattern of the sheets to the small objects of the furnishings, you can see the hotel's intentions. Moreover, all the equipment in the room is well maintained, air conditioning, TV, hot water bottle, etc. can be used normally, no faults. The sanitary condition of the hotel also made me very satisfied. The bathroom was cleaned very clean, there was no smell, the quality of the toiletries was good, and it was very convenient to use. The hotel's breakfast is also very rich and varied. There are a variety of breads, pastries, fruits, drinks, and local specialties to meet the taste needs of different people. In addition, the location of the hotel is also very convenient, the surrounding transportation is convenient, there are many shops and restaurants nearby, and the travel is very convenient. Overall, NH Hotel has brought me a good experience in all aspects, and I will choose to stay here next time I have the opportunity.

YYoko249A little far from the center, but a good hotel in Cospa. I don't recommend it to anyone who wants to stay at a stylish hotel, but it's enough for a trip that wants to keep costs down. Convenient with a small refrigerator! Breakfast was also satisfactory. There was shampoo and body soap, hand soap, glass, wine glass, bottle opener, cotton swab and cotton set, and sewing set. A little disappointing is that the outlet is less positioned and the door is not a double lock (is that the Chian is good)
