Large complex with several pools and dining options, though some amenities not available due to covid. Generally helpful and kind staff, one gentleman at the concierge wasn't the best but the manager was great! The beach had lots of space, places to sit and staff available for beverage service. Overall a nice place to stay!

Everything was good apart from food and drinks. There were not many options for vegetarians. Even when you ask for vegetarian options or check with them whether a particular thing is veg or not, they were not helpful.Check-in was slow. There was only one person at the counter. It was very tough to communicate since many staff members didn't know English.

Best place I’ve stayed at in the last 5 years of travelling this place is amazing loved every second of it. Had one issue with security bringing a girl in who was up my a$$ but we got her a day pass like we intended too and we were all good again. Least you know security is good so again couldn’t recommend a place better and for the price this is a BARGAIN

Choosing a room with direct access to the lake was a good choice, and the in-house restaurants, including Fiji, were good. There were a lot of mosquitoes, so it was difficult to use the hammock and villa in front of the hotel.

Very good service, except for the bar tender in lobby, he doesn’t understand the risk of keep contacting guests without mask

The property was amazing. You feel like you're in a paradise in the middle of the jungle. The food was great and the service was top notch. Only thing was some people had a bit too much fun at the pool and had accidents that made everyone evacuate the pool for cleaning, but there are other pools and lagoons that you can relax in to make up for it. Make sure you try the fish tacos at the restaurant by the beach and the roof vegan restaurant was also great for breakfast. Also make sure you go to XPLOR.... it's so well made... and we had the most fun there. We regret going to Xelha... you go there in the morning and you're stuck there until 4pm where as XPLOR you can go back an forth freely. We regret not trying the other parks that were a part of the resort.

This hotel is located on the beach. The room was clean and the shower had good water pressure. You could see the beach from the window and it was a wonderful view! The breakfast was buffet style and the omelettes made right in front of you were delicious. It is easily accessible, about 13 minutes by taxi from the airport, but it takes about 25 minutes by bus from downtown. We stayed at this hotel on the last day of our trip.

Center of town. Easy access. Staff very courteous. Rooms and service excellent.

Absolutely everyone at the hotel: very attentive, friendly, and hospitable. They made us feel very welcome! Very grateful. The facilities are beautiful and very well maintained. The cleanliness is excellent. The food is often repeated but varied. The drinks are delicious. We'll be back!

We love this hotel and especially thanking to the staff and Rocio Escovar for making our stay extra comfortable and feel us very welcome! Thanks to her we stayed twice longer than initially planned and later came back for two more nights . Ocean is beautiful. Security is good , Argentinian restaurant food and service super good . Small things we didn't like was that pool works only till 22:00 which is to us very short as we like to have a swim befor sleep and adults pool only could work till 12. Would be perfect . Also kids in a pool for adults only - need to be more strict . All other was good .
