We had an amazing stay at Charlie’s. The staff were lovely, always saying hello and happy to help with anything. We booked a room with pool access, it was spacious and also had a big bathroom. The bar and restaurant both had a great selection and the welcome drink upon arrival was a lovely touch! One of the best features of this hotel is its proximity to Lio Beach, only a 5 minute ride away, where there are an array of bars and restaurants and a beautiful sunset every night. My partner is dairy and gluten intolerant and there were plenty of options for her there which was pretty rare in general for the Philippines. Would recommend this hotel to anyone, it was well worth the money.

Enjoyed our stay here. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. It met our expectations. Lots of amenities and activities. The pool was amazing and the view is great. Perfect sunsets. Water was not potable so stock up on water. We got the jr. suite but it was really like a deluxe room but ok for the price. Would love to have seen a regular suite and the view. Breakfast was good each day. We only ate dinner once on the roof but it was raining and we didn’t enjoy it very much. Staff was excellent. Recommend staying here when you’re in el nido.

We stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. The view in our room was awesome! 🤩 I chose and loved this hotel as it's closed to anywhere and it's in the center of El-nido.Island Tours offices,Motorbike rentals and Laundry services,Restaurants are closed to it. One thing there is no parking lot if you have a car. So you need to do the Pay Parking nearby.Food is great but not so many choices.

Casalay Resort truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the amazing staff who made us feel like family. Everyone was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely caring — we especially loved catching up with them after our daily activities. It’s those small, personal touches that made our stay so special and unforgettable. The resort itself is a peaceful and beautiful escape — the villas are charming and surrounded by nature. Breakfast was always delicious and filling, the perfect way to start each day. We do have a few small suggestions that might make future stays even better: 1. Blackout curtains on the villa verandas for those who like to sleep in. 2. Clothing hooks in the shower or changing rooms would be super convenient. 3. It would be great to have an option for two queen beds in rooms, especially for friends traveling together. 4. And if all villas are fully booked, we think it would be such a lovely idea for the resort to organize a long dinner or a small evening activity for all guests to connect and enjoy the evening together under the stars. Overall, we had an amazing experience and are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you again to the entire Casalay team for making our stay so warm, relaxing, and memorable. Stayed at this hotel for three nights. The hotel is definitely worth the money. The owner of the hotel is Dutch, simply an amazing person. He personally helped us with organizing an excursion to the sea, called and they brought us a bike to rent, ordered us a transfer for the return trip, and even changed our dollars. In short, if you come to this hotel, you do not need to resolve any organizational issues, everything will be provided to you at the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Excellent breakfast. Portioned, but to choose from. Be sure to have dinner at the hotel, the chef cooks delicious food. There is one minus, the hotel is located on the road and all the rooms face the road, which makes it quite noisy at night. But the worst thing for me was not the cars, but the dogs and roosters that crowed around the clock. But, if you don’t have problems falling asleep, then you definitely won’t be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at Piece Lio! Absolutely everything exceeded our expectations. The airport transfer was swift and very well done, and we were able to check in early. The hotel helped us organise tours and trips, and staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. The room had very modern facilities, from a superb smart Chinese toilet to a Marshall speaker in the room, and a large fridge for drinks. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the walk in closet similarly was spacious and well organised. In addition, the location was incredible, within a 5 minute walk to Lio Beach and all the restaurants and bars included, as well as regular transfers to and from El Nido town proper. Next time we are back we look forwards to booking another stay with Piece Lio!

Great stay in the middle of buzzing town. Literally 1 street away from the water. Staff is absolutely great, helped us organize airport transfers at no cost for our flight back from el nido airport. Clean and spacious room. Cute rooftop space although not yet fully accommodated to “hang out”. But there is a Chinese restaurant there if you want to dine with a view. Very convenient if you plan to stay out late or heading out very on the water. We did both and it was so great to be in such a central location

The service was perfect all around. After a delayed flight and a long time travelling by plane I arrived late my first day. The staff there at the desk was very understanding and were quick to get me to my room so I could sleep no hassle just straight there. The hotel has a relaxed friendly atmosphere, amazing breakfast buffet and staff that are always ready to help. Me and my partner attended the Friday evening buffet which included live music. These events and services are posted clearly at the Hotel lobby and the Staff know exactly what these events and services entail so there was never confusion about what they were included. Me and my partner also went on Island hopping tours on two of the days we were there. All I needed to do was to tell the desk we wanted to go and they made the call and setup everything. The hotel for me was almost perfect the only downside is the busy road outside. The hotel does provided ear plugs but I personally didn't need them.

We are super tired when we get there and surprise that the food was great. Highly recommend. They have free massage tables. Breakfast was great. I wish they could update their bedrooms the tv doesn’t work. No hot showers. Ac was not working well.

Very nice location with amazing sunset. The glamping hotel is new and they are still finishing building it so there were some issues both with the rooms (room lock without proper card but a very hard and strange key, unstable bathroom’s faucet and hot water in the shower with a very unusual control system) and the staff, who asked multiple times if we had payed the room already with Trip and asked for proof of payment. Other than that, it is a pleasant choice for the nice location and the decoration style. The offer a free shuttle service to the town but you need to wait some time usually. In alternative, when u come back to the hotel you will need your walk up to a bit steep road because the tuck tuck will not be able to come all the way up, but it’s not too bad) They also borrow a free towel that u can bring with you to other beaches. They did not clean the room daily and they said the service needed to be requested because they wouldn’t enter the room without permission. Also the reception is not open 24h which is a bit unconvenient and they would ask to text on whatshapp. For the price paid and considered how expensive it was for philippines, I would have expected less issues but I would still recommend it for a nice staying in el nido.
