I'm a bit disappointed with the hotel as we celebrated our new year. The lightings in the balcony were all busted and the front office team and engineering team cannot do anything as there's no available replacement lightings or bulbs during the night. In addition, the restaurant cafe midori told us to wait for an hour for the food to be serve, but we waited for 2 hours to get our orders. And upon check out, it caused another delay due to the miscommunication between the front office team and cafe midori regarding the 1000 food voucher. The attached photo was taken from our balcony.
When we got there at the hotel, the receptionist told us that they upgraded our room from good for 2 person to a room that is good for 3 person. We don't know why.
When we're at the room, we kind of smell a cigarette then we approach a staff to have the room sprayed.
Probably the best hotel in the area. New property with good amenities. Spacious rooms. Nice view over the bay. What we did not like were the pools: both not deep enough and full of children. The front desk at the check out tried to charge us for what we did not order, but with the absence of any proof (signature, etc, on the bill) they had to withdraw their claim (it might have been not cheating but mismanagement).
Our fave hotel to stay every time we visit Clark. Kinda bit disappointed because of the volume of people who are checking in and checking out. Kinda chaotic. But Breakfast buffet are the best. Cant wait to be back and hoping for a smooth checkin nextime. Thank you
Friendly and helpful staff 👍🏻 Hotel is just next to nice cafes and restaurants (try Beanery, a better alternative to Starbucks which is also a few steps away) and just a few mins drive to the city plaza.
Even though the hotel is kinda old, facilities is still ok considering the rate is reasonable. I had a lovely stay! 👍🏻
Thank you so much for the great staff in this place. We felt the warm hospitality during our stay.
The place is majestic and the intricate details of the wood work will make you love the place. It is quite luxurious even if it’s smaller in scale compared to some of the luxury resorts in Bataan (ie Las Casas, Montemar, Anvaya). It’s very quiet so you will be able to relax anywhere. The bed is also very good so your sleep will be nice.
The only major improvement is the food. I think that the selection is limited since a lot were not available. The taste is also not worth the price. It’s too expensive for Pinoy home cooked meals. There are also ants but this is bearable and we are also in a farm so bugs and ants will be inevitable.
Other than the food, everything else has been great!
Staycation Hotel is definitely a comfortable stay. Kudos to all the staff, we received amazing service and they are all very helpful. As a virtual teacher, they helped me to report to work and graciously allowed me to use the lobby's internet to get stable connection
The facilities need a bit of extra attention.
The internet connection inside the rooms isn't stable - not conducive for freelancers who tend to work even during travels. Since the internet in the rooms aren't reliable, the smart TV isn't much of an entertainment. We would connect the TV to our own hotspot just to be able to watch online. The bathroom needs to get the drains fixed so the water could drain properly without the water pooling in the shower. The pool is a great facility in the pictures but would need cleaning.
Despite the issues mentioned above, our stay in Staycation Hotel was comfortable. Mostly due to the amazing hotel staff and the location. We hope to see this hotel continue to improve its facilities.
Las Casas de Acuzar is simply excellent! The ambiance is delightful, and the service is top-notch. The attention to detail in the decor and the overall atmosphere make it a perfect place to unwind. I highly recommend visiting for a truly enjoyable experience!
Overall experience was okay, can be better. The pools were very well maintained and clean, the beach was fantastic, they have multiple activities to provide to their guest and the hotel was amazing! The spacious room we booked an accommodate up to 8 people !
Our overnight stay was not crowded compared to to the holidays, not much people but the downturn we experience was the service we received was slow. We used one of their pools and requested for a beach towel, after waiting and following up for more than 30 mins, we gave up and walk to our hotel shivering. The life guard who helped us followed up of our request said that the housekeeping was slow and many excuses though there were not much people. Second one was on the Naya restaurant bar and grill, as we observed the restaurant was not full yet our orders took an hour before it was served…..
Overall, the facilities was fantastic!

JJefe_601Amazing hotel that has everything you need. Love the rooftop bar/club pool area especially for days when you don't want to go far to have a great time. Food was amazing and the spa and gym area kept me coming back for more treatments and great workouts to work off the extra food. Highly recommend this location as it's in a great spot accross from the mall or for those that want to explore the area with a lot of things in walking distance. Loved it so much I've already booked it again for my next return trip.
GGuest UserIt's was a very good location and a big space for all of us... We enjoyed the swimming pool and the food ... We just wish that their toilet will have some hook so can hang towels and also can use when drying some clothes ... Overall we really enjoyed our 4 nights staying there... Fully recommended 👏💪
EElaiza PradoIt’s a great place to stay.... Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are very good and delicious...
Rooms are warm while outside is very cool. Well maintained hospital. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would probably choose Orient hotel next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.
JJuillardI wish I stayed 1 more night. The hotel is conveniently located. It was near CGC and SM Clark. Staff were super friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was really good as well and the view from their rooftop restaurant is amazing. Rooms were clean and was surprised that about the big size of their room. King-sized bed and the shower was massive! Will book again if I go to Clark. Thank you!
There wasn’t a lot of photos of the room because I don’t really do it but I think the photos provided will give you a little idea about how clean the hotel is and how massive the bed is. Came for the marathon.
KkristykringOur stay in Hilton Clark was very pleasant. I can’t stress about how friendly the staff was, they were really helpful, gentle and polite (despite my toddler son having some tantrums).
The hotel overall was very clean, fragrant, posh and well kept. Upon entering, there's a small Duty Free store selling fragrances, wines, chocolates, bags and jewelries. Reception is at the 3rd floor and you have to take a long escalator. There's also a small casino but we didn't check it out.
Welcome drink was superb! It's worth it to claim as it was really good. We also then availed of their buy 1 take 1 happy hour promo.
The room was cozy and the pool was super clean and nice. Wifi's fast. The pool water felt fresh and I think they have another way of maintaining since there's no smell of chlorine at all. Kuya lifeguard was also very friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast is good! They offer not just black coffee but also the likes of latte & cappuccino. Hot choco taste legit! Bacon is also offered soft or crispy. Food is good.
What I liked most in this hotel is the amenities for kids and their regard for safety. Apart from the 2-feet pool, they also have an outdoor playground, a spacious kid's area for biking where kids can choose 3 types of vehicle, a helmet provided, and most of all, they have a spacious indoor kid's playroom as an alternative activity area when it's scorching hot outside. Be sure for kids to wear shoes when they go biking and socks for the indoor play area.
I also appreciated their attention to the kids' needs in that they have room slippers on kid size! Our daughter was so glad about it and said Hilton Clark is now her favorite hotel.
Overall, it was indeed a very pleasant stay!
AAnthonyStayed 3D/2N during the long holiday in October. Unfortunately, typhoon “Paeng” (International codename: Nalgae) was crossing Luzon Island heading to West Philippine Sea during that time. Beach access was prohibited due to typhoon so we just stayed in our room most of the time. Quadroom has simple amenities. No small fridge and no cabinets to put your stuffs. In room TV has limited channel so don’t expect much. Intermittent Power failure encountered during our stay but they do have a standby generator in place, though you have to wait awhile for the power to be back in. There’s s no in room wifi and signal is weak for both Globe and Smart in the Quadroom building despite bringing my own personal wifi. Only strong wifi signal is in their restaurant. Bringing In of food is prohibited and they do charge corkage fee if you’re bringing one.
Food choices in their menu is limited but taste is ok and reasonably priced. Budget for 4 pax will cost between ₱1,000-₱1,500 depending on your order per meal.
For breakfast, I find it too pricey given it’s just the standard “silog” plated meals. Breakfast cost around ₱187/plate per person.
On our last night, the roof beside the building of our room is almost blown off by the wind which caused unbearable sound as it is being smashed by the wind which make it difficult to sleep due to the smashing sound.
Have not for the typhoon our stay could have been better - Perhaps next time.
