Buffet is superb. Expresso or latte included. Best cheese and variety of dishes but the same kind in every stay. Rooms are clean. Mattress is brand new, enjoy floppy pillows. Free Welcome drinks and very quiet location. Express checkin and checkout. No hastle. But How come clark room rates are higher than in north edsa? The pool is heated and clean

We just chanced upon this hotel for a sudden getaway by the beach and saw these here. The hotel is surprisingly a nice beachfront one. The infinity rooftop pool and the ground floor pool is so nice. The view is amazing and relaxing. Breakfast is not in included but we tried it there and it was good with the view of the beach and the pool. The room is big and so nice with sea views on the balcony. I was delighted with the shower with a marble sitting area for me with mobility issues. The bed and pillow are comfortable and I had a good sleep. They have ample and safe parking on the basement. Great location and nice and clean beach front. Enjoyed our stay and would love to be back again.

Our stay at Royce Hotel was excellent from start to finish. The staff was warm, helpful, and attentive to our needs. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well-maintained—perfect for families traveling with kids. We especially appreciated the amenities like the cozy beds, hot shower, and reliable Wi-Fi. The location is also ideal—just a short walk to Clark attractions and dining options. We felt safe and relaxed throughout our stay. Definitely recommending this hotel to family and friends, and we’ll be back again soon!

We just had a over night there after our flight to Clark, then check out the next day back to the airport. The location is good. But the rooms and breakfast are not, the value of money can not be seen in the room and food they served

Hotel with good location, newly build with spacious rooms. Great gym as well as the infinity pool at the roof deck. The staff were implacable and service minded from all over, not a negative words on the service as such. The poor part and that was really a disaster, was the breakfast, supper to be Filipino style, but this wasn’t even close. The offer was not worthy this midscale newly build hotel.

Overall, we had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient as it was near everything. The amenities were also close to complete, if not complete -- it had a pool, function room, restaurants, fitness center, etc... Although breakfast was just average, we really enjoyed dining at Legend Hong Kong Seafood Restaurant, which was located within the hotel. Everything they served was delicious. As for the rooms, it was spacious enough to accommodate two, maybe even three, people. The hotel was considerate enough to grant us a late check-out to compensate for the delay in giving us our rooms for check-in. We appreciated this gesture very much. We'll definitely be back.

Perfect place to relax with your family or friends. There are several coffee shops nearby and within walking distance. I highly recommend staying in Clark. This place, formerly known by another name, still provides comfortable accommodations. The breakfast buffet is superb. The Wi-Fi is fast, allowing you to work efficiently. The rooms are a bit old but well-maintained. If you're feeling sporty, try getting up early for a brisk walk in the morning.

The room is huge, with a lot of amenities, even have bath tub and cookies, coffee provided. There are gym and swimming pool in this hotel. The room is clean and quiet. Have a nice sleep here.

What a mix up of a hotel good and bad. Great food. Great and bad staff. From arriving pressing my long term partner for ID and not allowing her as a guest (first time ever in Philippines). I lost one day of stay due to travel delays, needed a rest. On arriving at pool told that my partner and I could not play cards. Made to pay extra for check out only 30 mins extra allowed free of charge (even though lost a days stay. Potentially a very good hotel - some excellent staff - but very mixed messages making you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. In desperate need of good customer service training and how to apply this - and certain staff need to lose the jobsworth attitude (must only be displayed in order to make them feel important).

Pros: The building is relatively clean (though I encountered a large cockroach on my last day). Staff are friendly. Hot water is available at the washbasin. Cons: When staying in a top-floor room, rain noise directly echoes into the room and is very loud. Poor soundproofing between rooms - when neighbors are noisy, it's loud enough to prevent sleep (Filipino families often stay at hotels with extended family and friends, partying late into the night). The pool area has an open ceiling design, and voices from poolside carry up to the rooms, creating noise. Shower water pressure is very low (the washbasin has proper water pressure, so isn't this a mistake?). Conclusion: If I could avoid a top-floor room, it wouldn't be bad enough to never stay again. However, since there are many other hotels nearby, I might try others first and only return if they prove to be relatively better.
